We had a very pleasant 4 night stay at the Banshan Siji Hotel in Luoyang. The resort is beautiful and secluded, away from all of the hustle and bustle of downtown Luoyang while remaining accessible. The location is very convenient to the high speed rail station, Longmen Grottoes, Guang Lin Temple and Peony Museum. It’s a bit further away to get to White Horse Temple, Lintang Gate and Luoyi Ancient City. However, the hotel offers a very convenient and comfortable private shuttle for train/airport transfer and a daily trips to or from town. Above all, I have to commend the team at this hotel for their excellent service and extremely friendly attitude. Everyone went out of their way to offer assistance for any of our needs and always with a smile. A huge bonus - they offered a complementary same-day laundry service which we used several times during our stay taking care of a major hassle on extended travels. From the reception, front desk, porters, drivers and housekeepers, we received top notch service rivalling hotels we’ve stayed at worldwide. The breakfast also deserves special mention. The selection was not as extensive as buffets at some major hotels but the quality was excellent and we found it to be more than enough to start each day before sightseeing. In addition to a small self serve area, you can order large bowls soup or noodles and they also provide a beautiful tray of delicacies. We very much enjoyed each day’s breakfast. Finally, the room we stayed in, with a private hot spring tub and private patio was spacious, clean, modern and beautiful. We enjoyed use the tub after full days of sightseeing to ease aching muscles and the bed was very comfortable. On our final night, we did experience a problem with a light switch not turn lights but the staff were quick to provide us another room so we could get to sleep. Another great example of their dedication to quality service. Overall, I was very pleased to have discovered this beautiful gem in Luoyang and it made our visit to this wonderful city that much more special and memorable.

Very high-end and warm hotel. The location is excellent and there is everything around. Parking is very convenient and safe, with ground and underground parking. The room is brand new, the decoration is simple and attentive, clean and tidy and spacious, the bedding exudes a faint fragrance, and the hot water is fast and sufficient. The breakfast was very delicious and the cakes were delicious. The service staff is beautiful, warm and polite, and very concerned about the guests. This is a sincere hotel, people will choose here again.

The hotel I stayed at this time exceeded expectations! The room was very clean, there was no smell, and there was no dust in the corner. The softness of the bedding was just right, I didn't feel the waist acid after sleeping for one night, and the pillow support was good. The bathroom is separated from wet and dry well, the hot water comes quickly and the water temperature is stable, the mirror of the sink is high in clarity, and the space for skin care products is enough.

Fantastic experience! The staff were incredibly warm and welcoming. It's perfect for couples or families looking for a getaway. The privacy is excellent, and the bed in the room is very comfortable. There's a restaurant, and if you don't feel like going out, you can order food to be delivered to your room – the taste is amazing! The outdoor hot spring is superb! Breakfast is plentiful. We missed out on the hot pot and soaking in the snow, which is a bit of a shame. Overall not bad, there are many hot spring pools, the types are repeated, health and beauty have bath towels and bathrobes are very hygienic, disinfected in time. There are many varieties of breakfast buffet. The lotus pickling a la carte tastes good and the meal is fast. There are also many hot spring leisure area projects. There are park kayaking grass-skiing archery tickets, all experienced, and the handmade coupons sent are also good. Upstairs in the cafe, there are cinemas and bookstores, and the supermarket can also meet the needs of life. I plan to play in a month, and the flowers will also bloom, and the scenery will be better.

The location of this hotel is excellent, 5 minutes walk is the shopping mall, travel is super convenient. The room was clean and tidy, the bedding was soft and skin-friendly, the most pleasant surprise was the front desk service, and the surrounding niche food shops were intimately recommended. When I left the store, I also sent a souvenir. The service was friendly and there was no sense of distance at all.

I checked in here with my sister at 4.30! All the housekeepers and service staff are very good! I would like to praise the housekeepers Huifang and Yuanyuan! They are warm and attentive! When I was doing the guide online before, I fell in love with the room with a small courtyard, but I could only book other suites on the platform, so I was embarrassed to ask the housekeeper and the front desk lady to help us make up the difference and change to a suite with a small courtyard. Zundu felt very good! In the courtyard, there is a small flower called Xiyan mentioned by the civet cat in the Legend of Zhen Huan, as well as a stupid kitten, and there are fruits sent by the housekeeper and a barbecue set meal sent to the courtyard qwq I will come again next time when I have time!

The hygiene was excellent, and the service was good too. The leisure facilities were quite nice, and parking was very convenient. The room service was easy to order and delicious. The only downsides were the lack of a laundry room and a limited breakfast selection.

Although we went there in winter, we must book a villa room. The outdoor hot spring felt great. It was not cold at all when we soaked in the water. We could see the stars when we looked up. If you have elderly people with you, you can consider an indoor room. There is also a red envelope lottery

雙人黃帝宮御温泉門票（入住期間多次入園）:温泉很不錯，比較大，池子也多，但是太熱了，室外的池子沒有泡，服務員有點少。12點會開室外的小童的水上樂園，小型，常温水，但是真的不太宣傳，一直沒告知，還是我們坐摩天輪的時候看到所以找過來，孩子很喜歡，但是那個地面和滑梯不太平整，屁股不友好，孩子泳褲滑破被迫離場哈哈哈。我們住的房間是3201，房間很大，大家記好房間號，位置真的很好，晚上9點窗户直接看到銀基動物王國的煙花秀和燈光秀。旁邊休息大廳有水果免費拿，記得拿，房間提供歡迎小食。早餐算是豐富，孩子夠了，米線還不錯。可以延遲2點退房，房間瓶裝水不夠可以加，還提供床欄。房間雖然暗，但是孩子很喜歡那個浴盆，泡澡泡了兩回，就是服務員真的不好找，雖然找到了會很熱情。另外，晚上點了**上的胖胖燒烤，排名第一，真的很好吃，沒想到這麼滿足，強烈推薦。
