VviannnnI finished checking in, sweating profusely. The butler was so thoughtful; he helped me carry my luggage upstairs and explained the design concept and style of the guesthouse along the way. By the way, the hotel is called ”Dongbi Yin Gui” (Eastern Green Hidden Osmanthus). See that lush osmanthus tree in the courtyard? That's where the name comes from—quite charming!
I was pleasantly surprised when I opened the room door. The first thing I saw was a super clean sink, and the shower was separate from the main shower area. To the left was a striking large, emerald green bathtub! Just imagine how relaxing it would be to soak in a tub after a long day of sightseeing!
The 1.8-meter king-size bed in the room was very spacious, and the small sofa next to it could also be used as a bed. It would be perfect for a family trip.
Next to the elegant desk, there was a private terrace—perfect for watching the sunrise in the morning and the sunset in the evening!
The hotel's amenities are also fantastic! Guests can swim in the outdoor swimming pool for free. In the evening, you can brew a pot of tea in the outdoor tea room, relax in the breeze, and enjoy the tranquility! Being a designer hotel, the details are meticulously crafted. The owner even has a private collection; browsing through it is truly like visiting a museum!
Finally, I must praise the breakfast—a wide variety and exquisite presentation. It includes local Jingdezhen specialties like mixed noodles and freshly cooked porridge, as well as fresh fruit—perfect for starting your day of sightseeing, leaving you feeling energized and refreshed!

2232964****Probably the best accommodation we stayed at this trip. The place was so beautifully decorated & the surroundings felt so exclusive & posh. Really wonderful especially for the price. Gorgeously decorated room with a huge balcony. The bathtub was so big & comfortable & easily fitted both of us. They even provided a free tea set with snacks at the cafe (with an absolutely adorable poodle for company!). Free fruits & canned drinks were also provided in our room. The breakfast provided was simple but adequate. The location was really quiet. We walked around 15-20min to a nearby ancient town 李坑 for a good dinner. Really enjoyed the stay.

The friendly staff, the beautiful grounds that evoke Chinese tradition and nature, the wide range of interactive activities like hot springs and calligraphy, and the very friendly cats all made our stay extremely comfortable and enjoyable.
Transportation
While many people use their cars, we took a taxi from Shangrao Station using a ride-hailing app! The trip took just under an hour and cost 102.21 CNY (approximately 2,200 JPY). On the way back, taxis were hard to come by, so we scheduled one in advance using the app.
Room
Waking up to the view of the mountains and autumn leaves, I felt like I was in the happiest place on earth. The bed was large, and there was a tea set, kettle, mini-fridge, and speaker.
If we had any questions or concerns about the room, we were always able to communicate with the staff via WeChat, and they were always very helpful.
・Hotel Experiences
There's a hot spring bath on-site, which you can use once during your stay. The bathtub is huge and has a fantastic atmosphere! At first, the water was too hot, so I had them adjust it, but the cold water came from below, so the temperature at the top didn't change easily. I thought it would have been convenient to have a board or stick to stir the water. We also had the opportunity to try calligraphy and afternoon tea! The calligraphy session was held in a room with an open, Chinese-inspired atmosphere, which was very relaxing.
・Food
Breakfast was included, and we were able to enjoy a variety of Chinese-style dishes! We were very satisfied with the noodles, bread, vegetables, fruit, dim sum, and more. Dinner was also available to order separately. The flavors were mild and delicious! It was so big I couldn't finish it, so I took it back to my room for a late-night snack. 😌
・Sightseeing in the Area
On the second day, we went to Wangxian Valley! I couldn't get a ride-hailing app to work, so the staff called a taxi for us both ways. It was just under an hour's drive, and we were thrilled to enjoy the spectacular views and delicious food. We had planned to take other walks and hikes in the area, but the hotel was so good we couldn't resist. ❤️
Once again, this hostel was truly amazing—the facilities, the nature, and, most of all, the staff! Thank you so much for being so kind to us, even though we don't speak Chinese. I'd love to come back here again for another relaxing trip surrounded by nature. 🇨🇳

GGuest UserEven though it was winter, the view outside the window was still beautiful, and the starry night sky was a breathtaking sight you wouldn't see in the city. I was a bit worried about the inconvenience of staying at the hotel on top of the mountain in the scenic area, but everything went surprisingly smoothly. After checking in at the foot of the mountain, there was a dedicated cable car 'green channel' that allowed us to bypass the queues. Once we reached the mountaintop, a hotel vehicle took us to the lobby for check-in, and then a staff member personally escorted us to our room – super convenient! The best part was that after the large crowds of tourists left for the night, the entire scenic area became wonderfully quiet, allowing us to explore at our leisure. In the early morning, before the other tourists arrived, we had the entire 'Shaiqiu' platform to ourselves and managed to take perfect family photos without anyone else in the background. It was absolutely wonderful.

GGuest UserThe hotel's hot spring is very large. There are pools in the south and north areas. Each has its own characteristics and is very clean. Just bring your own belongings and swimsuits. Everything else is provided. Very satisfied! The bed is very comfortable. There is a bathtub in the room and the hot spring water is very nice. It is very convenient to connect directly to the WIFI in the room without a password. The breakfast buffet has many varieties, the environment is clean, and you can eat with confidence. The hotel staff Xiao Chen is very enthusiastic and a good experience

GGuest UserThe guy at the front desk was very welcoming. We booked two rooms, but they weren't connected. After discussing it, we upgraded them to a hot spring room for free. However, I didn't use the hot springs, mainly because I wanted to have the two rooms together. We also added breakfast, and they gave us a discount! The service was good, the cleanliness was good, and I especially liked the oversized washbasin and mirror.

AAnonymous UserIt was a great holiday experience. I didn't expect that there would be such a high-end resort in a small county town and a niche tourist spot like Chongyi. The room type we booked this time was so successful and we liked it very much! A duplex courtyard with a sense of design. The highlight is that Yangming Mountain is opposite. You can see the mountain while lying on the bed through the large French windows. The courtyard is very large and there is an open-air hot spring. It is perfect for taking photos and checking in. The atmosphere is full! In addition to the great courtyard where we stayed, the resort also has many attractions. The lambs, rabbits, and sika deer in the cute pet park are super cute, especially the gray lamb! The heart-shaped swimming pool is also worth seeing, and the cafe is also very photogenic. Anyway, just take photos! The service staff is very nice and considerate. In short, this trip was very pleasant. I will bring my family with me next time.

GGuest UserThe suite we booked has a large hot spring bath, which is very spacious for a family of three. The owner is very attentive and takes good care of us from check-in to check-out. There is also a nice public tea room for tea. Because it is at the foot of the Donglin Buddha, I feel that the owner is a Buddhist and gave us some Buddhist supplies. Thank you! If you like a large room and a quiet environment for a family trip, you can choose this place. It is recommended to add some safety measures when the hot spring bath is larger, and it would be better to have breakfast.

GGuest UserI have been struggling whether to book a few days at the Metropark Hotel for a vacation, so I booked one day to try it out. As soon as I checked in, I was immediately impressed by the hotel's environment and service. I stayed for 2 more days at night. We had a pleasant 4-day and 3-night holiday at the Metropark. Special thanks to the supervisor at the service desk, who was serious, careful, and patient in helping our group of 9 people. The room in Building 2 is not only large in size, but also has a balcony, where you can see the rain and fog in the distant mountains, which is very beautiful. It is so enjoyable to soak in the hot springs in the infinity pool on the top of the mountain at night. The buffet breakfast has many varieties and is rich.
