My first visit to Piamsan was truly a haven for health and wellness. The hot springs are both indoor and outdoor, and there's even a Korean sauna. There are so many pools to soak in, and I even tried the local specialties: red and green chili pepper hot springs! ๐Ÿ˜† You can also change into Hanbok for free. The front desk service was excellent, and thank you to Xiao Wang for helping upgrade my room. The room had a direct view of the hot spring area and a balcony. Looking forward to coming back with family and friends again! ๐ŸŒˆ๐ŸŒˆโญ๏ธโญ๏ธโญ๏ธโญ๏ธโญ๏ธ

Due to a change in our itinerary, we booked a hotel on short notice. Upon check-in, we found it far exceeded our expectations. The room was clean and tidy, the service staff was very professional, and a heartwarming incident occurred. After checking out, I was over 100 kilometers away from the hotel when I realized I had left my wallet in the room. After contacting the hotel, the staff immediately helped me find my wallet. Because cash can't be delivered by express, the waiter put the money in my card and transferred it to me via WeChat. They were very patient throughout the process, and the problem was quickly resolved. It's inevitable that there will be omissions when you're away from home, but it's very touching to meet such people! A big thumbs up to the hotel staff ๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿป

Subject: An Exceptional Stay Defined by Remarkable Service and Comfort I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel, and it was truly an exceptional experience from start to finish. The level of service here is world-class, particularly the housekeeping team. When I found my room a bit too warm and realized the windows were fixed, the staff proactively provided a fan to improve airflow. This, combined with the in-room humidifier, ensured a perfect nightโ€™s sleep. The room amenities were also incredibly thoughtful and comprehensive. The hotel facilities are a major highlight. The hot springs offer an impressive variety of both indoor and outdoor pools. Furthermore, the logistics are handled seamlessly; the shuttle service to and from the High-Speed Rail station was very convenient. For those visiting Changbaishan, the hotel offers a direct bus service (provided you have a ticket), which made my trip stress-free. I want to extend my sincere gratitude to Da Ling and Yin Ling. Their attentive care and constant check-ins throughout my stay made me feel truly valued and were the highlights of my trip. The dining experience was equally impressive. The breakfast buffet featured a wide variety of delicious options, and the on-site restaurant served a diverse menu where every dish was flavorful. Overall, I am thoroughly impressed. I will certainly choose to stay here again on my next visit.

The ultimate surprise of our Beidahu skiing trip was definitely the Million Stone Onsen Hotel! As a high-end Japanese luxury brand under Gokurakuyu, the hotel is centrally located within the resort, a mere 5-minute walk directly to the slopes, allowing for true 'ski-in/ski-out' access. The complete equipment rental service was incredibly convenient. From our window, we enjoyed stunning views of the snowy mountains and rime ice, while the wooden, gassho-style architecture exuded a warm, Zen-like tranquility. Our room was spotless, with custom pillows and a wide array of amenities showing great attention to detail. After skiing, we headed straight to the Gokurakuyu on the second floor, where the alkaline hot springs warmly washed away our fatigue. Coupled with delicious Japanese cuisine like sushi, sashimi, and tonkotsu ramen, both our bodies and taste buds were thoroughly satisfied. The staff were meticulous and attentive, providing 24-hour responsive service, making our entire stay from check-in to check-out incredibly comfortable. Whether you're traveling with family or are a passionate skier, this is the perfect choice for a winter vacation. It's already on our annual must-visit list!

This hotel is incredibly comprehensive and very kid-friendly. We had a car charter for the week, so we didn't need a shuttle service, but the butler, Shanqiu Songyue, proactively contacted us in advance to ask if we needed one. This time, we took the hotel's special bus directly to Changbai Mountain. My child fed animals at the hotel's pet park, rode a snowmobile, and even experienced soaking in hot springs in minus 20-degree weather! These extra amenities absolutely made the two-thousand-plus RMB a night price tag worth it. The hotel is also very thoughtful; children even get free little socks when they go to the hot springs. On the second night, my younger child threw up, and after a call, they changed the sheets right away. We also requested a bowl of clear noodle soup, and they didn't even charge us for it.

This was, without a doubt, the best hotel of our trip. I feel like if you're visiting Changbaishan, this is the only place to stay. 1. **Attentive Butler Service**: Our butler was incredibly thoughtful. They'd send daily updates on the Changbaishan scenic area, promptly inform us about opening statuses, and even helped confirm the bus station departure points after asking about our travel time. 2. **Fantastic Location**: The hotel's location is superb. If you bring your own skis, you can simply change into your ski boots in your room and easily head straight to the slopes. The various runs on the slopes are a good length, and the snow quality is excellent. 3. **Endless Amenities**: There are so many perks! For instance, the water park has wave sessions lasting 30 minutes each, which the kids absolutely loved. The 'propeller' ride was 100 RMB for unlimited use. The 'Big Horn' slide had hardly any queues, so we could ride it endlessly. There's even a water slide similar to the 'Water Cube' that surprisingly had no one on it, so we rode it to our heart's content. At Hanasan Hot Springs, there are both indoor and outdoor pools; the outdoor area had at least three pools, but I'm sensitive to the cold, so I didn't explore too much. Indoors, there's a sauna and two large pools, plus some smaller ones. There's also billiards, table tennis, and an incredibly diverse buffet restaurant. The hotel itself also has a pool and sauna, so if you don't want to go to crowded places, everything you need is right here. 4. **Convenient Transportation**: They offer free shuttle buses within the resort complex, as well as airport and high-speed rail station transfers. Super convenient! 5. **Great Local Food**: There are many excellent restaurants nearby. I highly recommend 'Kaoshantun'; the owner is incredibly nice and even provides pick-up and drop-off service within the resort.

