This hostel has a superb location, just a 10-minute walk from Haida Food Festival and Qilou Old Street. There's also a river next to the old street where you can cycle and enjoy the breeze. The cleanliness is good, and there are indoor and outdoor common areas on the first floor (couldn't find the pictures!). You'll also find many international guests here, and the landlady speaks fluent English! She's very enthusiastic and high-energy; just a quick chat with her will brighten your day! Highly recommended!

A highly recommended youth hostel, ideally situated alongside the Century Bridge, it's close to Century Park, Haidian Island's North and South Gate Night Market, Xitian Temple Snack Street, the Qilou Historical Pedestrian Street, Dongpo Old Wharf, Sky Inn, Haikou Bay Evergreen Park, Friendship Sunshine City, and Shangbang Parkview City. Both electric bikes and bicycles take just over 10 to 20 minutes to reach, making it a central hub for food, accommodation, and entertainment. It's also conveniently located near Haikou East Station and Chengxi Station, where you can take a taxi to the airport or the New Haikou Port in just over 10 minutes for a little over 10 yuan. A bus is also available from the nearby Citizen and Tourist Service Center. From the windows, you can enjoy the beautiful ocean view and the romantic afterglow of sunsets and sunrises. My visit to Haikou truly impressed me with the city's rapid transformation: its increasingly sophisticated transportation infrastructure, its vibrant urban life, and its increasingly civilized urban order. Although Haikou lacks the prosperity and development of a major city, it offers a sense of freedom and tranquility that comes with retiring from the countryside, a sense of peace and tranquility for a short stay. This seemingly unassuming small city offers us a warm, peaceful and tranquil atmosphere, allowing those tired of the hustle and bustle of the city to reflect on the meaning of life in this peaceful place, understanding that life is not just about work, but also about living. This city is for passionate, free-spirited people, and is a perfect place for everyone to find their own happy haven. Finally, I hope our Haikou will continue to improve, and I also hope that the youth hostel business will be prosperous and smooth sailing.

The environment here is like a tropical courtyard with a great atmosphere, and it's super close to Dadonghai. The hostel's common areas are clean and comfortable, perfect for relaxing and chatting. The rooms and shared bathrooms are cleaned daily, so they're tidy and odor-free. The hot water and air conditioning work great, and the bunk beds have curtains for good privacy. The staff are incredibly friendly, check-in is quick, and they enthusiastically recommend travel routes. Any issues are addressed promptly. The vibe at the hostel is relaxed, making it easy to meet fellow travelers from all over. Evenings are spent chatting and playing games together, so you never feel lonely. And you absolutely *have* to try the mango slushie and banana milkshake from the coffee shop next door – they are absolutely delicious!

We stayed here for two days. I was actually quite nervous at the beginning because we arrived at night, but the owner was very nice⊙▽⊙, the hotel WIFI was very strong and free, and there were instant noodles and other things downstairs that could be bought from the owner. The air conditioning and other things were very good. Later, we got used to living here and felt it was very cozy and nice.

Hello. It was our first time in China, we just booked a room for the first night. Upon arrival it turned out to be a hostel and the boys were in one room, the girls in another. It was a bit inconvenient, I was sleeping and my husband couldn't come in because men weren't allowed in 😆 Overall the owner was great and everything else. I wouldn't recommend it to families, it was just inconvenient.

Last year, I stayed at the back door alone. This week, the school was on holiday, so I brought two friends to stay at the back door again. Ayisha even came to the high-speed rail station to pick us up🥹 The little guitar teacher who patiently drew henna for us and sang beautifully🦋 The career-oriented big woman Qingjie, a charming woman who said she was an i person but was very enthusiastic and cheerful🕳️ The sweet and cute Guangdong sister who took photos for me when we went out to sea. The fat guy from Northeast China who used a drone to record our trip to the sea (I don’t know what his name is, so I call him the fat guy from Northeast China, private Marseille😅) and Tom, the cute and clingy cat at the youth hostel! Many, many lovely friends, everyone is very nice, very nice We went out together, had dinner, danced, went to Meimen to drink coffee, surfed, went out to sea, snorkeled, and took a lot of photos hahahahahaha Many, many memories, crazy laughter, drunkenness, and the feeling of loss on the plane at this moment I think I might come back to stay at the back door once a year? If I come again next year, I will bring my other friends with me so that they can also experience the happy and unforgettable group activities. Although the souvenirs left by the island this time are tanned skin, bruised and swollen calves from surfing, injured fingers, and darker dark circles under my eyes, hahahahahahaha, but I am really happy! 👋🏻Goodbye, see you next year

It can only be said that it is a minimalist rough style, but the cost is relatively low for a popular location. It is indeed a bit far from the beach, mainly because there are roads being built nearby, so the surrounding environment is not that good. The rest depends mainly on personal preference. The psychological expectations are average, and the price is acceptable.

The only hostel on Shenzhou Peninsula, it's a 15-minute drive from the train station. The hostel consists of two villas, separated for men and women. It's only a 5-minute electric scooter ride from the peninsula's commercial area and beach, making it convenient for finding food and sightseeing – a big plus. The room was cleaner than expected, with no unpleasant odors, and the air conditioning was very strong. The manager contacted us in advance to ask if we wanted an upper or lower bunk and made the bed beforehand. The common areas were very clean, and the bathroom and shower were cleaned daily. The manager was very helpful, patiently answering all my questions about nearby directions and restaurants. The living room and common area were very comfortable; with the coconut trees outside on a sunny day, lying down and chatting inside made me not want to go out at all! Overall, it's excellent value for money; I'll definitely come back!

A four-person girls' room. There are no lockable closets, so someone moved my suitcase right to the exit. The windows aren't sealed, and there's a busy road nearby. There are no dark curtains, so car headlights illuminate the room and wake you up, as does the noise. Some girls come in at night and turn on the lights, making noise while delivering things until you tell them to be quiet. The bathroom is combined with a shower, which leaves the floor constantly wet and hairy. The girls don't clean up after themselves; it's filthy. I regret staying longer than one night.

I have stayed here several times and after changing the owner, the service has improved greatly. It is not as lacking in quality as the previous one. And this time I went, the bathroom door was also repaired, and all aspects were greatly improved. It was a very good experience!
