"UPad Hotel is on the 12th floor. The staffs were accommodating..The breakfast were taste good, prepared and served in your own room but with only few choices. The comments I can say was that I booked for 5 days, I arrived around 12nn but they said that I can't have an early check-in and I can leave my luggages in their storage for P300 for 1 hour. I think they should provide a free luggage storage especially for those guests who are arrive early. I waited and got in to ny room around 3.30pm, I was so tired from an early flight and then they just told me that they were understaffed, and it seems they don't mind me complaining. Then it's on my 4rd day they able to change the beddiings and clean my room in my intire 5 days of staying in the hotel after 3 days of reminding the staff."

ronald keithRooms are cute simple and cozy.
I love the pool amenities they have. Hot and cold showers, common pantry with free use of microwave, hot and cold water dispenser (unli coffee), bread toaster, water heater (breakfast) and also thier very accommodating staff. Thanks ate rose. Sure and definitely will visit again. Highly recommended👍💖

GongchachaI booked this place for a 12-hour transit.
The hostel is clean overall and I was able to get a good rest. There is also a workspace, so I'd love to stay here again if I ever visit Manila in the future.
Just one downside: out of about 8 showers, some didn't have hot water.
The staff were very friendly and great.

Anonymous UserIf you are a bit sensitive and do not want others inside the room, this place is not for you. Expect different kind of people maybe inside the room. Some people maybe super weird... Good thing is they allow room transfer if you are not omfortable.

Guest UserBe prepared to pay a 1,500 peso deposit. The internet inside the room was very slow. No toiletries were provided, such as a toothbrush, toothpaste, soap, shampoo, or slippers. There was also no mini-fridge or complimentary bottled water. The air conditioning was cold, but the blanket provided was so thick that I felt hot again – it just didn't balance well with the cold. They are very strict about their linens and charge a significant amount for any stains. Some occupants in the hallways were noisy, and you could easily hear them inside the room.

GFYMFCMad Monkeys rarely disappoint & here's no exception, in the heart of Makatis Party district Poblacion, you'll find everything you need to have a blast. It's a very social space with a rooftop skybar/terrace & restaurant & ground floor cafe with outside patio.
I stayed in a 4 bed dorm (305) which I have to admit is very cramped, the toilet doesn't flush well & the shower head holder is damaged. Also the mattresses still have the plastic covers on so they squeak like crazy, this could be resolved by placing plywood on the top bunks which would make a sound barrier.
Other than that, great hostel, great staff, great service & you get a welcome drink when you check in.

Guest UserExceptional stay, a perfect 1M/10 experience! Hotel Ava Cuneta exceeded all expectations. All the staff members are incredibly kind, quick to assist, and they even went out of their way to help carry my companion's luggage upstairs. On top of that, the room is absolutely beautiful—it feels like you're transported into another dimension because of its amazing design! 🤩 Excellent service and ambiance overall. I am definitely looking forward to booking here again in the future!

Been travelling around Asia and I always stay in hostels so far here in Manila Philippines Ola hostel is the best I’ve stayed in I liked how clean and friendly the staff’s are, ambiance is really good, they have free drinks too which is new to me, thank you Ola Hostel 😌 I’d definitely recommend this place for solo travels like me., was able to meet new people as well.
