Good stay for a few nights! The room was great and very clean. The kitchen however was quite small and had only one furnace, so that could uses an upgrade! The location was also pretty good. Close to the city centre, so would definitely recommend for a few nights

I check in late and check out early. So i don’t know how service is great.
You can check in after 5pm by call.
According to the information i’ve seen, if you check in after midnight, you will have to pay an additional fee.

Shout out to the ****** who wake up at 5 am stand around talking and wake everyone up and then start their noisy cars and leave to go to another hotel.

GGuest UserClean pod and was lucky to have considerate neighbours, making my stay better! Hotel was nice to arrange self check-in for arrivals outside of reception hours and clear instructions were sent ahead of time. Remember to bring your own slippers to go to the bathroom unless you’re okay barefooted!

FFionaThe location was so close to Port Arthur Historic Site. We had an early night after having dinner there as they have a bar and restaurant on site. Dinner was good, service was great. Food came within 30 to 45 minutes wait time. We needed to use the laundry service onsite, and the cost of 4 x $1 coin to operate washer and same price for tumble dryer. There was not enough site parking near our room so we had to go right to the end and park at overflow parking. Internet wifi was available but very slow. The shower was a very tight space with a shower curtain enclosure. Toiletries like hair shampoo, soap bar, body wash and conditioner were supplied. Beds and towels were all clean and up to standards. Great for a one night stay for family.

GGuest UserVery good place. Kids loves it. Place was big, we love it. We just wish the heater can heat the whole place, but unfortunately, it can only heat (warm) upstairs when its really cold. Also, there’s a strong smell when you open the door, between kitchen and toilet/shower room. Can’t describe the smell, but very strong. Also, if you will need to cook, you must bring your own pan/sauce pan as those ones inside the kitchen cupboard was rusty/old. We don’t mind it for 1 day stay though. We’ll definetely book again, one day 👍 #Room17

XXINKAIThe location is good, not far from the port. If you check in on Saturday, turn right for two minutes and you will find the Salamanca market. There is a kitchen in the room. It is convenient to drive to the supermarket. Not new but okay, the elevator is a bit scary and it shakes when stopped. In addition, the parking lot is not large enough. If each room is driven by car, it is estimated that the parking is not enough, but it is free when parking.

The location was fantastic, and the room was clean and well-appointed with amenities like shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel. The small kitchenette with a microwave was a great convenience for reheating meals or enjoying snacks. We appreciated the complimentary coffee, tea, milk, and cookies. While the bed was a bit too soft for my preference, the overall experience was positive. The nearby restaurant offered tasty food at reasonable prices, and we enjoyed exploring Horsetail Falls and Iron Bowls within a short drive. I would definitely recommend this inn to friends.

GGuest UserIf you just want to sleep, it's cheap and the location is good, so it's recommended for saving money. However, don't imagine it as a capsule hotel in Japan. Even though it's a capsule, it's just a bunk bed with plywood attached, so it makes a loud noise when opening and closing the board and when you get on the bed. In the women's section, all the beds and lockers are opened and closed with a card key, so if you get up to go to the bathroom in the middle of the night and close the bed door with the card key still in the bed, you will be locked out. I don't recommend it for people who tend to be forgetful. The noren curtains in the women's section are too smelly. I don't think they've been washed even once. There is a human smell, but the whole hostel smells. The trash bins don't seem to be collected every day. There are no staff at the hostel, so I'm a little worried about security. Even though it's Tasmania, there are suspicious people in Hobart who are a little crazy and can be found everywhere... I'm also worried that anyone can enter the women's bathroom.
Check-in and check-out are quick and easy. It's also nice that you can use the washing machine and dryer freely for free. Be aware that even though it's a hostel, there is no microwave or kitchen, and open flames are strictly prohibited.

CCaptainCodNice spot about a 5 minute drive or cab from the main part of Hobart. Check in desk is seemingly not manned very often but the check in and check out process was very smooth, well check out was just dropping a key into the box! There's a telephone number to contact in the event of serious issues but if it isn't deemed serious by the owner then you may get charged so be careful. If youre looking for a spot close to a few tourist spots then this is great, and only about 20 minutes by a cab from the airport too (Uber works fine)
