Interesting to see our experience confirmed by some recent reviews. It could have been the weather (unseasonably rainy) but we did not enjoy our stay as much as we had hoped. The cottages/bungalows are nice enough, but some of them are quite a distance from the facilities: their amenities in the room are good, and overall everything is comfortable. Unfortunately, the disinterested staff rather let this place down. This is particularly marked in the bar and restaurant, where the service is quite unbelievably slow and offhand. The food was average, but we were past the point of caring by the time it finally arrived. Very average value for the food quality. A bit of a management shake up, and this place could be something special. Until then...

In a shared dorm. Basic but comfortable bed. Some with privacy curtain some without. Showers and toilets clean. Small but good kitchen facility and large hangout space. Good for a quick stop over. Restaurants and cafes within walking distance but not a huge amount of options. Really close to the bus station which is where a lot of collectivos pick up from, and taxis.
