Facilities: Public restrooms, prices similar to those in the city center. Bicycles are available for 300 baht per hour, or 1000 baht for unlimited use.
Hygiene: Clean and hygienic, with a pleasant fragrance upon entering.
Environment: The interior is nice, but the exterior is all dirt roads. The location is rather remote, far from the main road and restaurants.
Service: The owner, Mike, provides excellent service. He and his family prepare the meals, and English is fluent.
This hotel is really great! ! ! Outside the South Line, we stayed on the return trip.
Two rooms, and floor heating! ! Much better than the homestay in the town! ! ! Very recommended! You can walk to the lake to play!
This hotel is generally not within the scope of the north-south line transfer! If you want to book a visit to Baikal, you need to communicate with the travel agency in advance.
Advantages of the room: 1. Convenient location; 2. You can simply cook; 3. Clean and tidy; Disadvantages: 1. You cannot open the proof of stay in Russia; 2. The boss is not always there, and there is a time limit for check-in;

A very satisfying accommodation experience. The front desk spoke good English and had no communication barriers. They could help book tickets back to the Irkutsk hotel and a day trip to the island. The breakfast tasted good and was very filling. It was a 10-minute walk from the Khuzhir bus stop, which was quite convenient.
The rooms were clean and comfortable, the cleaning was perfect. Special attention is to be paid to the quality of bedding and towels all fresh and pleasant to touch, beds wide one-sleep, very comfortable. The rest was wonderful thanks to the staff's close attitude. We will recommend to friends and colleagues!
This hotel, newly opened in 2025 in the town of Listkavyan, boasts beautifully decorated and uniquely styled rooms with stunning snowscapes and lake views. The rooms are spacious and exceptionally clean, with ample hot water for showers. The owner and staff are mostly Chinese, making communication easy. The price is particularly reasonable, offering excellent value for money in a popular tourist area during peak season.
Although it's a bit far from the attractions, Ms. Fen from the hotel was incredibly helpful, arranging rides for us both to and from the destination. Her service was impeccable, and getting there was a breeze.
We booked three rooms for six people, making it the most affordable yet most satisfying accommodation of our six-night trip to Baikal. Highly recommended!
Tengis Park Hotel is located in the village of Murino, Irkutsk region. The Tengis Park Hotel is located in the cedar taiga on the southern shore of Lake Baikal, where the Irkutsk Region and Buryatia intersect. The mixing of cultures, respect for ancient traditions, places of power all this is Baikal. This is a wonderful place that attracts tourists with its picturesque beaches, mountain ranges and mild climate. The airport is 177 km away and the train station is 18 km away.
At the guests' disposal: 11 comfortable houses in the A-frame style. The houses have everything you need for a comfortable stay: beds with orthopedic mattresses, bed linen made of high-quality satin and cotton, sunny living rooms and fully equipped kitchens, dishes, fireplaces, panoramic windows with the wild taiga views, hygiene supplies, bathroom and shower.
It offers: soaring in a real Siberian sauna, a snowmobile ride, a comfortable transfer, individual excursions, a cafe with authentic cuisine and a full range of SPA services.
The hotel is clean, neat. The location is good, literally near the streets of Dzerzhinsky, Carl Marx, Lenin, so shops and cafes sea. In the room all standard, hot water without problems, there are coolers with drinking water, bedding and towels clean.
One request only - you don't need to clean up and wash the floor early in the morning, because of low noise insulation all days woke up from the noise of cleaning in the corridor (the feeling that you are not in a hotel, but in a hospital) where, in which hotels you have seen to
9 a.m. started to wash the floors ??? In the hotel and so clean, let the guests sleep quietly 😉
I spent the night at the hotel during the transfer. I liked the hotel and location very much

GGuest UserPark Hotel on the bank of Baikal, accommodation in a family cottage located in the foothill. The cottage is a small two-storey, with two double bedrooms and one sauna. Heat cozy. A booth and mangala zone nearby. There is a sauna and a hammam with a small pool. Breakfast at home is delicious. Administrator Maria is polite, kind and responsive woman, thank you very much. I recommend.
