The room was very clean and thoughtfully designed, featuring a sofa bed that comfortably accommodated a family of two adults and two children. There are plenty of facilities for kids, and the environment is very clean. The only downside was that children over 6 years old are charged half price for breakfast. What can a 6-year-old possibly eat for over 160 yuan? At most, a bowl of noodles and a bowl of cereal. This pricing really isn't family-friendly, especially when the room rate is already close to 2,000 yuan. Charging half price for a 6-year-old is unreasonable. As a family-oriented hotel, you should be more considerate of children. Otherwise, paying 2,000 yuan a night just for the hotel itself feels far too expensive and offers very poor value for money.

We stayed at the cozy hamlet. The room and the hotel feels new and clean. The environment is quite pleasant. Sometimes children passed in the corridor outside of the room and were a bit noisy, but not during sleeping time. The dinner buffet is massive with a huge variety of food and the taste is good. The hot springs are clean and often the water is renewed. It was provided towels and even swimsuits if in need. Downside was having a big amount of people at the hotsprings on Saturday afternoon including children splashing and playing in some springs and pools, and an older man blowing his nose in the swimming pool water… Any kind of people is allowed in the space as long as they can pay so if you expect a zen or luxury experience, chose somewhere else. I will for sure return to the hotsprings but I may do so with a day pass. The room is comfortable but with such long time spent outdoors at the sprigs, dinner, games, and massages, and since we cannot use the springs after checkout is best to buy day passes and sleep elsewhere in the city.

It boasts a kids' play castle inside and a playground on the grounds, offering a fantastic experience that's much loved. Environment: It's very close to the park entrance. You can enjoy hot springs on the first floor, and guests get early access to the park via a fast-track lane 30 minutes before opening. The park environment is beautiful. Service: From check-in to check-out, the service was consistently delivered with a smile. Even the cleaning staff were very polite, providing excellent service. Dining: The hotel offers a buffet. Coincidentally, one of our group members had a birthday, so we got a 50% discount for them, and the rest of the group received a 15% discount. Breakfast vouchers can be purchased online. The buffet has a wide variety of dishes, catering to guests from all corners. There are also many local farm restaurants nearby, and it's easy to call a Didi (ride-sharing service) right from the hotel entrance. Animal Interaction: There are many opportunities to interact with animals in the park, and paying for feeding is well worth it. A small suggestion from me: It would be great if the hotel could set up a shop selling local specialties from Qingyuan, making it convenient for guests to buy souvenirs to take home. Overall, it was a great experience, and I look forward to my next visit!

I took my girlfriend out to play. My girlfriend said she was very satisfied. The hotel service was very good. The front desk gave me a very warm impression. The warm reception of Xiaozhi and Manager Li offset the fatigue on the road. It was my first time staying in a hotel and I felt sincerely received. Although the room had closed windows, it gave people a Hakka walled house style. The night view was particularly beautiful! The Four Points by Sheraton Bavaria was beyond expectations. The environment was beautiful, the facilities were well maintained, not as scary as the reviews said, and the hygiene was also very clean. It is an old hotel, and it seems that a lot of effort has been put into maintenance. I have the opportunity to bring my family back for vacation. This was an AMAZING stay. Upon arrival we were greeted by Barry who was incredibly kind. He upgraded our room and gave us his WeChat in case we had any questions or issues during our stay. The resort itself was beautiful. Everyone was incredibly kind, there were a few included activities including a brief sunset lake cruise, pottery, and an exercise activity with a nice view at the end. While there were a handful of activities, they were all pretty brief. With this in mind, I think it is perfect for a 1-2 night stay. The highlight was definitely the hot springs, which offered a bunch of different springs at different temperatures as well as a pool and fruit bar. This stay was an incredible value for the money and I would DEFINITELY recommend. Thank you Barry!

Traveling with family, we paid special attention to the kids' amenities, but the hotel didn't provide children's toiletries or slippers. During peak check-in time, the front desk staff's attitude was a bit lackluster, and we had to wait a while. However, there was a personal concierge who guided us to our room and introduced the hotel, which was a very thoughtful touch. But at checkout, because we left early at 10 AM to avoid the rush, there were no other guests at the front desk, yet we were still told to go to the snack bar ourselves to pick up a gift, which felt like the service fell short. The hotel's complimentary scented gel smelled lovely, and enjoying the hot spring in the room was also a nice option.

We have heard of Zhongshan hot spring resort and finally we got a chance to spend time here. The rooms are spacious, the bed is huge. All the staff is very supportive, including front desk and cleaners. The mini bus driver offered us a ride and took us to and fro the mountain. There is no need to say, that everything is nice and clean in the rooms. The breakfast was very good. Hot springs met our expectations. Everything was really nice and clean. Sauna and pools are great, we stayed as family and all of us including kids enjoyed it. Would we come back and recommend the place? Definitely, Yes! Thanks a lot to all the staff and see you later!

This hotel has a wonderful view of the sea and the rocky reef bar. Can take many beautiful photos here with the helix like bridge hanging over the reef, and the spiral shape chapel. Buffet breakfast has many choices of food. Lobby staff Ada is so pleasant and helpful. The rooms we booked were for level 4 to 5, but she upgraded us to level 29 rooms after hearing that we had brought our 88 yo mum for holiday. She added us on WeChat and sent us information on the hotel activities. When I told her we want to buy the hotel rubber slippers, she arranged for them to be sent to the room. The only bad points are: 1) irresponsible pet owners who didn't leash their pets (my girl was scared by a dog that chased her in rounds), 2) the beach sand is quite rough and full of pebbles.

This onsen hotel, despite being ten years old, is spotlessly clean. Every corner of the room was immaculate, which is truly impressive and hard to maintain over time. The hot spring pools were also comfortable and clean, with plenty of tea and towels provided. The food in the restaurant and lounge bar was fresh and local. The service, from the front desk to the onsen and restaurant staff, made us feel right at home. We also enjoyed the interesting and lively 'Sékong drum' class. This is a remarkably well-managed onsen hotel where you can truly leave everything behind and fully enjoy your vacation. It's the kind of place you'll want to return to before you even leave.
