Excellent choice for a one-night stay. The hotel was unique and clean, the staff were nice and friendly. There were plenty activities at night and you should definitely get a package to enjoy the buffet dinner with many stalls and varieties! The hot springs were great, towels and drinks were free. Remember to bring your own swimsuit or borrow sterilized from the counter.

This is the second time I stayed at Forest Sea Hotel. I am very satisfied with the hotel service, environment, and facilities, especially Alin, the lobby manager. When I booked the hotel, there were some details that I didn’t understand. When we encountered trouble, the manager ALin came forward to help us solve the problem enthusiastically, with an attitude. Very kind, considerate service, let our family feel like home ~ take the children to leave good memories ~ can't help but look forward to the next time!

The hotel environment and facilities are very good. The first thing I came into contact with was the hotel's parking lot. The parking spaces are wide and sufficient. Next, the waiters were enthusiastic and courteous, especially the waiter who explained the hotel services and facilities opening hours to us. I remember him. The employee number is A2370. He not only enthusiastically explained to us the good places around the hotel, but also helped us arrange a shuttle bus for pick-up and drop-off. In terms of rooms, the basic requirements must be cleanliness and tidiness. The hotel not only achieves these two points, but is also somewhat special in design. The room type I booked is tatami, which I feel is very comfortable and special. Another very important thing is that the environment around the hotel is very beautiful and clean. It is very suitable for couples to take wedding photos here at sunrise and sunset.

I'm from China Hong Kong. It's the best hot spring resort hotel in the 东莞 area, within its proximity to 深圳, enjoying spa has never been so convenient. To get there, it takes only 35 mins to drive, get yourself a China driving license, rent an EV for HK$ 200 to 300, half price of renting an internal combustion engine car in Japan, rocket acceleration! This hotel has got a river beach, enjoying both dry an wet sauna with full lake view.

Beautiful rooms and the hot spring was big with a lot of option. We love the sauna there. There’s this heating stone where you can lie down and have massage. It was amazing. We really enjoyed the stay there for a birthday celebration. They even prepared a cake for us which is so kind and sweet. Highly recommending if you are traveling with your family! as hotel guest you have unlimited access to the hot spring.

Buffet breakfast for two: Good! Buffet late night snack for two persons: Yes! The ancient tree is in beautiful shape! It’s a great place for a relaxing vacation! There is free water, tea and fruit everywhere! It’s best if you can keep changing towels!

We had an absolute great time staying at KHOS for a family trip, just for one night but we enjoyed the hot springs waters at night and the facilities for children during day time. A lot of options to enjoy with family. The staff was great super helpful and nice and the room super nice, very spacious and with nice view. The food was also good but breakfast has not many western options. Overall is a great experience worth the price, great option for a weekend away from the city. I have to say I went during weekday with not many people.

It is located a bit inside which i think is great for a peaceful scenario. They have a few buildings with rooms, hence make sure you book correctly. There have villas, and bigger rooms at another side. I choose the main building hotel rooms that comes with a big outdoor balcony onsen. It was enjoyable as you can have the onsen yourself if you prefer privacy. This resort is like a leisure park where it has a few playgrounds for kids etc. The main building resort has a few restaurants, some exhibtion of toys etc. There is also mini shuttle bus / baggy rides for you to go around. As it was China, everything is wechat pay which can be inconvenience for foreigners. Do have some cash with you, as some international credit cards are not acceptable here. I find the breakfast so-so, unless you are willing to drive 1 hour out of here to have your other breakfast. Overall, it was quite a pleasure stay.

Although the apartment seems old, the Japanese-style decoration in the interior is very new and comfortable.  It is very good to sit on the terrace and enjoy the sea view. It is very healing to listen to the wind bell. There is a big projection TV, and the drama is very good. Suitable for families or couples.  It should be noted that there is a sound of unit decoration projects in the daytime. It is recommended to contact the housekeeper before check-in. The price ratio is high, it is recommended!

Breakfast was as well great! A lot of different varieties of food, asian and western cuisine. A lot of different hot springs and swimming pool which can be a bit cold in the winter time. Seafood dinner was just amazing! Not only seafood, but beef, chicken and other different food! There is a tracking path 15 min away from the hotel, if you feel like you need adrenaline you definitely should do that 😄 Location is amazing, can walk around the area, views are amazing!

