GGuest UserWe weren't very impressed with the service. Our flight was at 22:50, but the hotel doesn't offer a late checkout option, so we had to pay for a full extra day. For some reason, beach towels are not free—they charge $20 to rent one, $5 for each subsequent wash, and a $15 deposit. Towels are generally a hassle at this hotel; when we asked for fresh room towels, the maid said there were none clean and we had to wait until 17:00 for them to be washed... 🤷♂️.. On the bright side, the food and dishes deserve praise—the meals are delicious, service is fast, and the waiters are friendly. The beach has grey sand and isn't very photogenic.. 🤷♂️.. To sum up, the hotel is okay for a two-to-three-night stay, but it's not worth the money.

GGuest UserI stayed here for two nights in a dorm, lodge 1. I had a top bunk and there wasn’t a railing so I was pretty worried about falling out. Also there weren’t any plugs inside the room - only one outside in the washroom area. Apparently the other dorm lodges do have plugs and railings though.
Food is only at set times but was pretty reasonably priced! I had the split pea soup for dinner one night (5/5!) and a veggie curry the following (3/5) and a veggie burger for lunch (4.5/5). Complimentary breakfast was pretty basic but good enough! They had soy and almond milk available.
There is a cute ethical shop/cafe nearby which is so nice but other than that I don’t think there’s much else within walking distance in terms of shops.
The resort had daily activities to get involved with which is a bonus!! The pool was also very nice and the beach is great for snorkelling!
My favourite part of the beach house was the shower in the washroom area attached to the dorm/lodge. It was an outside area but secluded and the shower pressure was insane!! And nice warm water. However, the toilet itself smelt pretty bad and I didn’t dare go near it.

GGuest UserThe number is new, clean and pleasant. But there are a couple of nuances. Very strong hearing, even quiet conversations of neighbors are very heard. In my case, neighbors started talking without a silence from 6-7 morning and I couldn't go to sleep anymore.
The second point is the place is far from the road, shops, cafes or something. The option is just to stay and leave.

AAnonymous UserAlthough it is located at the very back of downtown Nadi, it was easy to walk around downtown. I was worried about the low price, but the room was very clean. The complimentary breakfast was toast, butter, jam, and coffee.
As for the transfer, the transfer from the airport to the hotel was free, which was very helpful.
On the way back, the hotel took us to Port Denarau for 25 Fijian dollars.
One thing to note is that there are only bath towels in the room. I recommend bringing amenities such as a hair dryer and shampoo. Also, a 25 Fijian dollar deposit is taken at check-in, so you need to have the cash for that amount.
