I stayed here for two nights in Banff and had a very pleasant experience overall. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The bed was especially comfortable, allowing me to rest well after a long day exploring the mountains. I would like to especially thank Marilyn, who was very kind and helpful throughout my stay. She made the check-in process smooth and was professional and welcoming. Her warm attitude truly made a difference. The location was convenient, with easy access to downtown Banff, restaurants, and nearby attractions. Overall, it offered good value for the price, and I would gladly stay here again on my next visit to Banff.

The room was dim and the floor of the shower room was not clean. The bed was worried about the stain when I turned over. I use a hair dryer, so I'm going to go to the bedroom and the bathroom. I wanted a door. I was worried about using it. The staff was happy to take out the laundry It was kind. It was good to be able to stay cheaply in the high season. The kitchen smelled bad. The free breakfast muffin was good.

以青年旅社的標準，非常乾淨。來的時候（七月底）旅客不算太多，所以整體空間足夠，很舒適。廚房設備齊全，可以自烹沒有問題。住的是private suite with toilet，不用跟別人共用廁所浴室，整個青年旅社只有一間，淋浴間很小但不用共用不能強求太多。位置很好，到University of Alberta很方便走路20分鐘，有兩班公車能直達，也很方便。這一區算是年輕人出沒的地方，走到82街上就有很多餐廳酒吧咖啡店，週末比較吵，平日還好。

The staff is super friendly and the hostel is very clean! I was very happy that I extended one more night . Also I was able to use the amenities after I checked out and my flight was at 10 pm. I would stay again

This hostel is 10/10 recommended. It is cheap and everything is with nice quality. The staffs there are really sweet. The restaurant and bar downstairs is an amazing place to meet the locals here and get to know more about Canmore and Banff. You can also make new friends here as a solo-traveler. This hostel makes my experience of this trip unforgettable. Also, I can’t believe people here wake up with this amazing view every day. The place is surrounded by snowy mountains, which make the experience feel like wonderland. It is also very convenient to travel from here to Banff. You just need to take bus 3. The bus stop is 2 minutes away from the hostel, which is very nice.
