Vica25I stayed in a private room and had a wonderful experience. The bed was large and very comfortable, and the view from the room was absolutely beautiful. The peaceful surroundings made my stay even more enjoyable.
A special thanks to Raj, who manages the property. He was incredibly kind, helpful, and welcoming throughout my stay.
I noticed that some of the dormitory rooms appear a little older compared to the private rooms, but overall the place has a warm and relaxed atmosphere.
The property provides food for guests, and there is also the nearby Utopia Café where you can enjoy additional meal options.
The location is in Upper Dharamkot, so it is a bit more secluded compared to the main town. However, this is exactly what makes it special. It is quiet, peaceful, and perfect for anyone looking to escape the noise, traffic, and crowds. If you’re seeking a place to rest, reflect, or simply enjoy nature, this location is ideal.
The property can be reached by tuk-tuk, making transportation convenient despite the hillside location.
Overall, I really enjoyed my stay. The beautiful views, peaceful environment, comfortable private room, and Raj’s hospitality made this a memorable experience. I would happily stay here again.

Guest UserGood location, nice friendly staff. We booked the superior room with valley view and it was spacious with electric kettle, coffee and tea provided plus unlimited mineral water. The only complaint I had was the noise from the other guests - there are signs saying quiet time starts at 10pm but that didn’t prevent other guests being loud and slamming doors. While I know the hotel staff can’t control what other people do, there was no enforcement of the quiet hours even though it was obvious to everyone including staff that people were being really loud past midnight. But would definitely recommend the hotel itself.

My stay started with a big smile of the guy at the reception. He was very kind. As all staff is great.
Good quality beds and mattresses in the dorms.
Free drinking water and wifi.
You must download the hostels app to open your room and locker (by Bluetooth) but it worked fine.
Location pretty good, only about 3km to Kasol. If you don't have your own transport, there are often buses.
I recommend this hostel to other backpackers.

Zostel Dobhi is an awesome hostel.
The common areas and restaurant are very well maintained and nicely decorated.
Very friendly manager.
Good dormitory room. Comfortable beds. Good hot shower.
Only the beds don't have curtains for privacy like in some other hostels, maybe an idea for the future.
I really liked my stay here and highly recommend Zostel Dobhi to all travelers!

The presidential suite is very good. The washrooms do lack the need for a curtain atleast. The in house restaurant is something i didn't like except for a decent breakfast as the food didn't taste freshly prepared or wasn't tasty at all when ordered in-room. Rest the jacuzzi is awesome, only that lack of hot water becomes a big issue sometimes.

公交dadaThis place is a bit old, but it's well-maintained. The rooms are comfortable, and the view is great. Most importantly, the hot water and electricity are stable (the WiFi is a bit slow, but topping up my Airtel 3G only cost 40 INR). The staff are friendly (Paras Lakshay and the chefs). I originally planned to stay one night but ended up extending my stay! 😎😎 It's only a 15-20 minute walk to the market and nearby Palchan. 👍👍 If you really want KFC or Domino's, it's a 30-minute walk or a 10-minute taxi ride. The accommodation management is simple; you can just chill out all day without leaving the property. You can order food via WhatsApp and have it delivered to your room, which is perfect for relaxing or for tired travelers. 😎😎 If you're coming from another city to Old ***ali/Volvo bus stand, the taxi fare can be a bit expensive, ranging from 700-1000. If you have time, you can ask about shared taxis, which cost around 50-100. 💰💰 A town worth revisiting! ❤️❤️
