Air conditioning system only works when the key is inserted. Other than that, the place is great for the value with nice pool and cooking utensils.

100% recommend this place! The staff is simply amazing and kind. The guy at the reception which we assume to be the manager was so helpful and accommodating. The room was nice and we liked the new decoration ! Please do yourself a favor and come stay at this place. Also loved the private parking, helped us to sleep better knowing our car is secured.

Friendly staff, video CDs available for those who are bored during the night as there are concerns of safety for those out in the streets at night.

Rooms lovely with modern bathroom. Easily located to Litchfield National Park Beautiful temperature in the hotel pool nice place to relax at the end of day. The restaurant food was absolutely delicious we enjoyed all food including barramundi, Snapper, Burger as well as delicious chocolate pudding and before departing this morning a wrap, bacon and egg sandwich and bacon eggs and mushroom and a delicious iced coffee. The Staff were very informative, helpful and pleasant to be around making our our morning start and evenings relaxed and enjoyable. I would like to specifically mention Angela your bright happy and helpful demeanour is a credit to you and I suggested to my daughter if she ever found herself in a customer service role to be like you. Well done on creating such a lovely environment.

Good location. Noise. Not very clean. No towels, no fan. The kitchen is poorly equipped - there are no cups, no plates, no appliances. Apparently, it's all ripped up by the old men on the horns.

I think the room is very good. There are various large and small cups, plates and bowls, knife and fork in the house. It is very convenient to use various tools. Whether it is cooking by yourself or something, and this 2 kilometers walk to the museum. It is very convenient to go to the supermarket to buy things. , then eat swimming pool, there is a restaurant inside the hotel to call a taxi and the web to the airport is also very convenient, in short, it is cheap and good

After a long day of driving, we arrived at the place because we just needing a place to sleep for the night. It’s basic, as expected, but at least it was clean. The room was small and plain, with just the essentials—a bed, a desk, and a private bathroom. It wasn’t particularly comfortable, and the amenities were minimal, but it served its purpose as a quick stopover. The staff was polite enough, and while it’s not somewhere we’d stay for more than one night, it worked for what we needed: a budget-friendly, no-frills place to rest before hitting the road again.

The check in experience was not good. Room was fully paid for but had to provide credit card even though I don't have one. Desk clerk made it quite clear that any damage would need to be paid for. why, because I am Aboriginal (he did not say this but it was clear in his attitude). He also mentioned about guests. for a company that makes a substantial amount of money from the Aboriginal community it is sad that you have prejudiced people welcoming guests.

The hotel is in the center of the town, the location is very good, there are many restaurants around, and it is very convenient to travel. The hotel room is a bit smaller and the facilities are relatively simple, with its own restaurant and swimming pool. The room is neat and clean
