We loved our stay at Huanghan Lotus. The staff are all very friendly and sweet, and communicative through chat apps even though we do not speak Mandarin. They helped us plan our route up and around the mountain, arranged a taxi for our return, and let us leave our bags here while we travelled up the mountain for a night. When we returned to pick up our bags, we decided to get a massage at the spa and they gave us both half an hour extra. About the room — we were upgraded and the room is gorgeous, beautiful wood and a very comfortable bed and shower etc. The hot spring is also very comfortable, the perfect way to unwind. We will definitely choose this hotel the next time we visit. Highly recommend!

We stayed at the Qinman hotel 13-16.05.24 for the trip to Huangshan mountain and nearby Hongcu village. Despite the hotel situated ~3km from the tourist bus stop we find the location one of the big benefits: there is no hustle, loud noises of the cars and hordes of tourists: you can peacefully relax and enjoy quite and slow mornings and evenings. The hotel is beautifully designed? Rooms are spacious and perfectly cleaned. The staff of the hotel is very attentive to all questions, very friendly and polite, even despite we didn't speak Chinese the personal organized our stay perfectly and used WeChat with translations to give online feedback to any requests! Special thanks to Ms. 慧慧 HuiHui she helped organize transfers, morning breakfast for takeaway and tea with delights to our hot springs. Worth to note! This hotel has its own private hot springs, in May temperature in n the evening can go down to ~18C, fresh hot water helps you relax after long busy days and mind can fully rest in the silence of the night. One of the surprises of the stay was free laundry, it is extremely useful after hikes in n the mountains. Hotel restaurant has great breakfast with local farmer's products and freshly ground good coffee from reputable roasters. If you are a tea lover you'll find tea store from farmers just in front of the main gates, in the rooms you'll find local tea and tea set for tea ceremonies 😀. What is more? The dinner is delicious, especially local fishes. If you arrive by the bus to Tangkou the hotel staff can organize a transfer from and to bus station for free. We highly recommend Qinman hotel for everyone!

We stayed in a family suite, 3 adults, with our own little infinity pool at the balcony, with views of the stunning valley and river. The beds are comfortable, and the room had the latest technology that made everything even more comfortable! The butler service they provided via wechat was excellent. The hotsprings was also excellent. As I said, I'm blown away. All the good words I know in English, I want to write here. The road to the hotell was beautiful, with stunning views of Huangshan. I would even boldly say, that it's foolish NOT to visit this hotel. They have so much to offer! I could kick myself for not staying longer! It couldn't have been a more perfect spot to bring my family to for the first time to see gems of China. A big thank you to the wonderfull staff, and the owner of the hotell. Thank you!

It's really a fairy tale town. You can no longer care about work and relationships, and you can relax here. The town is not big, you can finish shopping in a day, but you can't miss the night view of 12 scenes, there is a bonfire party, and you can also experience Hanfu. The food in the main building is a bit expensive, but the dishes are really good, the taste is good, you can try it. If the whole family comes together, you can live in the villa area and live alone. Although we have not seen it up close, it is very good to see the appearance. I didn't experience the hot spring this time, but I think I will have a chance. There are also many breakfast styles, you can eat what you like, super like the taste of handmade noodles. I really like this small town and will recommend friends to come here.

The hotel was very cute with great food. The hosts were very helpful and accommodating. The hotel driver picked us up from the train and took us right to the entrance, helping us with four bags! They also mapped out a trail for us to go to the Huangshan Mountains, taking us there and back. They have a small hot pool at the lodging with small fishes you can take advantage of as well. It's also within walking distance of Emerald Valley, which is a short (6km) but beautiful hike. This was a nice unexpected surprise that we didn't read about before visiting. We also received a nice gift bag near the end of our stay. Highly recommend this place!

