Hygiene: We booked a family room that can accommodate four people, perfect for families with two children. The room was clean. Facilities: There's a good range of dining and entertainment options, and you can even get up close with sika deer. We were pleasantly surprised to find Pingjie Hotpot here. Environment: The room offers a direct view of the mountains, with fresh air and a top-notch environment. Service: We checked in at 10 PM. The front desk service was good; there was a minor hiccup, but it was quickly resolved. Nanshan Afternoon Tea: You can enjoy 'big bowl tea' and snacks in the lobby of Building C. Single Coffee: Our room came with two complimentary coffees, which can be picked up on the first floor of Building D. Children's Souvenir (dolls, etc.): Small dolls were provided for the children. A minor drawback was that the bag they came in had a bit of an unpleasant smell, which could be improved.

What I liked most about this stay was front desk staff An Xiaorui. She greeted me with a warm smile as soon as I walked in, and her voice was gentle and polite. The check-in process was very quick, so I didn't have to wait long. She also thoroughly explained details about breakfast, the elevators, and local transportation. When I had questions later, she was incredibly patient and proactively helped coordinate my requests, showing genuine care throughout. Her professional and heartwarming service significantly enhanced my stay, and I absolutely have to give a special shout-out to An Xiaorui!

He went above and beyond to make sure our celebration was perfect. We were deeply touched by the thoughtful gifts prepared for our anniversary and for our daughter’s birthday. Those small but meaningful gestures made our stay even more special and memorable. On top of that, the complimentary room upgrade for our daughter was such a generous surprise — it truly made her birthday magical. Every staff member we encountered was friendly, helpful, and attentive. The service was flawless, and the atmosphere was warm and welcoming throughout our stay. Family trip, the room was super spacious with a balcony. Having a washer and dryer was very convenient. The front desk service was excellent, very warm and patient. Xiaoduan at the front desk was quick and efficient with the check-in process. We had a very comfortable stay.

Where do I even start. This is where one stays when they're looking for relaxation, resetting and mind clarity after months of facing life challenges. The sea view is just out of this world. The soft and sweet scent as you walk into the hotel is just what I needed after a long journey. I always travel with my laptop and I really liked the fact that I could easily connect it to the TV using the hdmi cable. The service is perfect.

Traveling with my mother-in-law's family of five, we booked a room with two large beds, which was convenient for soaking in the hot springs and watching shows. The mini-train and boat rides in the park are free, as is the playground. Bumper cars are 20 yuan for 5 minutes, and we took the baby twice. The water splashing activity was great! The baby loved the evening theater performance and watched it twice, really enjoying the Fox Sister character.

Facilities: Relatively complete, with a soaking tub. Most importantly, the courtyard allows pets. Cleanliness: Relatively clean, but the two bathrobes were clearly of vastly different quality – one new, one old. The older one was already torn and still in use... Because we had pets, we couldn't stay at Qihai Hotel. We immediately noticed the better linens at the new hotel we booked for our parents... We won't choose to stay at this hotel again.

The hotel is great, very close to the sea, and there are plenty of dining options nearby. The hotel itself is well-equipped with an outdoor pool, a kids' play area, a gym, and even a washing machine, making our stay very convenient. The front desk service was also excellent. Seeing that we had elderly family members and children, they even upgraded us to a room with two large beds, which, when pushed together, created a 3-meter wide sleeping area – perfect for the kids to roll around on!

This hotel boasts an excellent location, just a two-minute drive from Fulong Four Seasons Town. Hotel guests even get free access to Fulong Town with their room card. The rooms are spotlessly clean, with comfortable bedding and spacious interiors. The hotel also features its own hot springs, perfect for a relaxing soak after a long day. The front desk staff are incredibly patient and respond promptly to any issues. There are plenty of dining options nearby, making it super convenient for self-driving tours. It's incredibly comfortable for a summer getaway and highly recommended for family trips!

We stayed in a spacious double room in the office building, decorated in a slightly old-fashioned style. Although there was no private hot spring, there was a bathtub. Watching the New Year's Eve gala on TV as a family was quite pleasant. Breakfast was fairly plentiful; the pancakes were good. There was fruit, cold dishes, stir-fries, and various staple foods. The coffee was instant. Agricultural Park Mini-Pass (Unlimited Entry and Exit): This was excellent; we strolled around. The pass inside was 55 yuan, and we played in the snow world and bumper cars, which was well worth it. Double Hot Spring Resort: This was my second visit. It was too crowded and rather old. The price-performance ratio was acceptable.
