GGuest UserWhen you come to Anshun, it is really worth staying at Guiyang Yifang Youth Hostel! The location is right next to Anshun Ancient City, making it convenient for visiting attractions and finding snacks. The Youth Hostel lobby is very large. You can rest on the sofa when you are tired and chat with other guests. It doesn’t feel stuffy at all.
The boss's sister is very enthusiastic. When asked about places for fun and delicious food, she will tell you in detail. The rooms and public areas are kept clean, making it very comfortable to live there. The price is also affordable, cost-effective, worth it!

PPenguinThis is one of the best hostels I ever stay. The location was a bit difficult to find as it's located on the third floor of the building, which you could not see from the walking pavement. But the hostel was very clean and full of amenities. There were lots of common spaces and activities in the hostel. I found that getting on the bus is more convenient than the metro because the bus stops were closer. The room was nice and safe. For a girl, traveling alone is safe to stay here.

GGuest UserSuperb place to stay with high cp value! Spacious, free laundry, nice design - just like staying in a cafe. Full with amenities like heater, fan, hanger and thick privacy curtain all at bedsides. Even kitchen and refrigerator are sparkling clean, hey this is god damn rare in china ok! Guests staying here are lacking of travel vibes but they are cool and peace, everyone seems like maintaining the cleanliness together! Say no more, you can check my pictures to express my feeling better. Definitely my best stay in China! (Tips: the bed is a bit hard for me but still it is Abt solid 3 inches thick) If u don't mind this is definitely the place to stay peacefully, surrounding by all kind of malls, bars, clubs and cheap restaurants! The boss is very friendly and polite too (normally Chinese won't answer much to requests but he did all for me!) thanks boss!👍👍👍🙏🙏🙏💯💯🍀🍀

HHuajiaojiang101We stayed at the boss's house for three days on the recommendation of a friend. The boss and his family were very nice and they had a lot of luggage, so we had to carry it all for us. The boss's house is high up in the stockade, with a 360-degree view of the whole stockade. The scenery is better and quieter than living below. In the past three days, I have tasted the boss's menu all over. I am a picky Sichuanese and I think the craftsmanship is so good. I have three meals a day at the boss's place. Even when I go down the mountain to play, my family will not eat anything from outside. Come back and eat the boss's food. Every morning I wake up to the crowing of the rooster, go for a walk in the fields, and eat a bowl of the boss’s tomato scrambled egg noodles. Both husband and wife are hard-working people. We are grateful for meeting each other and wish the business a prosperous future!

LLiaoningajieThe hostel is super close to the Guizhou Nationalities Museum, just across the street. It's located in a building, but be warned, you have to go around to the back of the building to find the elevator. I tried calling the owner when I arrived, but they didn't answer, so I had to ask around – a bank employee and then the building's security guard – before I finally found it.
The women's restroom has two or three stalls, which was enough; I rarely had to wait. The showers are inside the restrooms, and yes, they're quite small.
The distance to Jiaxiu Tower is a bit awkward – too far to walk comfortably, but a very short bus ride. It's the same situation for the high-speed rail station.
The biggest advantage is having the museum right downstairs. It's a fantastic museum! I took the elevator straight to the 8th floor to start, then descended to the 4th, 3rd, and 2nd floors to explore, finally exiting from the second floor. In front of the museum is an imposing statue of Chairman Mao. There's also a huge drum nearby, but unfortunately, it wasn't open.
I only stayed in Guiyang for one day, heading to the train station the next morning. The night view of Jiaxiu Tower is absolutely stunning; I lingered there, captivated! It was super crowded with tourists, really packed. Unfortunately, I arrived too late and couldn't go inside Jiaxiu Tower. Well, there are always some regrets, right?
I also visited Yangming Temple (Yangming Ci). There are two temples and one monastery; I didn't go to the monastery on the mountaintop. I met a lovely woman there by chance, and we took lots of photos for each other. Many people go there just to take pictures.

Convenient location adjacent to the Ancient City but tucked away on a quit street allowing for peaceful rest at night. Charming room in historical building but with modern amenities. The owner speaks English well and gets out of his way to help his guest. Anander, the owner, walked to taxi with me and got taxi for me since it was a busy time during National Holiday. He is very attentive providing cold water during the hot days. The owner helped contacting my next hotel and gave advice for easy transportation with following up late to make sure I got safely to the next hotel. Best service I ever had traveling in China!

AAnonymous UserThe owners were incredibly warm and hospitable, even helping us plan our itinerary. The guesthouse offers convenient parking and is very close to the scenic spot entrance, making it super convenient for both dining and exploring. The guesthouse itself was spotlessly clean, and the bathrooms thoughtfully provided both squat and Western-style toilets, which was incredibly practical. There was always plenty of hot water. We also saw the owner's wife carefully feeding her over 80-year-old grandmother yesterday, which was a truly heartwarming sight.
