Important: Bring your own padlock and slippers. Facilities: The building seems a bit old, but it has everything you need. There's an elevator (the buttons are quite retro ๐Ÿ”˜). The common areas and kitchen are very spacious, with all sorts of cooking utensils. There's a hot water kettle for hot drinks, instant soup, or instant noodles. Each bed has its own curtain, a small night light, and a shelf, offering a good degree of personal space. That's a plus. Cleanliness: Relatively good. Environment: I arrived at night so I didn't see the outside courtyard, but the interior is very spacious and well-zoned. It seems like there are many activities during the day, and the rooms aren't cold at all. Service: The front desk staff were friendly.

It is less than a 10-minute walk from the subway station. There are about 5 people in each room, and toilets and showers are shared within the room. Water can be bottled in the kitchen room.

The hotel is conveniently located near Times Square with easy subway access, which is a huge plus. The hotel pool is nice, and there's a gym. Our deluxe single room, though small, had everything we needed. Overall, we were very satisfied.

The room is a bit small compared to other hostels. The staff is a little unfriendly. Other than that, there aren't any major drawbacks. It's great for making friends. Oh, and the location is really good. It's easy to get to Manhattan, and the surrounding area feels safe. There are also two supermarkets nearby.

The location is very good. The metro is a 3-minute walk away, which takes you downtown in 10 minutes. The staff was friendly and helped me whenever I needed help. The place seems to host homeless or needy people. The hostel is very old and run down. There are no room keys. You have to ask at the reception. The mattresses and sheets are very dirty. There are no blankets. The plugs are half broken. The bathrooms and sinks are broken. It should be noted that there was soap, but it smelled very bad. There were cockroaches. I understand that for this price it is a lot to ask. But at least the conditions are humane. Conditions in prison are better.

This hotel is located in Midtown on 8th Avenue, not far from Penn Station, making it very convenient for transportation. It's an old building with no elevator. The hotel is on the top floor, so you'll need to climb 59 steps to reach the front desk. The staff are helpful and will even assist you with carrying luggage upstairs. The rooms are small, partitioned off from a larger open-plan space, about three square meters each. Your suitcase can only fit under the bed. The top of the room is open for ventilation, which means there's almost no soundproofing. It's a bit like Hong Kong's 'cage homes' โ€“ if one person talks, almost everyone in the other rooms can hear it. Because of this, the hotel repeatedly emphasizes maintaining quiet. They provide free drinking water, and there's a microwave and refrigerator available for use. Breakfast includes milk, bread, butter, coffee, juice, cake, cereal, fruit, and soy milk. The hotel's background seems to be Nepalese Hinduism, as they emphasize vegetarianism. No meat products are allowed into the hotel, not even eggs.

Kama Central Park is an ideal place for budget travellers going to New York. It's a 3 minute walk from the nearest subway station with connections to Downtown. The beds are comfortable. The staff were also friendly upon check-in. The facilities could be improved a little - the showers are small and there is no space to put dry clothing or change in privacy, the beds don't have power sockets - only USB. The air conditioning in the individual beds is appreciated however is also loud but not very effective. However I did enjoy my stay at Kama Central Park and I'd recommend it to those on a budget.

After living in New York for three days, the room is really small. The 28-inch suitcase can't be opened flat, because it is a vegetarian hotel. You can't eat it. The front desk prepares fruit bread and milk. The public bath is very good and the travel is convenient. Suitable for one person to travel

Great price. Upon arrival, I was a little surprised by the entrance, which truly looked like a garage. No elevator, so be prepared for stairs. The place felt a bit neglected, but the shared dorm rooms were very good, and I slept well thanks to the spacious beds. Finding good food nearby was a bit challenging, as there was no restaurant or meals offered at the hotel itself. In conclusion, I had a very nice trip, slept well, and would definitely consider returning. I was also very happy with the wonderful people I met during my stay here.

I thought it was a really relaxing place. Since June 5th, I have stayed several times in a row. I stayed for almost a month, but it is very convenient because there are restaurants, a market, and a convenience store nearby. Good location. After all, it's safe and secure, and it feels like a little sure house with a round on each floor. I want to use it again. The staff were all very kind. The front door is also safe with a security door. I was relieved with a security door that could not be easily invaded from the outside.
