This hotel far exceeded my expectations! The environment was clean and refreshing, and the room size was just right – not cramped at all. The service was attentive throughout my stay, and both check-in and check-out were very efficient, with no long waits. It's also super convenient for food, drinks, and getting around. Overall, it offers fantastic value for money. It's a great choice whether you're traveling for business or a short getaway.

We had a truly enjoyable stay. For this trip before the ***** New Year, we booked a suite in Building 11. The room was incredibly spacious and clean, and the service was excellent. Since we were traveling as a family, we appreciated the complimentary extra bed. We also received three free hot spring tickets. Yangzhou State Guesthouse boasts several Black Pearl restaurants. If you're coming to Yangzhou, a stay at the Yangzhou State Guesthouse is an absolute must.

This hotel boasts an excellent location, right next to Slender West Lake. Turn right out of the hotel and you're at the East Gate of Slender West Lake, and it's also very close to Daming Temple, Guanyin Mountain, and other attractions! The hotel has a garden-style design, with all guest rooms featuring traditional Chinese architecture with upturned eaves. The internal garden is spacious and the environment is lovely! The front desk service was excellent; they escorted us to our room and patiently explained how to use the in-room facilities. The hot spring is a highlight of the hotel, and our stay was upgraded to a garden-view hot spring room. The hot tub was large enough and the water was hot, so the outdoor soaking experience was quite nice, though the weather wasn't ideal at the time – no starry sky to enhance the evening soak! The hotel facilities are good, the room is spacious enough, and the breakfast is quite varied. My only minor regret is that there's only an outdoor pool, no indoor heated one. All in all, it's a great hotel and highly recommended!!

We switched from a hotel near the Grand Canal to this one, a classic five-star establishment. From the moment we walked in, the staff made us feel incredibly welcome, truly setting a vacation mood. The concierge service was outstanding. The hotel's location is absolutely perfect for a trip to Yangzhou; it feels like Daming Temple, Slender West Lake, morning tea, the Ancient City Park, and Yangzhou Banquet are all part of the hotel's amenities. The best part? Soaking in the hot springs after a long day of sightseeing is the most anticipated moment of the trip. We loved it so much that we immediately extended our stay for another night. Highly recommended! For a family of three, getting this level of service, scenery, and amenities for just 200 per person is truly excellent value. It's definitely our top choice for visiting Yangzhou with kids.

This hotel offers the best value for money in Tangshan during the Chinese New Year. It's very convenient for families driving with kids. The room has its own hot spring, is quite spacious, and includes a dining table. The toilet and the hot spring shower are separate, which is a nice touch.

A perfect experience! The family room was cozy and comfortable, and the play area was clean and safe. The kids had a blast the entire time, and the adults were able to relax and unwind. Highly recommend! There's a great variety of hot spring pools, including shallow areas perfect for little ones. The water temperature was comfortable and clean, and the kids had so much fun. Both the indoor and outdoor areas are spacious, and the rest areas are very comfortable, allowing adults to relax while kids can run free. The service was warm and attentive, and the breakfast was rich and delicious. Overall, the experience was fantastic – a one-stop solution for family fun and hot springs. We'll definitely be back!

Basically, the products of Huajiantang must be boutique. The hotel is in a very good location. Behind it is Yumatou, the Grand Canal, and Hua Street. It is quiet in the bustling city. There are noisy gongs and drums outside, and the voices are bustling, but it is very quiet in the hotel, which is very suitable for vacation. The facilities are very new, it is very comfortable to live in, the room is large enough, and the scenery is very good, not to mention the service, which can be ranked among the top domestic hotels. Basically, the front desk is responsive. I originally wanted to stay for one day, and then I extended it for another day because of the service. The young lady is very enthusiastic and actively recommends delicious and fun things around, and pays great attention to various service details. For example, when my wife had a birthday, the young lady took photos for her, printed the photos and put them in a wooden frame to give to my wife. I give full marks for this wave of service. The mineral water used is of the same grade as that of Qingdao St. Regis (Qingdao St. Regis is a top luxury hotel in our Shandong), and the various drinks in the small bar are the same as those used by Beijing Bulgari, and there are also various snacks, all free. The only downside is that the parking lot is a bit far away. It is said to be 150 meters away, but it is conservatively estimated to be 300 to 400 meters. The breakfast is good, but the dinner ordered in the restaurant is indeed average. This is basically the best (most expensive) hotel in Huai'an, so whether you are on a business trip or a vacation, you can't go wrong here.

