Facilities: The hotel is a bit old, but it's very well-maintained. It has a full range of entertainment facilities, including a children's play area and a dedicated library with a good selection of books. You could easily spend half a day entertaining the kids without even leaving the hotel. Unfortunately, the direct passage from the second floor to the hot springs was closed due to safety concerns. On rainy days, we had to walk outdoors to get to the hot springs, which was a bit inconvenient. Cleanliness: The hotel's cleanliness was impressive. We moved the double bed in our room and the area underneath was very clean, with no visible dust accumulation. Linens, towels, etc., were delivered promptly and were very clean. The only minor issue was on the last night when we were told there were no children's bathrobes left, likely due to high occupancy. Thankfully, the weather wasn't too cold, so it didn't impact us much. Dining: The breakfast selection has improved since our last visit a year ago. Even during peak times on the second day, food was replenished very promptly, so we never found ourselves wanting for something that wasn't available. The kids thoroughly enjoyed breakfast at the buffet every day 😋😋. We also used room service once and dined at the Chinese restaurant once. Room service was very prompt, and the portions were generous. The fried rice was particularly fragrant. The Chinese restaurant's offerings also deserve praise – they were refreshing, not greasy, and tasted excellent, far superior to the options on the street food strip 🤩🤩. The most important highlight was encountering an incredibly warm and helpful dining staff member. Seeing that I was traveling alone with my elderly parent and child, she took special care of us every morning at breakfast. She proactively prepared some restaurant food for us to snack on during our daytime outings and even gave small gifts to the children. Over three consecutive days, she made our family's stay incredibly enjoyable. Single ticket: This trip was specifically for the hot springs, and overall, it didn't disappoint. The kids had a fantastic time over three days. The only minor drawback was that, perhaps due to lower foot traffic, fewer areas were open compared to last year. Last year's Golden Hot Spring was converted into a marketplace, which has its pros and cons. There were noticeably fewer low-temperature hot spring options for the kids to play in.

This beachfront hotel in Shenzhen truly exceeded my expectations! The iconic pink sea-view terrace is perfect for stunning photos, and the rooms even come with a private hot spring. The overall design is so relaxing and healing, creating an incredible vacation vibe. It was super comfortable and photogenic, just perfect for unwinding and chilling out.

Came here for a weekend getaway and it was lovely. The surroundings are beautiful, very lush and green, and the hot spring water was very clean. The pool water was a bit too cold for me this time of year, but there were still quite a few people swimming. The hotel staff were really friendly; they upgraded me to a courtyard room when I checked in and also gave me a late check-out.

The room reservation clearly stated that there was a hot spring, and we were informed upon check-in that the hot spring water supply was limited. However, when we returned to the hotel to shower that evening, we found that not only was there no hot spring water, but there was also no hot water. After calling to inquire, they said they would send someone to check, but no one responded, provided feedback, or came (we were unable to shower). After complaining on-site, someone came to check and handle the situation, but there was still no hot spring water and no hot water… Later, they came again and arranged for us to go to another bathroom on the first floor in the storage room where we finally had hot water to shower… The National Day holiday being crowded is no excuse; the service response and attitude, as well as the overall experience of both the facilities and the service, were very poor…

When booking the Giraffe Hotel, try to choose the Ctrip daily rate rooms instead of buying pre-sale packages!!! I bought a pre-sale package that didn't include breakfast and wanted to cancel and rebook. I contacted the hotel, and they said I could cancel but needed to contact the third party. I applied for cancellation twice, both rejected. Only then did I contact Ctrip and found out that the pre-sale package was through an agent, not directly from Ctrip, so they couldn't change it. It was really frustrating; I spend tens of thousands on Ctrip every year, and this is the first time I've encountered such an agent. What's more, after adding the premium, this pre-sale package was even more expensive than the Ctrip daily rate rooms. So everyone, don't fall into the same trap!!! Many people have given bad reviews to the Giraffe Castle Hotel, but we had a great experience! It truly is a fairytale castle tailored for families with kids. From check-in to check-out, it's effortless for parents, and the kids' experience is absolutely fantastic. For families with young children, just go for it without hesitation! Early park entry 30 minutes before opening + exclusive fast pass; 2-day unlimited park access tickets; free parking + luggage storage. These benefits combined practically make one night's stay free. Next time we come to Chimelong Qingyuan, we'll definitely stay here again!

The hotel's location is excellent, very close to the subway station, making it easy to get around. The front desk staff were warm and attentive, and check-in was very quick. The room was clean and tidy, the bedding was comfortable, and the soundproofing was good, so I slept very well. The bathroom had strong water pressure, and hot water came quickly. Overall, the experience exceeded my expectations, offering great value for money. I would choose this hotel again next time and recommend it to my friends.

On-site, you can barbecue, camp, have bonfires, experience intangible cultural heritage activities, practice calligraphy, and enjoy tea ceremonies. It's a rich and diverse offering, providing entertainment just steps away – you'll never be bored. **Room Interior:** Equipped with a Laifen hairdryer, disposable bathtub liners, mountain spring water for tea ceremonies, both disposable and reusable towels, comfortable bedding, and a separate wet and dry area. **Dining:** Breakfast was very rich and varied (I forgot to take a picture!), served in a nine-compartment style, with fruit and soft drinks in the fridge. For lunch and dinner, they can help you order from a local farmhouse to eat at the guesthouse, or you can barbecue directly at the guesthouse. There's also afternoon tea, which is exquisite and delicious, and the freshness of the fruit really shows their dedication. **Service:** The service was very thoughtful. It was cold, so they brought breakfast directly to our room. I'll definitely come again!

Highly recommend this hot spring apartment! The price is really amazing, you can live in a room with a separate hot spring pool for a hundred dollars. The location is very good, it is very convenient to eat and shop around. The room is very large, the layout is very warm, the hygiene is particularly clean, and the bathroom has no smell. The boss is super good, the service is thoughtful and enthusiastic, and any needs can be met immediately. Next time I come to Zengcheng, I will stay here!

Our trip was a great experience; my wife and I were both very satisfied. First, the overall ambiance of this B&B gives a feeling of returning to nature. The decor is simple yet stylish, and you can tell from many small details that the owner put a lot of effort into it. Since we visited on a weekday, the owner kindly upgraded us to a room with a private hot spring for free. The room was spacious, and all the amenities were complete. When we used the private hot spring at night, we found it to be exceptionally clean, which was a pleasant surprise. The B&B's service was very thoughtful. Upon check-in, they provided tips and local travel guides. To avoid dirtying the room, they even wore shoe covers while showing us around, which was a very considerate touch. The complimentary fruit, afternoon tea, and breakfast were all excellent. That tiramisu was incredibly delicious! The two chubby cats are so adorable. One seems to be called **? What an interesting name! Overall, it was definitely worth the price, and the experience was excellent. Highly recommended!

A great stay at the Zhongshan Hot Springs Resort. The breakfast was excellent and even included western food like bacon and eggs and French toast. Coffee machine made perfect espresso every time. The business rooms were clean and comfortable. The hot springs were easily accessible and not too crowded during the weekday we stayed. The gym had free weights, but was hard to find and most of the machines were broken or couldn’t power up (no elliptical or bikes, but the treadmill worked). Staff was very polite and responsive. Some were able to communicate clearly in English, although Chinese is clearly the preferred language.
