Maybe I had to do more research on my side, but the room I was assigned did not look at all like the picture. The staff was kind and helpful. On the other hand, the amenities were in bad shape and dirty. The room had no air ventilation and the wall were really thin. I could hear all the noises from the other rooms and the halls, because I was near the common toilets and showers. Probably this is a better choice for people who want to party all night and just sleep a few hours. I think the location is great, but next time I will spend a little bit more for a proper hotel room with a private bathroom.

Location is very good. Also the staff was nice. There is a beautiful garden that is good to chill. The place is dirty. Not enough bathroom for the quantity of beds. For me, it seems that no one care about the hostel, maybe too many people with few resposabilities. Also the staff made a lot of noise on the bedroom (the ones who are living there), like they were at their own houses. There is no ”travel people mood”, it seems a place with no owner. I would never come back.
Comfort Inn Puerto Vallarta Golfside & Marina

Nothing exactly was horrible, but not what I was expecting based on other reviews. Pros: breakfast - all the traditional cereals, fruit, breads, but I really enjoyed the frijoles, quesadillas and mexican scrambled eggs. Front desk was welcoming and helpful. Cons: I was on the 4th floor, ice was available on floors 2 and 3. On three, they are doing major construction - sounds like jackhammering the floor tile up...all day. The weatherstriping under the room doors are deafening, screetchy! The peep hole can only be used by someone 6' or taller. The bathroom very dark and dreery - needs updating. No washcloths provided. Hall lights not on most of the time. It's just tired here and I'd rather pay more money for somewhere a little nicer. There were also loud partiers whooping it up at 1:30 a.m. I tried to call the FD but phone didn't work.

Very nice staff very friendly sincerely everything right only that breakfast if you should change it cheaper is not accommodation and since only give you the same I last 1 week and the same chilaquiles that sometimes touched me to see them that looked like soup of kitch of fridge waters and 3 days touched me salads and eggs with jam or salsy if they should improve that because for one who was 1 week to 3 days I had to go out to look for breakfast because it was already difficult to breakfast there for the points that touch but generally everything is okay !!