Facilities: The facilities are decent, though the stairs creak a bit. Cleanliness: I didn't notice any issues with cleanliness, and the disposable toilet seat covers were a nice touch. Environment: The environment is excellent. Our room faced the lion and tiger enclosure, and the animals seemed to be in good condition. Right outside the door, there's a lakeside lawn perfect for a stroll. Service: The service wasn't overly enthusiastic, but they were generally responsive to our requests. Spring Festival lakeside fireworks show: Exceeded my expectations, absolutely beautiful! Unlimited access to the wildlife park for four (excluding amusement rides): The wildlife park was a bit ordinary, and there were too many extra charges inside. Unlimited access to the hot springs for four: The indoor hot spring pools were quite dirty, but the outdoor ones were fine. Additionally, the Jinling restaurant has a red panda themed dining area, which is great! The food quality was also quite good.

We decided to visit Yixing Bamboo Sea for a hot spring on a whim and chose this place. We experienced a private hot spring room with a view of the bamboo, and were very satisfied overall. Upon arrival, we discovered that Suiyuan Valley is the second phase of the villa area of the Bamboo Sea International Conference Center. Several small buildings are nestled in the bamboo forest, each with a balcony and beautiful scenery. Soaking in the private hot spring was wonderful. The private hot spring is open from 10:00 AM to 12:00 AM, allowing you to enjoy the view while soaking in the hot spring from your balcony. Dining and the public hot spring pools are a three-minute walk from the main building of the conference center. There are about six public hot spring pools open, and when we went, it wasn't crowded, making it very comfortable. We ate all our meals in the main building. For dinner, we ordered from the Chinese restaurant, which served traditional Jiangzhe cuisine, and the taste was quite good. Breakfast was included in the room rate and was very plentiful; the noodles were especially delicious! Service: The staff were very polite and gave us a special black glutinous rice as a parting gift. 🥰 Overall, I highly recommend this place, and I'll bring my mother next time.

GGuest UserWhen we arrived, the dam had been repaired, and we could see the beautiful view of Tianmu Lake from the hotel door. The hotel housekeeper contacted us in advance, and we stayed in the private soup room and gave us fish head vouchers. For other dishes, we ordered black rice and The small bamboo shoots are quite delicious when cooked, and the experience is still very good!

GGuest UserThe service at the hotel was excellent, they were polite and very helpful. Any questions that you asked, they answered without hesitation. Overall the staff, were the best if I have to compare with other big and small hotels that I have been to. My friend and I booked the hotel together. The rooms were very very nice. We loved them. It was easy to travel around the resort, they have golf carts that can take you around the resort. So many activities to do there. You need to speak a little bit of Chinese though. But in case you don’t they will find someone to help you there. The hotel package we took included the hot springs, spar and breakfast. It was worth it. The springs are the best. There is also an infinity pool. The people there are very helpful, great service. It was easy to spot two foreigners but they treated us with so much kindness, especially the man and woman at the fish spring and the little cafe there names: 张浩川, 张刘纪 and 彭玉琴. So Hentique hotels and resort is huge. The area and the activities you can do there are plenty. You can get on a helicopter(480rmb), boat(272rmb) it includes going to the islands and mountain hiking, horse riding and many more. You just have to come with a good budget. Breakfast is at the big hotel that has a great view of the lake. Hentique pinecone has different restaurants around, the food is between 100 -300 per person. I suggest you bring snacks because there aren’t any shops close by. The big hotel has a shop where you can buy snacks for a price, and an all day restaurant. We ended up moving from hentique pinecone hotel to the big hotel but paid a little bit more and was worth every penny. The hotel really good, with a nice view, the manager on duty that day August 16th 2023 was the best manager, I forgot his name. His English was very very good. He answered all questions and helped us transfer from 松果 to the big hotel. Having being in China for a long time, this was the best trip ever, with the best service. We will surely go back to this place. Best service ever. Keep up the good work!!!

