This is one of the best place i ever booked. It was super clean, cozy and comfy. Their staff reply me faster and very accomodative. The view from this place is fascinating too. Thanka for the great hospitality. Will come again next time for sure!

The location is a bit far from the border crossing, but there's a bridge directly connected, so you can just follow the signs. We stayed in R&F Phase 2. Phase 1's plaza area is more lively, while Phase 2 mainly offers basic residential facilities like a swimming pool, playground, billiards room, yoga studio, and gym. The room balcony offers an open sea view. Since it was a holiday evening, we saw fireworks displays all around from a distance, which was quite beautiful. Overall, it's quite convenient. For dining and shopping, it's best to go to Phase 1, which is about an 8-minute walk. For transportation, it's also best to go to Phase 1 to catch a ride; there's a free shuttle bus to the border crossing that seems to run hourly. The customer service was excellent; the Malaysian lady spoke fluent Chinese and even walked us all the way to our room door after noticing we had seniors and children with us. Check-out was also very convenient. It was a great stay, and if we come to visit again, we'd definitely consider staying here.

Our flight to Johor Bahru was delayed, and we missed the scheduled pick-up service. However, customer service promptly arranged a ride-hailing car to take us to the hotel, which we truly appreciated. Following their clear instructions, collecting our key card and checking in was a breeze. The room was very new and spotless, offering excellent value for money. Highly recommended!

This was our second time staying at the apartment, and we were excited to revisit it again. While we enjoyed the stay overall, but was disappointed with the up keeping of the apartment. The apartment smelt of strong nicotine left from previous occupier. Chocolate wrapper found in one of the bedroom. Bidets were not working at both master bedroom and common toilet. Blackout curtain railing was damaged. Aircon at one of the common room were not cool. Had to remind host that check in timing is 2pm on trip.com when I was advised to check in 3pm. This was subsequently sorted.

The apartment is located on top of Paradigm Mall. It makes eating and shopping very convenient. JBCity had a service counter at the lobby, which was good. Support through chat was fairly good and responsive. The place was clean and had 3 rooms - one master bedroom with attached bathroom, a room with queen size bed and another with a single bed. It had a living room with a sitting and dining area and a proper kitchen / service yard area. The place was fully air-conditioned and was equipped with a refrigerator and a washer dryer (but no laundry detergent). The place provided bath towels, body soap & shampoo, dish washing liquid (but no toothbrushes, no hand soap and hand towels). Cutleries were provided but not complete (5 bowls, 5 plates, 4 cups, 2 wine glasses, 4 spoons, 8 forks, 3 tea spoons, 1 chef knife, 1 pairing knife, 1 scope, 1 spatula). There was no wine opener even though there were wine glasses. There was a frying pan (no lid), one small pot (no lid), and a slightly bigger pot with lid. The stay was pleasant, barring a power blackout, which lasted 30 minutes until the chat support responded with how to reactive the supply and water seepage at the service yard area. We were provided with a designated parking lot with frequent guard patrol, which was good. The apartment comes with Gym, Swimming pool, bbq area which allowed for more activities. Overall a good place to stay for a family, but some areas of improvement exist.

I like the location as it is near Mid valley Southkey shopping mall. Can walk to the mall within 10 mins. There are eateries nearby. No housekeeping during the stay and no toothbrush/ toothpaste provided. One of the two rooms has musty smell. Not well ventilated. The rest is all good.

Had some issues with the door lock initially but they were prompt with their responses and recovery so props to them. The bath towel had some musty smell on them but thank goodness there is a washing machine provided to wash them ourselves, so that can be improved. Overall quiet and good location.

The environment and facilities here were so impressive, I almost wanted to buy an apartment at R&F Princess Cove! Getting to Singapore by land was incredibly smooth; it's a direct 10-minute walk from the overhead pedestrian bridge to the Singapore customs hall. The deposit paid online was refunded within three days. In Johor Bahru, most hotels and guesthouses in good locations priced under 200 RMB typically lack windows and have outdated facilities. However, this private rental at R&F Princess Cove didn't cost much more, was very comfortable, boasts an excellent location, and offers convenient shopping.
