"I chose this hotel because it is close to the exhibition hall and convenient for travel. When we went there, it happened to be snowing in January, and the snow scene in the small park nearby was very beautiful. But the biggest problem with the youth hostel is that it is a public bathroom. The room does not have a separate toilet. It is very unaccustomed to go to the public bathroom on each floor. Boys may be convenient. Girls feel a bit inconvenient. But because other hotels are too expensive at the exhibition time, of course, his hotel is actually very expensive (two or three times more expensive than usual), but there is no other choice. Traveling is also convenient, walking to Messe subway station is only a few minutes. It is completely self-service. There are people at the front desk during the day. There is no receptionist at night, but there are guidelines to teach you how to do it. There is also no elevator in the hotel, so you have to carry your luggage! A total of about three to four floors high. Then you will not enter the room to help you do sanitation for a few days in the middle of your stay (if you want someone to go in to do sanitation, you will have to charge separately), don't think about the hotel you live in in peace, this is a youth hotel, many are self-service."

I was surprised there was a toilet/shower in the dorm room which is very convenient. Everything is clean and modern. There's a kitchen for use or you can also order from the bar (ground floor or rooftop)
Location:
walking distance to the train/metro station, there's also a tram stop right in front of the hostel. I get to Marienplatz from hostel within half hour.
Could be improved :
wifi is very weak in the room.

GGuest UserHad to spend a quick night at this place to catch an early train from Munich hbf, being next to it made things a lot easier. The shower room is decently spacious, where I can open my luggage inside. This is a merit. Rooms are quite warm though.

NNoraini ArisAmazing experience indeed. I get to meet many travellers and also made new friends. Less than 10 mins walk to Haubahnhof depending on your stride.
Definitely for people who loves travelling & history and expending network.

GGuest UserI've never stayed in a hostel before, but my first experience was pretty good. It's open 24 hours, so no matter how late you arrive, someone is always there to check you in. It's also very close to the train station, just a few steps away. After checking in, you can use your room card to lock a locker, and there's also a small lockable cabinet on the bed, which feels safe and secure. I booked in advance, but only a 6-bed dorm was available. I only realized there was a shared bathroom just before I left, and waiting for people to finish showering was a bit tiring. However, there are many activities advertised in the elevator, and there's a bar at night, which is great for extroverts!

AAmber.Wang666Service: The front desk staff were very friendly and spoke excellent English, making communication a breeze.
Facilities: The building has two elevators, which was really convenient for carrying luggage. The soundproofing on the room windows was great; even with lots of people watching the World Cup outside, it was quiet once the windows were closed.
Environment: It's located in a large park-like area, which seems to be a business park with many young professionals. There are plenty of snack stalls and fast-food options, making it very convenient. It's easy to find from the East Railway Station; just take the overhead bridge and follow your navigation.
Hygiene: Overall, it was very clean. The only minor issue was that the en-suite bathroom tended to accumulate a bit of water, and there was a raised step, but it wasn't a big deal. The cleaning staff were very diligent and cleaned the room thoroughly every day.

AAnonymous UserThe hostel has a godd location close to the city centre and the main railway station. But as Germany is an enemy of A/C and also a fan, the room was too hot and we had to leave the windows open and it was simply too loud. There were only two toilets for a whole floor. Only two! For all! Two showers for males and two showers for females are ok but only two for all are too less. The bed was ok and they have curtains which was very very good as german hostels don‘t really have curtains on the beds. The room had lockers which was positive as well.

GGuest UserWe like the welcome drinks and good atmosphere for youth. There is lift to every floor including street level to ground floor. The 4You Hostel is behind us towards the right. There is bicycle rental nearby which we may use if it was not snowing.
Usual hostel with shared bathroom. We had good warm shower.

GGuest UserUpon arrival no one answered the door on either side of the street. We had no way to call the number posted. Fortunately kind guests helped to call as they were coming out the door and directed us to our room. No contact with hosts until breakfast the next morning. Breakfast was excellent.

RRaaaaaiI used the dormitory on a solo trip. It is secure and I think that even women can use it with peace of mind. The location is good, so I will use it again when I go to Munich. I went to Neuschwanstein Castle from Munich Central Station, but it was convenient because it was close to ､ station.

Essen hat sehr gut geschmeckt, sehr gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis.
Das relativ große Zimmer ist modern, schön eingerichtet und sehr sauber.
Motorräder konnten in einer Garage direkt am Haus abgestellt werden.
