So happy that I found this place! The owners are very friendly and helpful. Location is close to everything but not too close, i.e. the street is not as crowded as the ones in center. Room spotless clean with space for yoga mat :) and I love the balcony! Would stay again!

The Poyz hotel is one of the nicest places that we have stayed in Turkey. The price was right and competitive. The location was perfect and within few minutes walk from the beach, restaurants, and shops. The room was large, modern, beautiful, and had a very comfortable bed. The breakfast was customized, delicious, and included everything. The staff were very friendly, courteous, gracious, and helpful. I had a parking spot right in front of the hotel. We definitely plan to return and stay here again hopefully soon.

Upon being shown to our Triple Room, we were surprised to find that there was no balcony as expected. This omission was disappointing, as it was not clearly communicated on Travel Republic's website that some rooms do not have balconies. There is no water at the hotel between the hours of 6pm - 8pm. You cannot use the sink, shower or flush the toilet. After 8pm there is a trickle that will run out over and over again until the tank refills. This really is not acceptable and several evenings we were caught in the shower, covered in soap and not able to rinse ourselves clean. Electricity - 3 nights out of the 5 we experienced power cuts. All electricity including the air conditioner would cut out. I would like to note that their generator was not working and that we did pay an extra cost for air conditioning for the duration of our stay. Reception - This is not 24/7. Alot of the time it is unmanned. When the Reception staff member is away the Hotel Manager is present, although he can be found drinking whiskey at the bar. Bar Staff Manager - We witnessed several arguments with other guests staying at the hotel. Shouting at them in front of every one at the pool. This should not be acceptable at all. Bullying in my opinion. Pool Area - The tiles were extremely dirty and muddy, not hosed down at night. The sunbeds a pale-yellow colour, covered in people's footprints due to the floor not being clean. Only 2 umbrellas for shade in 42 degree heat when there are at least 12 sunbeds. Room Cleanliness - The cleaner would replace our towels daily, however our bedsheets were not changed at all during our stay, the bathroom was not cleaned once and the floor was never swept. All of our hair was gathering over the floor. Quite frankly a disgusting cleaning service. Price of late check out - I emailed before travelling to ask how much it would be to have a late check out. They replied stating £15. When I went to pay and organise this with Reception they argued back and forth with me 4 times trying to charge me £20. There is a distinct lack of communication with the staff and it really made us feel like we were having to argue our case despite showing them the e-mail. We raised all of these issues with Reception and the Hotel Manager but absolutely nothing was rectified during our stay. We usually stay in much more basic accommodation in Icmeler, and I can safely say that paying the extra for this hotel was not worth it one bit.

We stayed two nights (family of 5 including 3 teenagers)in Tan Pensione, one night before and one night following a sailing holiday in Fethiye region. We loved this place, the owner and host Me Ozer was so helpful (storing a bag, recommending restaurants, a great beach to go to, and he helped to organize a taxi to airport for us.) We loved the terrace and the possibility to self cater(there is a big roomy kitchen area). Plenty of supermarkets close by as well as the marina. The old town with restaurants etc is a few minutes away by foot. Rooms were basic but airy and comfortable with good aircon. I would definitely stay here again!

I can first write my negative opinion, there were small spiders in our bedroom, but I can't say bad because the season was earlier and because we were very disturbing*. We could stay one night for a journey in the horse*sphere because we really were happy, but if we could find a place again, it would be our first choice, Personnel laughterful local staff are available only laughterful, all kitchen equipment in the room is enough for us, a bedroom you will comfort in long stays and a living room independent of each other 1+1 studio apartment two laundry in the room This is a very beautiful situation that Jakuzi works and looks at the Jakuzi directly into the marine. This is a very elegant view of our room. Please state that*k I want to say that we haven't had any problems in the room and in the chick, everything was very beautiful for us thank you

I arrived late at night and was happily greeted and checked into a room - the service is fantastic and the owner is very kind and helpful - unsure about some of the reviews on here as it sounds like people were expecting a 5 star hotel from their budget - I personally found the stay extremely comfortable, rooms and linen were clean and the bathrooms were well kept. Wifi was also good. Had an awesome stay here and it’s in such a convenient spot easy to get everywhere I needed to go. Thanks for the stay!

The hotel scenery is super invincible! The mountain and the sea are perfectly integrated, and the service attitude and service quality are impeccable! Except that the mountain roads near the hotel are difficult to navigate, it is the perfect place to ”stay in a daze” in my ideals! Great!

The welcome was very cold, only the cook Niluger was super warm and extremely kind, You have to pay for your coffee in the morning... I've never seen that... another espresso I would have understood but filter coffee or other is not included in the pre-paid breakfast The accommodation was not completely clean (cobweb on the walls, very dirty bathroom window, kettle with dirt and water in it that dates back, and missing cupboard handle), it looks like the shower gel bottles are filled with another product because it smelled musty The digital code that I received from the site was not the correct one. The cell phone did not work to receive the correct information. This is not the manager's fault, but he did not try to help me. 'send an email either.  the concept is nice though, too bad.
