Anonymous UserGood customer service. My single occupancy room wasn't huge, but it was big wrought and had a big windows that could open for fresh air. HOT WATER in the sinks and showers (thank heavens!). The wifi was slow, but it worked well enough. The front desk is 24/7. The location is also good with many shops, restaurants, grocery stores, public transport stops, ATMs, and more around. I'd stay here again.

Rob + LouWe had a fantastic stay at casa de Piedra. It's in a perfect, quiet location on the edge of town. It's beautifully maintained, and the service is excellent. The breakfast was also great, and they accommodated our dietary requirements as well. Plus, 2 friendly dogs roam the grounds!

Very friendly hosts, centrally located next to all the restaurants and tour operators. Bus stop is 5 mins walk from the hotel.
Spacious room with big bathroom, breakfast was really good and place was very clean. Highly recommend it!