DdyhxThe hotel has its own onsen area that's open to non-hotel guests. So the entrance starts with the shoe cabinets before reaching the front desk that serves both onsen day-use guests and hotel guests. The Japanese themed room was luxurious. Very clean and impeccably maintained, good sound proofing I could hear a pin drop in the room. Double basins, Dyson hair dryer, bidet toilet bowl, standing shower and a huge zen sofa couch area by the window, complete with tea and chess set. Pity there's not much of a view out there. There's also no phone here, just a speaker by the bedside table or one can use WeChat to communicate with the front desk and of course robot deliveries. Bed and pillow was too soft for my liking. Service is excellent and they even provide turn down service. I left the room for onsen and came back to a room where the curtains are drawn, a plate of fruits on the table, floor towel laid out in the shower area with the bath towel, originally under the basin, now hung on the door of the shower. The stay package came with an Afternoon Tea set of fruits, desserts and crackers. The cheesecakes were meh but the pineapple tart made up for it. Fruits were fresh and yums. In-house guests were given unlimited access to the Onsen and I took my time to enjoy it fully. It's a full Jap style onsen, meaning going fully naked. A rather small onsen with just 3 pools but the outdoor one was the best, soaking in 43 degrees pool in the cold. There's a chill out area outside including a lounge, meditation room and a movie-cum-reading room (what an irony though). They also have private onsen rooms for rent at additional costs. Leisurely breakfast the next morning at 930am. Yes, I had to choose a specific hour to be at breakfast as it's a Jap bento set with a partial buffet (of noodles and porridge). Not outstanding for me. But otherwise, it was 5* experience and I recommend this to anyone planning to come to Taicang to experience the onsen.

1110153****A clean and affordable hot spring hotel with few guests. The service attitude was genuinely excellent – friendly, attentive, and patient. The hot springs were also good; the key is that there weren't many people, making for a very relaxing soak. Soaking in the winter is truly comfortable. We were warm and toasty, and it wasn't cold at all walking back from the outdoor pools. The breakfast was abundant with plenty of choices. However, a few complaints: The family room was advertised to have a sofa bed, but it was very small, only suitable for a child. Once unfolded, half was a hardboard and half a soft cushion, making it very uncomfortable to sleep on. The shampoo and body wash provided for showering at the hot springs were quite low-quality, and there was no conditioner. Also, the changing room air conditioning was insufficient, so it was quite cold while changing clothes.

AAnonymous UserAbsolutely amazing! We originally booked a small villa with a great view, but the front desk upgraded us to an even better and bigger room. The hotel's common areas are also very clean and beautifully designed. We bothered the front desk many times with various issues, but they always responded quickly. The hotel has a shuttle, a pool, and a gym, and food deliveries are brought right to your room. Thank you! A hotel that treats its guests well is a good hotel! I will definitely come back next time!

GGuest UserThe service was quite cold. I didn't even bother asking about the package upgrade; I just didn't want a first-floor room, but they said none were available. The room facilities and cleanliness were decent, but the public areas needed improvement, especially the hot spring where there were empty bottles and used tissues on the ground that hadn't been cleaned up. Breakfast didn't offer much variety, and kids over 1.2 meters were charged half price at 84 yuan, which they enforced very strictly. On a positive note, the hotel shuttle service was efficient and quick for both pick-ups and drop-offs.

