1) i booked this hotel after setting a swimming pool search requirement and there was a pool picture on their profile. However, when i reached the property, the staff told me it would be ready for use only after 2-3 months. The profile piool picture was actually like a lotus pond on the property. 2) after checking in, the reception pointed to my room saying the key was at the door. Not having a keycard is not so convenient eapecially for a very new hotel {see next complain below) 3) at night, the door is lit but the keyhole area is not. The door is black, the keylock is black ao it's very dim and difficult to insert the key without the phone flash. 4) bad odor coming from toilet 5) room had a smell upon entering since the aircon wasn't turned on and it was very hot inside. I turned onthe AC to 20C and full blast on the blower, left the front door open and the room cooled down in 15 minutes. Btw, i checked in around 6pm already. 6) some ants on the TV stand/table 7) water coming down AC blower in the morning 8) no soap provided but there were small containers of shampoo, conditioner and body gel wash 9) location is not easily accessible and have to be careful not to turn right at the wrong street. The sign on the main road was at street level and not too large, there was a car parked beside it so it was a bit hidden 10) area is nice outdoor glamping vibe but would have been better with a working pool

The owner and the couple are super nice, the car is picked up, the house is clean, the yard is very flavorful, next time I will stay for a few more days, my friends and I are very satisfied! Friends, couples, and families are all suitable for travel. The owner understands English and communication is completely fine! Really good!

Staff : Friendly and positive from restaurant to cleaning staff. Room : Some wear&tear that easily could be changed with something new. Bathroom shelf, toilet ring ect. It was all very clean but looked stained and old. Food : Restaurant was very good with friendly staff. And you can see sports as premier leauge matches. Location: If you are a party man then it is for you cos it is in a busy party street where the noise goes on until 3-4am. WIFI : The wifi was 10/10 and very important as I upload YouTube Videos everyday. Security : Door locks simple but you are in a enclosed part of the building so I was not worried at all. All in all a good stay exept the location was not for me as I a not the biggest party dude.

The room ,location is very good but one thing is the water service, its run out of water. It happens that after we go for a swimming when we arrived at the room around 9pm,there is no water at all, but the guy / receptionist ( i think ) transfer us on the other hotel room ( i think it is same company but different name ) after that everything is okay. The responds is very quick, if you need something they are there to assist. But need to improved this kind of problem, but is highly recommended.

I have thoroughly enjoyed my stay. I rovers exceeded my expectations. I was warmly welcomed and immediately felt like a valued guest. The location is perfect for exploring pattaya and its nightlife. Although in the busy area, my room was quiet. The room was equipped with AC that worked perfectly. Hot water, free shampoo, and soap. A fridge and a TV. There is a safe lockable cabinet. Security is excellent. The waiting staff are attentive and friendly. I ate here multiple times, and food was always served within 15 minutes, hot and tasty. The sausages were particularly good. My only comment for improvement is that i like to have mushrooms on my English breakfast. Overall, for the price, I don't think you can find better. I highly recommend staying or eating at I rovers.

Stayed here for 5 nights very welcoming happy staff. They make the stay very pleasant. Stayed in the vip room very spacious cleaned every day fresh water tea coffee provided daily. Bed was firm but comfortable. Room was quiet with everything you needed. Sauna, steam, pool area etc was cleaned thoroughly every day. Massages on site. The Sauna was busy every night. Good central location to everything but on on the door step. Definitely coming back ! Thank you for making our last week in Thailand very relaxing. See you soon

Awesome view and clean room also everything around you Restaurant, supermarket, shopping, malls.. But the only two problems I had there’s only one bathroom and the TV isn’t smart. Overall the host was respectful even I woke up late and she gave me extra time to check out thank you very much. Also you have to know this hotel there’s no reception you have to contact the host but no worries the host is quick responding.

The best part is the location, right outside of the walking street, so if you are there to enjoy the drinks and won’t spend too much time in the room, honey lodge can be a good choice, hassles free no matter how late you finish at the bar/club. But the downside is the whole facility is quite old and only provide simple amenity/hardware. It’s not a very comfortable place to stay for a family or with elders.

I chose this B&B after being recommended by a friend. After making the reservation, I contacted the housekeeper, who helped us book VIP customs clearance and airport pick-up in advance. We got on the bus in a few minutes. It was so convenient. We got on the bus and sent it directly to the hotel. We can take the time in between. Get some sleep. The hotel is very beautiful, in blue and white Santorini style. The room is super large and very clean. When we checked in, we had a Chinese-speaking butler who helped us plan a 4-day trip. He was very professional, the price was very affordable, and the service was excellent (I sent him a message in the middle of the night) I always reply to messages in the past), I will stay here again next time I come.

The location of the house is relatively remote, but it is next to the beach and Internet celebrity restaurants. If you go out, you have to take a taxi. We go out by motorcycle every day. It's more scary at night because there are no people around and there are wild dogs everywhere. It's scary to go out to the store to buy things. And with only one room card, one person can go to the gym, and the other person can't turn on the air conditioner. The housekeeper is very good and provides services and answers at any time. It was quite a happy stay
