Disappointed by the hotel, ok with the hot springs We spent a night there to enjoy the hot springs. It wasn't very clear in the beginning that the Huiya hotsprings were actually within the hotel's building. The only way to reach the facility is by taxi because even if there are buses (only one line 331) they come once in a while. It was difficult to get back to the city, we had to walk to the little town and wait bus and also keep calling a didi which eventually came... The service at the reception wasn't as good as should be. They couldn't even find the reservation I made, just because it was a foreigner name. No English at all, which I can understand but even communicating in chinese wasn't that smooth. The room was average, honestly we were expecting much better quality, the TV was old and small, no movies, nothing. There was mildew in on the wall. We were expecting to go to the gym as the facility said was available on the description but no open gym, we couldn't even find it, the reception guys didn't even know where it was located. We thought we could have free or discounted access to the hot springs (considered the price of one night!!) but just a slightly lower price. The hotsprings were ok, honestly we were expecting a bit of variety of baths like with aromas or oils.. But no, just water and 2 different temperatures. Differences were in size and temperature. One bath was bigger with a stone bed to relax. No free snacks or drinks (except water but no cups in every water dispenser), even if the service book in the room said there were available. Every thing was to pay. No other meal included besides breakfast. We tried to have dinner, the menu was only in chinese and no many options available. So we had to go to the town to find food. Breakfast was the best part, very rich and complete. The only really good thing we found there. Overall relaxing days and night, but for thw price we paid we could have had a better service experience. Also for the hotsprings, I visited better and cheaper ones elsewhere. I wouldn't recommend it, I would stay to another nearby facility and come only for the hotsprings

Gening tourist area/Qingyun Mountain scenic spot
I visited this hotel ten years ago. The wooden house I lived in at that time has been completely demolished and turned into a small villa. It is still very new and well-equipped. I hope these hardware can be maintained in good condition. The balcony faces the green mountains, surrounded by clouds and mist, and with the trees on the mountain, it is a perfect painting. The health villa is actually more suitable for two families, with children living together and adults in their own room. The indoor and outdoor pools are drained very quickly, and the outdoor pool faces the mountain, which is particularly comfortable. There is also a dry steam room next to the indoor pool. The living room upstairs is also equipped with an automatic mahjong table. The only drawback is that the area is not actually large. Compared with Anxi Yuequan and Wuyi Chunbai, there is no garden. The service has improved a lot compared to ten years ago. If you have any needs, tell the housekeeper on WeChat and arrange it immediately. The response is very fast, as if you are always watching WeChat. The outdoor pool and the infinity pool were not there, and the children went there by themselves. The infinity pool is open in the morning and is said to be average. The public pool opens at 2 pm, and the children like it very much. Free food and drinks are also provided. All in all, Yongtai Royal Hot Spring is now worth a short vacation or weekend.

Not exactly at the Three Alley (Sanfang Qixiang) but still very central. The room was clean and comfortable. However, the cleanliness of the hot spring looked questionable. I was truly looking forward to the hot spring since I had been reading many great reviews on the hotel facilities. Nevertheless, the shortcoming of the pool was made up by the staff and the breakfast. The staff were great - enthusiastic and very helpful. We also enjoyed the rich breakfast, especially the Chinese, and Western options.

I visited Sun Moon Valley for the second time and still found Xiaoxue at the front desk. Knowing that we had children with us, she was very considerate and helped us upgrade the room. The service attitude was also very good. The room was very large and spacious, and very clean. The service attitude was also good. I will come again🥰

I regret coming to Shengzhixiang so late! It's so comfortable! There are many hot springs in the park, including private hot springs in the family area and special cave areas. The hot springs can also be contracted for an entire swimming pool. The overall service is in place, basically responsive to every request, and fruit will be delivered in the evening! I will recommend my family and friends to come next time!

Pretty central location. Rooms are nicely decorated though it would be nice if there was an extra door separating the bathroom area from the bedroom. We travelled as a big family and all had rooms of various configurations on the same floor. There was a child of three in the group and they stayed in the family room - it was great, very cute with toys and a tent. She loved it so much she cried when she was leaving. Would recommend the family room for families with a young child.

Environment: Good location, very easy to find, relatively empty around, although on the edge of the train track, but fortunately, not very noisy. Hygienic: The room is still very clean and tidy. The hot spring pool is not bad. Facilities: The room has a soup pool, you can soak in the soup, it is very convenient and the privacy is not bad. Service: The front desk service is very good, the attitude of the young lady is super good!

Stayed for a night looking for a high-end experience, and it definitely delivered! We got a room with a river side view that was beautiful even with gloomy weather. Front desk staff Benson and Lainely were very helpful with our accommodations and easy to understand. Had a late dinner ( I highly recommend the Peking duck & Fujuan style fried rice) and breakfast buffet. Emily from the restaurant staff was extremely patient and understanding of our needs when it came to the cuisine that has a little something for everyone. The indoor pool area was nice (shower cap is required) that had a sauna room in it as well. Would recommend this location for a couple wanting to get away and enjoy some of the finer things in life.

The room we stayed in looks smaller than the pictures described , the decor is quite nice, the bathroom is good, the shower is strong and the big plus it's got a automatic toilet. One issue was the duvet had dirty marks, anyway that was sorted straight away, the maid gave us 2 bottles water to compensate, unlike other hotels, the water is free or near the hallway to pick up yourself. There's a plenty of restaurants nearby but it's mainly Noodles restaurants and BBQ snacks restaurants, you need to go bit further on to find more restaurants, the staff was ok, but not very informative. Finally another good thing is got a washer room, which is on level 26. Overall it was a reasonable stay.

I went for a room with the hot spring. The room was great - nice and cool in the summer heat and with a balcony. The hot spring bath took a few hours to fill and the temperature wasn't hot - if I stay again, I will see if the flow and heat can be increased - but otherwise, it was fine. Staff very friendly and helpful. The nearby beach is somewhat polluted and noisy - if you walk for 40 minutes or so left (as you hit the beach), you can find quiet beaches. If you turn right, there are walkways and crowded beaches and eventually you get to the night market area (cross over the island ring road), good for snacks and so on.
