Hot Springs Hotels in Hunan, China

I’m a kiwi girl travelling through the Hunan province for the first time and I am so glad I chose this accommodation! I keep telling everyone to go here because it was incredible! The staff go above and beyond to ensure you have a comfortable stay. They’ll pick you up from the train station, carry your bags through the cobblestone streets and upstairs to your room. They took me to the evening performances, brought me snacks and recommended restaurants. When the restaurant didn’t have cocktails, the staff went back to the hotel to make me a cocktail!!! The location was divine and the view overlooking the waterfall and town took my breath away. The amenities were incredible also, everything was up to date and could be voice activated. My only area of improvement was the hole in the skirting by the bathroom and a cockroach crawled out of there but I would 100% go back again!!

It was my first time to come to Tongcheng Hot Springs and I felt very comfortable staying here. I have been to so many hot spring hotels and still think this one is really great. The best thing here is that the service level is really considerate and comparable to that of peers. This time, my friend was not feeling well, and Xiao Wen at the front desk helped prepare brown sugar ginger water and delivered it directly to our room. I was very hungry after taking a hot spring bath at night, so the takeaway I ordered was delivered to my room. We were helped with our luggage during check-in and check-out, and we were asked if we needed a late check-out. The whole stay experience was really good. The hotel breakfast is also good, with a wide variety, especially the rice noodles are delicious. Although the room is decorated in a retro style, the bed is big and very comfortable. The hotel is very close to the hot spring, on the first floor of the building where we live, so it's no problem even if the weather is cold. We will definitely stay here next time we visit!

I'm still on my way home, but I had to write this review right away. This hotel was such a pleasant surprise on our trip! It deserves a five-star rating for its ambiance, facilities, service, and value for money. Firstly, the surroundings are quiet and beautiful, with the Wangcun Wooden Archway and the Geological Park Museum right across the street. The rooms are quite spacious, with corner floor-to-ceiling windows and even a tea set on a large wooden table. Of course, the hotel isn't directly inside the scenic area, but that also means you avoid the noisy crowds, the sound of rushing water, and having to drag your luggage over cobblestone paths. The hotel provides a shuttle service to and from the scenic area. This brings me to the excellent service: we followed the itinerary and schedule recommended by the staff, and after watching the last show, even before we contacted them, we received a message asking where we were so they could pick us up. Such proactive service deserves a big thumbs up! Finally, the private photo spots recommended by the hotel allowed us to avoid the crowds and enjoy the stunning waterfall scenery.

This time we traveled with my parents and kids, and the three rooms were incredibly comfortable. The room had a huge massage bathtub that my child wanted to use every day. There was also a pool table in the living room that could double as a dining table. The hotel is located right downstairs from Pozi Street and Taiping Old Street, and it's less than a ten-minute walk to Wuyi Square. The location is truly convenient!

Hotel is close by Mang Shan National park. Very convenient location to visit this famous National Park. This hotel is very well maintained with good amenities and staff are friendly and supportive. The restaurant manager Li Xiao Yan 李晓燕is a very professional staff and serves the customers full of passion. She sought to understand our needs and help to select the best dishes for us ( not really expensive dishes). We have very delicious and enjoyable dining and unforgettable experience. Really appreciated for her services and customer oriented mind set. This hotel is also offering a no. of well designed hot springs with beats views. After hot spring bathing, can also enjoy fruit bar ( free), reading books ! An interesting and unique hot spring experience

This hotel is located in a prime area, making travel incredibly convenient. What's truly amazing is how it cleverly avoids the hustle and bustle, tucked away in a peaceful spot. It truly embodies 'bustling outside, serene inside.' It's just a few minutes' walk to major attractions and food streets, so you can easily return for a rest whenever you get tired, which makes for an excellent experience. The service here is the hotel's soul! From the front desk to room service, every staff member is smiling, warm, and attentive. The bedding is top-notch, feeling like you're wrapped in clouds, guaranteeing a dreamless sleep until morning. The bathroom has a wet/dry separation, all facilities are smart, and the hot water is stable with excellent pressure, washing away the day's fatigue. Even the small details are perfectly executed, such as the complimentary mini-bar and the exceptionally soundproof windows, ensuring absolute quiet and privacy.

Great place to stay in Furong Town! I’m not a fan of “inn-style” rooms so it was really nice to find a hotel in the town where the rooms were modern, clean and huge. I was picked up and dropped off at the train station and they even brought me some amazing noodles in the morning for breakfast before my early flight. It’s in a really great location too making it easy to get to and from it. I didn’t choose a couple other options bc I had two pieces of luggage and I didn’t want to haul them up/down tons of steps in town. Found a nice restaurant on the other side of the river with amazing views of the waterfall for pictures and videos. And then I got to sleep peacefully at the hotel. (Also, the rooms have a face recognition software which I thought was super cool. As well as the smart projector and assistant in the room) definitely recommend!

A person came to Deqi Miao Village to relax, choose Shanshui Deqi Yashe Hotel really chose the right! Just arrived at the entrance of the scenic spot, I saw the hotel staff take the initiative to pick me up, and also took the suitcase intimately, without having to work hard at all, instantly dispelling the fatigue of traveling alone. When I checked in, the front desk lady was very gentle. I heard that I was alone to relax and directly helped me upgrade the room type! When I entered the room, I was amazed that the large floor-to-ceiling windows were facing the Miaozhai Mountain view. I woke up in the morning to see the clouds and mists of the mountains, and watched the sunset in the evening to dye the peak. I felt healing when I sat by the window in a daze. More heartwarming is that Miss Sister is afraid that I will travel alone without direction, and specially handwritten a play route, from the entrance of the scenic spot to the quicksand waterfall, where can I take the panoramic view, which restaurant has the most authentic dishes, and where can I experience batik production, all marked clearly. I was repeatedly told to be safe. This meticulous and warm, so that the journey of being alone is particularly practical, next time you come to Dexu, you will definitely stay here!

Very nice place, quiet and comfortable environment. The room was very bright and spacious and the large terrace was very nice. There is a skylight above the bathtub, which is very special. You can see the stars in summer! The service is standard and the staff are warm and courteous. There are not many hot spring pools, the pools are clean and the water temperature is relatively mild. It is not very convenient that there is no dehydrator in the locker room. The breakfast is not bad, not much variety, but quite delicious. The food from the Chinese restaurant tastes pretty good, but a little too oily.
