Hotel was generally nice enough, although room wasn't in great condition. The spa/health care suite was closed for two days out of our stay due a staff member being off on holiday, but we wanted to use the facilities, so this was disappointing. breakfast was ok although hot drinks were not nice.
Sol Arona Tenerife

My family and I stayed at the Sol Arona Hotel for a week, all-inclusive from 29/09 onwards via Jet2 package deal. This was our first family holiday with our two children (6 & 8), and I can honestly say it was an excellent choice and good value for money. Check-in was easy, and the young lady at the desk was very friendly and helpful, explaining when food is served and how the drinks tokens worked. Our room was located on the 4th floor, room 407, which was our “Sol room with lounge and frontal sea view.” It indeed had a great view of the harbour and sea, perfect for watching the sunset every evening. First impressions: the room was very spacious and clean. However, it was very hot and did not have AC, just a ceiling fan. After opening the window and the balcony door, the room soon cooled down, and AC didn’t seem necessary after our first night. As we arrived fairly late on Sunday evening and hadn’t eaten since lunch, I expected there would be some food available for us being all-inclusive, but sadly this wasn’t the case. Food is served at set times, so we had to find a shop to buy water and some food, which was slightly annoying after traveling all day. The room could have also used a fridge to store water, but we later found we could fill our water bottles in the dining area or at the bar, so we just did that every evening. The facilities at the Sol Arona were good. As others have said, it could use a bit of a makeover to bring it into 2024, but we had everything we needed to make it a holiday to remember. We had no issues getting sun loungers in the mornings; there were plenty to go around, but I’d guess in the middle of summer that wouldn’t be the case. All the staff were very friendly, I’d like to give Dani and the entertainment ladies a special mention as they really kept our two kids busy with various activities throughout our stay. The food available in the dining area was really nice, a lot better than I was expecting, and there was a large choice each day with cuts of meat and fish cook too order Infront of you. Evening entertainment which we attended most evenings was good, the kids especially liked the magician and acrobats . All in all a really enjoyable holiday, and thanks for having us! Beverly Hills Heights - Excel Hotels & Resorts

Myself and my best friend booked this hotel last minute as our intended hotel was fully booked. As it happens, I am so so glad we did. We had an entire apartment to ourselves, a full kitchen, front room and 2 double beds. it would have slept another 2 people with the pull out sofa bed alongside had we needed too. The pools were heated and the beautiful backdrop of the mountains made it spectacular. Not only that, I think what made this trip special was the staff. Francesca the receptionist made us feel so welcome, the lifeguards were phenomenal and all the catering staff went above and beyond to ensure our stay was a great one. I enjoyed it so much I have booked it again for 3 months time! Highly recommended
Paradise Park Fun Lifestyle Hotel

We had a wonderful 10 day stay at Paradise Park. We stayed in an annex room which was really spacious and lovely and clean. The room was cleaned every other day but I believe it would have been daily if we had requested it. We stayed half board and the buffet food was great, loads of options and these were changed daily. The kids club and entertainment was exceptional, my 2 year old and 6 year old were really well looked after. The staff in the food hall were so helpful and fun, they were attentive and had fun with my kids too. It is just over a 10 minute walk down a gentle hill to the beach front and also this was completely fine walking back up, and we managed with a pram. We went on a couple of excursions, aqualand and the monkey park. These were fab for my kids, aqualand had loads of slides and options for both my kids and monkey park allowed the kids to feed guinea pigs and had a wide array of different monkeys. I would happily recommend this hotel and Los Cristianos as a whole for a fun family holiday.

Fantastic apartments, everything you could need, lots of English television channels. If you do want to watch TV, there was some work going on along all the corridors which to some could be unsightly, but it did not bother us. The apartment was immaculate, only downside for us were the beds, we found extremely uncomfortable, but that is just our opinion based on our comfort. The pool bar is an absolute diamond, Alan, and all the staff were so welcoming, the food was delicious, as were the drinks, nothing too much trouble for them. I like the idea of €2 for the sunbeds as no matter what time you went to the pool area, you always go to bed, and I did not feel guilty purchasing my bed, putting my towel on and going off for something to eat, fantastic location, 10 minute walk along the prom to the main area with bars and restaurants along the way, just overall a fantastic holiday and will definitely return