Beautiful outdoor swimming pool and loungers. Fresh fruit in room. Friendly local service. Interesting village to potter round with place up the lane “55” serving good coffee and warm cinnamon rolls. Travel was not like this in the 90s. I was upgraded (midweek stay) so amazing value for money for a spotless, stylish room with outdoor seating. 10 minutes from 黄山北站 so super convenient. They contacted me on WeChat and arranged a driver. 15 RMB.

And we can’t speak Chinese, thankfully we found this hotel😇 of all the hotel i called its the only hotel that someone is speaking english, other hotels nearby just hang out at me😭😭 and said no foreigners… We are still on the way to Huangshan but the owner is so very kind to ask where are we and if we need help we can contact them at any time, actually the day prior to our trip😊😇 We finally meet them and welcomed us! We are so lucky to meet the Xiao Family👨‍👩‍👧 and of course there daughter Daisy🌼 They are very generous, offering help in everything 💞 even waking up very early just to bring us in the hospital for pcr test… driving us and fetching us after the hiking… very friendly family and there staffs😊😊 we felt like we are just a friend of the family owner… it’s more than a guests😭🥰 we had tea after dinner made by Mrs Xiao Xie 🍵 in her tea room…the breakfast and dinner we had is very good, we loved it, we finished all the food after the hike😋😋 We also swim at there swimming pool even if its cold, we enjoyed drinking beer and chitchatting with Daisy.. stargazing and enjoying with music… I highly recommend this hotel specially if you don’t speak Chinese and new to the place and reasonable price… also near grocery stores, restaurants and hospital to do pcr,…. It would be a perfect experience for you… and gain friendship 💞 The local people are kind and always smiling ☺️☺️ Even gave us snacks and when we leave mrs Xie gave us snacks to eat on the way🥰 so sweet mother and daughter We are looking forward to visit and stay with them next spring festival 😁🤩 Thank you so much Daisy and to your mom and family💞🥰

先説説環境與服務，當時衝著有私湯能爬完山後放鬆且想好好休息度假所以在攜程找到了這裏。還沒有訂之前打電話瞭解位置時客服特別細緻負責其他的沒看就直接選擇了。雖然有點遠（距離黃山北高鐵站，黔縣東站，黃山風景區）都有一定距離但是真的不虛此行！山景以及酒店外周邊環境都很不錯，來的路上就感覺很愜意讓人無限期待其它季節景觀。餐廳早餐豐盛晚餐水平也不錯，酒店自帶餐廳菜品也可圈可點整體不錯用餐位置對着山景環境絕佳。 管家式服務去哪兒都有接駁車，針對帶小孩的家庭也有自行車可以在酒店內溜達還是很方便的。除了管家小江和菲菲貼心且專業外酒店內其他工作人員整體水平都很高，普通話溝通無障礙且很友善。 健身房，泳池都沒去遠遠看了下露營基地還是很適合聊聊天簡單互動下。我入住的是墨海系列房型三排聯在一起也很適合與朋友組團來住，有一定私密性且互動方便。 最後説一點點美中不足的介意的需要考慮一下，首先是交通不便距離宏村與西遞的景點如果需要打車很難在平台上叫到車需要酒店幫忙叫出租車並且距離遠沒有辦法點外賣衹能在酒店內用餐。其次墨海01的房型離健身房比較近所以在房間裏活動時需要注意拉窗簾如果介意的話記得提前溝通爭取靠後的位置。後續如果SPA服務配備齊全就再好不過啦～

As a result, after arriving at the hotel at 12 o'clock, I was told that the warm water would not be available until two or three in the afternoon. When I came back with my family after dinner, the front desk told me that it would be after eight o'clock in the evening. Finally, I gave a few tickets to the big pool next door and let the family go. When I came back at nine o'clock in the evening, I found that there was still no hot water. We booked for 7 days and could only stay for one night. The location was just too far from where we planned to go every day. The hotel staff were very understanding and helpful in contacting Trip.com to get the refund started for the remaining days. Breakfast was copious and varied. We were just too late on the evening to have dinner on the restaurant.