The facilities are very complete. It is really suitable for hot spring bathing. The room is also very clean and the surrounding environment is beautiful, especially the sky hot spring on the fourth floor. It is said to be a VIP area. There are not many people and it is very quiet. There are also a lot of free fruits. , the staff will cut it for you, and the attitude of the waiter is also very good. People greet you wherever you go. I would like to specially praise the girl with job number C3033. She is very considerate and takes the initiative to help me replenish my items. She comes every time I call. They were all very timely. When they saw that I had children with me, they helped me check out late. The children had a great time and spent a happy two days and one night. I like their service👍👍👍

Good environment! Hot spring is good! good service! I had a perfect vacation here and it’s a place worth coming back to! I soaked in various hot springs, and also experienced steaming, kissing fish ponds and other projects. While soaking in the hot springs, you can look at the green trees and bask in the sun. The environment is excellent. Public hot spring areas are equipped with dry towels, ginger tea, and scented tea. The staff's service attitude is very good. They can call a sightseeing car to take us to have breakfast and soak in hot springs at any time. Thank you Lin Huoying, Cai Xiuqing, and Pan Xuexiang for their enthusiastic service. The overall service level is very high. Really relaxed here, highly recommended!

Hotel is very clean and staff very helpful. Jason and Matthew were outstaning and their English was really good. Their Customer service was 10 out of 10, would recommend staying here

The room wasn’t ready for 45 minutes but the staff was very friendly and accommodating. The dinner buffet closes at 830 and food delivery options in the area are limited however the evening canteen staff was more than friendly helpful and walked my friend and I to the Chinese restaurant on the property (closes at 9PM) and the food was absolutely amazing !

The hot springs are perfect, the rooms are huge, and excellent value for money! Perfect for a weekend break with friends or alone. Spent the whole time moving between the pool, the springs, and the room to relax. Everything you need in one place. Unfortunately the food is awful... and the drinks are basic... but the rooms have big fridges, so take your own supplies!

This is the first trip with my family in the New Year, so I deliberately chose this relatively new hotel. The hotel is right next to the archway, and the transportation is very convenient. It is about an hour's drive away, which is just right. The newly opened hotel has complete facilities, simple and clean, and the details are in place, making people happy and relaxed. Warm New Year greetings and a quiet resting environment , considerate check-in arrangements, clean and hygienic independent bathing pools on the balcony, all demonstrating humanized services and meticulous attention to detail... Soak in a pool of hot springs, see the beautiful scenery of the distant mountains through the balcony glass, fight off the fatigue, and enjoy the sunset, how about it? Cozy~ After washing away the tiredness that has accumulated for a long time, you can choose the catering provided by the hotel or go down to find food on your own. Next to the archway downstairs of the hotel, there are various restaurants, farms, craft breweries, skewers shops, specialty shops, convenience stores, all kinds of delicious food, mature facilities, warm greetings, worry-free choices; full of wine and food, leisurely strolling and chatting, Relax, take advantage of the New Year's fireworks and firecrackers, bring the coolness of the night, open a full hot spring, and enjoy it quietly. This first trip of the New Year is indeed a relaxing trip that lives up to the expectations. Excellent service by the receptionist from check in to check out. Thanks for the late check out priority provided. Got a pleasant and comfortable rest. Spacious, big, clean and comfortable room. Welcome fruits - oranges, apples. Excellent buffet breakfast with a great variety of western and Chinese dishes. Various types of hotspring pools - coffee, wine, tea pool... Cucumber mask, free flow of fanta drinks, water and tea. One of the best holiday escape ever!! Will recommend to my friends and family and come again in future!!

I checked in on the second day of the new year and the flow of people was just right. It's not like other places where ”people follow the herd”, but it doesn't seem deserted either. There are many hot spring pools, which can be used exclusively by the family. Tourists also have a tacit understanding and usually choose a small, deserted pool to get into the water. In addition, the outdoor temperature-controlled swimming pool is awesome. I went there with my children to swim at 10 a.m., and we reserved the pool for both of us. It was a very enjoyable swim. The only drawback is that the breakfast buffet is a bit perfunctory, with not many varieties. The curry fish eggs and fried noodles are extremely salty, and the cakes are too sweet. So we didn’t buy additional breakfast coupons for our two children, and went directly to the McDonald’s at the door to pack breakfast for them.

It’s so great to have a 2 nights 3 days vacation in the resort. Bulter service is good! Buffet breakfast is not much variety! Gym room is fun. If there is a water dispenser provided would be fantastic!Overall services is excellent! Surrounding area is beautiful! Lots of other facilities are available in the surrounding area. If a guiding application with the resort & surrounding facilities provided would be super!
