Very nice hotel clean and just beside jetty. Slightly small room. The only thing is bad ia regarding the wifi. Wifi available but basically not internet connection. Mattress a bit thin, not to say very comfortable but able to sleep.

It is better to live in the town than in the suburbs. The B&B in the suburbs is far away and you need to take a taxi. There are flying ants at night, and the calls of many animals in nature will be very noisy when sleeping at night. It is very quiet here in the town, not far from KFC, the streets outside are very clean, and even the public toilets inside are clean. There are more foreigners from Europe and America living here, mainly because it is not expensive! The front desk can't speak Chinese, but they can communicate in simple English. The disadvantage is that the room is small and has no window. It clearly says that there is a window on the room I booked, but they said that the platform wrote it wrong, so they could only give me this one. It doesn't matter, the stay is okay later. The first floor of the second floor is where you eat breakfast, which is also very clean. Two people clean it every day! If next time, I will choose here again!

The front desk brother is very good, the things should be optimistic. It is best to lock the password. It is too expensive to book a hotel alone. This place saved me............ It is very close to Longmen Inn.

The hostel was very clean, and the service was excellent. They even helped us book our Mount Kinabalu tour, which included a private car transfer and a professional guide. Everything went incredibly smoothly. Highly recommended! For anyone planning a trip to Mount Kinabalu, this is an excellent choice!

Nice place, clean and safe in a good location, although the street is busy during the day it is not loud. The staff was friendly and always available,easily booked trips to the islands and Shuttle to the airport. Great value for money,would stay again.

GGuest UserThe toilet is not very satisfactory.. we had to clean it again before using it.. the TV channel is just a ghost story 😅 we brought a baby and she didn't want to watch that story.. but everything else was okay too.. worth the price we got

GGuest UserNote: This store will ”deliberately” charge a tourist tax (this does not happen in other stores). If no evidence is found, it will charge a tourist tax (RM10 per day). Fortunately, I found the paid tax sent to me by the ordering website. Only after passing the tourist tax ”invoice” can you get back the excess tourist tax!

There is a private balcony, a power strip in the room, and a converter. The shower head in the toilet can be replaced. There is a safe and a clothes drying rack on the balcony.There is a public refrigerator and a laundry room.
And you need a password to enter the hotel, which is very safe

GGuest UserWe booked a family room, which was good as it came with one large and one small bed. The room itself was extremely small, and the facilities were quite basic. Even with minimal luggage, there was no designated place to put it, so it had to stay on the floor. The overall cleanliness was decent, and the bedding was clean. However, the bathroom facilities were quite rudimentary, and the bathroom's hygiene was just so-so. The location was fantastic, right in the very center of town, making it easy to access all the breakfast places. The owner is a local who doesn't speak Chinese, though simple English communication was possible. Don't expect much in the way of effective service. However, for a diver who spends their entire day out, this temporary lodging offers excellent value for money.
