SSupiaoThe hotel is just a bit old. Many things need to be replaced. The hotel's bath towels and bathrobes are okay. They don't have much smell and are quite white. However, the bathroom floor drain smells bad. The hotel also prepared mats to cover the floor drain, but the effect is not very good. . The restaurant is nice and the food is pretty good.
The main problem is the hot spring. The bath towels are smelly and yellow, and the stains have not been cleaned. There are no large sizes, only medium and small. There is water in the bathroom! I don’t know if it’s urine or water! There are no large-sized clothes, and the waiter refuses to let you eat. Can you provide a bathrobe to the customer? The restaurant reception is really bad! No sense of service!
The reception service at the hotel was very good and helped us choose the most suitable package! The bath master is also very awesome and professional!

The bathroom had a well-designed wet and dry separation, and the toiletries were of high quality. The most pleasant surprise was the hot spring area, with over 30 indoor and outdoor pools scattered throughout. The original hot spring water was crystal clear with perfectly controlled temperature, and there were also special medicinal baths with rose, ginseng, and lavender themes. After soaking, my skin felt smooth and supple, and all fatigue instantly disappeared. The rest area was spacious and comfortable, with various complimentary teas, making for a truly exceptional experience.
