The room was clean and tidied up nicely. The housekeeping staff would even open the windows for ventilation. The front desk lady provided great service and there was a good, lively atmosphere. The lobby was spacious and bright, and it was nice to see everyone sitting there chatting together.

Nice quiet hostel where it is easy to relax. The bed is comfy, no gas to cook but there is hot water a microwave and a few other appliances you can use. It's a bit away from the ancient city but there are plenty of other shopping streets nearby. I left my bike outside the door because it's a very safe area. There were some very friendly people in the hostel who helped me navigate the Chinese way of doing things. It's really good value staying here, would recommend. Message them if you have difficult finding the place.

Clean hostel, comfortable beds and clean bathrooms. Common room equipped with all kinds of games, computer, projector. It is located near Yining North Station. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

My friend recommended this place. He mentioned the location was good, and it's indeed close to Wanda Plaza, with a convenience store right downstairs. The hostel provides drinking water and disposable toothbrushes, but towels are not included. Additional drinking water is also available in the lobby. The bed in the room was genuinely large and comfortable, which was a real plus, though the bathroom was quite small. The lobby officially closes at 1 AM, but when I went there at 12:25 AM, they were already cleaning and clearing out the area. Urumqi Station is also quite close; I just walked there. I hope the management pays a bit more attention to things. On two separate occasions, other guests were eating takeout in their rooms, and the smell was quite strong. However, I don't blame the hostel for this; it's the inconsiderate guests who are at fault.

The best part is – it's quiet, so you can really get a good night's sleep. 🛏️Facilities The beds are sturdy; no creaks or wobbles when you turn over, which is super important for guys. Each bed has a curtain, a light, and power outlets, so you can charge your phone, play games, or watch videos without disturbing anyone. The cafe is good; the black coffee is strong enough. It’s a great spot to browse your phone, edit photos, or just zone out. The kitchen is available and well-equipped with pots, pans, and everything you need. If you want to save money and cook some noodles or reheat food, it's no problem. Reading room? Yes. The sofas are comfy. There aren't many books, but a few are worth reading. If you're tired, you can just sprawl out there for a bit, and no one will bother you. 🧼Cleanliness I have to say – it's clean. The bathroom has no strange smells or limescale, and the drain isn't clogged. The bed sheets are white, with no stains or hair. Guys might not be as particular, but the cleanliness here will make you think, 'Wow, this money was well spent.' 💬Service The front desk staff, both guys and girls, are efficient and don't waste time. They answer all your questions and check you in quickly. Sometimes in the evenings, they organize communal dinners or casual drinks and chats. If you feel like joining in, you can; if not, no one forces you. This kind of service, without awkwardness or annoyance, is truly comfortable. 🔥Overall Impression Coming here alone, it doesn't feel awkward; coming with friends, you can still have a good time. They don't go for those trendy, 'influencer' gimmicks; it's simply a hostel that understands what 'staying' truly means. Next time I'm in Yining, I'll definitely stay here again. I had a great stay at the Gobi desert youth hostel. Firstly my room was upgraded and it was very clean, comfy and had an AC. The staff at the hostel were super friendly and welcomed me with some cold watermelon, which was just what I needed after a long bus ride from Tashkurgan. The staff also gave me great recommendations of local restaurants to go and eat. The food was super delicious. She also advised me about how to get to the airport and helped me do my laundry. The wifi was super fast. I felt well looked after during my stay. Next time I'm in Kashgar, I'll definitely come back here and recommend it to my friends too.

Located on the edge of the old city's west district, it's very convenient for commuting to the east district. The single king-size room was right next to the public bathroom, but still relatively quiet. The front desk even created a group for us so we could plan carpools or meals together.

My trip to Yining was a last-minute decision, so the accommodation booking was quite rushed. Initially, the photos looked good. Let's get straight to the pros and cons! Pros: The price was reasonable, and the location on Liuxing Street is excellent. Although there's no elevator, the front desk staff were very helpful with luggage, and since it's not many floors up, climbing wasn't strenuous. There's a large terrace upstairs, which was very convenient for drying clothes. The water heater provided quick, strong water flow. Despite facing the street, it was surprisingly quiet. Cons: The first room we were given had dirty bedsheets, and the drawers contained dust and hair. The owner attributed it to oil from a previous guest's takeout and promptly moved us to another room. It's baffling why a room, if not properly cleaned, would be offered to a new guest, regardless of the mess's origin. The bed in the new room was clean, and while there was still some dust in corners, it wasn't too bothersome. However, at night, I noticed the toilet paper dispenser was full of white powdery dust, which was quite off-putting. The guesthouse itself is quite new, and the location is excellent. However, the owner seriously needs to get on top of the cleaning!

Both the owner and the front desk staff were incredibly nice and welcoming. I found their courtyard on Xiaohongshu (Little Red Book) and loved it, so I decided to visit without high expectations. However, I ended up meeting so many like-minded girls at the hostel and we teamed up for several excursions – it was a delightful surprise for my long-term stay! Their beds are super comfortable, and the bedding is very clean. Entry and exit are secured by keypads, as are the lockers. The common areas offer KTV for singing, a mahjong machine, and plenty of board games to enjoy. Getting around is also very convenient; you can flag down a taxi or use Didi right outside, or walk a couple hundred meters to catch a bus.