GGuest UserBanyan Tree Nanjing: A secluded private hot spring in an abandoned quarry. This hotel, built in a former quarry, perfectly blends industrial aesthetics with natural landscapes. The lobby's design is incredibly striking – every photo looks like it's straight out of a magazine. The biggest highlight of the rooms is the 'private hot spring in every room.' The rooms are very spacious, and the balcony comes with its own private onsen, allowing you to soak while enjoying views of the cliff face. The privacy is excellent, and it's incredibly relaxing. The turndown service even used my favorite citrus scent, ensuring a great night's sleep. Breakfast can be enjoyed with a scenic view, and it's very family-friendly, with a dedicated kids' club. In summary: If you're looking for a place to completely unwind and relax in a hot spring, this is definitely the top choice near Nanjing. Aside from being a bit pricey, it's absolutely perfect!

GGuest UserBanyan Tree, as always, is wonderfully secluded and comfortable! The butler, a lovely lady, upgraded our room again. And we even ran into Alice Xiaoxiao, the butler who assisted us during our stay last year – it was great to see her again! She proactively reached out before check-in to ask about our needs and was incredibly responsive to all our requests. The concierge service upon arrival was also very thoughtful. The courtyards, lush greenery, and water features are beautifully designed, offering a new picturesque view at every turn. The views from our room were truly refreshing and invigorating! Kids' toiletries were fully stocked, and the complimentary soft drinks were of good quality, not just an afterthought. The hotel also offers free activities like Baduanjin (a traditional Chinese exercise), cocktail making, and night runs! Overall, a very satisfying stay! Excellent value for money! **Dining:** The hotel's Baiyun Restaurant is also fantastic. Even though dinner was a set menu from a group deal, every dish was surprisingly delicious! It's a perfect alternative to the Rongsheng Restaurant next door, where you often have to queue for two hours if you don't want to wait. They've changed breakfast to a mostly buffet style, which can sometimes mean colder food with a less-than-ideal texture. However, they still offer à la carte service upon request, which is great! And the champagne was delicious! **Activities:** This trip, we came specifically to climb Lion Mountain, and we successfully reached the summit – the entire scenic area is very thoughtfully developed! Safety measures are also very well implemented! Whether looking out from the mountain or gazing at it from the hotel, it's a view within a view – perfect for photos! There are several well-designed buildings nearby, like museums and science centers, all within walking distance. The hotel key card provides direct access to Lion Mountain Park, and in the evening, they even offer transportation for a golf course tour. The park has added more activities since last year, including a mini-train, cycling, and boating. This year, we even tried kayaking – so much fun! We'll definitely be back next year! Our sincere thanks to Alice Xiaoxiao, our butler, who made our first stay enjoyable and our second even more comfortable. Also, a big shout-out to the handsome concierge who helped with our luggage! The auntie providing turn-down service gave our child small gifts and drinks, and the three lovely ladies at the bar patiently taught us cocktail making… All the hotel staff made us feel so warm and welcome. Looking forward to our next stay!

ZZuiyuyaobaiBecause I had made an appointment with the Grand Canal Museum, I booked a superior king-size room with a private hot spring on the 24th. I was very satisfied with the front desk service from the beginning of the check-in. The service awareness was very good, and a disposable hot spring bag was given. The room was OK, with smart guest control and no odor. It snowed heavily in Yangzhou in the morning when I arrived, and it was said that hail fell... In such a cold day, the air conditioning and heating effect are very good, but the private hot spring is on the balcony. It was a bit cold when the breeze blew when entering and exiting the water. Of course, I didn't feel cold at all when I was soaking. I was sweating all over.... The hot spring pool is a bathtub type, very clean, and the water discharge speed is OK, unlike some private hot spring pools I visited before, some of which are dirty inside. I hope to install a curtain or something to block the wind, otherwise children will easily catch a cold. The breakfast is also good, and the dishes are relatively rich in my opinion. Full marks, absolutely full marks