Flawless service, a truly exceptional experience โ€“ this hotel is worth a special trip! ๐Ÿคต Seamless Butler Service: From check-in to check-out, our dedicated butler was always available, providing instant and patient answers to all our questions. The experience was absolutely perfect. ๐Ÿž๏ธ Immersive Holiday Experience: The front desk team was great at helping us plan our itinerary based on our needs. The outdoor hot springs were a highlight โ€“ the air was amazing, and the kids absolutely loved them. Breakfast in front of the panoramic floor-to-ceiling windows in the birch forest was picturesque; no filters needed for photos. ๐Ÿ’ก Unforgettable Highlights: โ‘  The welcome cookies that my kids asked for countless times; โ‘ก The late-night Korean restaurant, a big thank you to the elegant Ms. 'Rui Zhang' for her thoughtful recommendations; โ‘ข My memorable conversation with the professional and impressive F&B supervisor, 'Lisa Dou'. In summary, from the staff to the scenery, from the food to the accommodation, every aspect reflects the hotel's dedication. Highly recommended!

The hotel facilities are great, with a hot spring and comfortable rooms. We also booked a handpan experience and a photoshoot, both of which were good. The only suggestion I have is that I'm not sure if management has set some strange KPIs, but the experience of staff asking for positive reviews was not great, especially since they asked to mention specific names. No wonder the comment section is full of names being mentioned, but honestly, the service wasn't memorable enough for me to recall any names. Each staff member was diligent and did what they were supposed to, but most of them didn't have a smile on their face. Whether in the restaurant or other areas, the staff seemed very flustered, hurried, and expressionless, which doesn't really fit the vibe of a resort hotel. Interestingly, the outsourced services like the handpan instructors, hot spring restaurant staff, and photographers showed a bit more warmth and naturalness. Management really needs to consider why this is the case.

We brought our teenager for a skiing trip during the Christmas holidays, our first time at Changbaishan. We chose Wanda Changbaishan International Resort, and the snow quality here is fine and soft, with wide slopes that are suitable for beginners. The resort is built around the ski trails, making it perfect for an immersive skiing experience. If you're not specifically coming for skiing, you don't necessarily need to stay within the resort itself. The resort facilities are comprehensive, offering everything from equipment rentals to professional coaches. However, you absolutely must book coaches in advance during the ski season (you can search for the 'Wanda Hotels & Resorts Travel Platform' mini-program on WeChat). We couldn't book a coach on-site for our two-day trip; it was extremely difficult to get a last-minute booking. On the other side of the ski resort, there's a dining area with a rich selection, from light meals to full dinners, all at reasonable prices for a scenic area. Additionally, the resort has hot springs and an indoor playground, great for relaxing after skiing or for family activities. Since our teenager is older, we skipped these; they're more suited for younger children. My personal opinion is that all the hotels within the resort are quite similar. Since they all include ski passes, there's no need to choose an expensive one. The hotels in Wanda are all a bit older and not very new. Also, most of your time will be spent skiing, so you won't be in the hotel much. Every hotel is within a 3-5 minute walk to the Wanda ski slopes, so just pick one that's a good price! Overall, the skiing experience with the kids was very satisfying. The snow quality is excellent, and the services are complete. Just remember to book your coach in advance!

I booked a Stone Age-themed room, which my kids absolutely loved and had a blast playing in. The complimentary hot spring tickets were a fantastic value. From the moment I got off the bus and walked through the gate, I felt the service was exceptional. The doorman, the front desk, and even staff I didn't recognize were all incredibly welcoming and helpful. The infinity pool inside the hot springs was stunning, the food was reasonably priced, and the bath attendants were incredibly helpful, offering helpful guidance on every floor. Ms. Lin Haixia was especially helpful. She was my lucky star. I was just worried about getting a return ticket, and she just chatted with me and got a notification on her phone that she had been put on the waiting list. So lucky!

They offered pick-up from the high-speed rail station and VIP access to scenic areas, making it incredibly convenient and hassle-free during the National Day Golden Week holiday. Highly recommended! It saved us a lot of time and was perfect for families with children. The Northeastern Chinese cuisine at the guesthouse was also delicious, and our whole family was very satisfied. The view from the guesthouse's observation deck was also fantastic, offering panoramic views of Changbai Mountain.

GGuest UserThis hotel is quite suitable for families with children, as the park offers a good range of kid-friendly facilities. There was a lingering renovation smell in the hotel corridors, but the room itself wasn't too bad, and opening the window helped air it out. A special thanks to the maintenance technician; the underfloor heating wasn't working, so he brought a portable heater and spent over an hour fixing the issue.

GGuest UserThe hotel is clean and hygienic, and the staff are warm and patient. You can enjoy the hot springs; although there aren't many pools, soaking in them is very comfortable. The transportation is also convenient, with the Meiren Song Scenic Area right across the street, and it's not far from the Rime Rafting. It's a 10-minute taxi ride to the Edelweiss Camp, which has a small reindeer park. The entrance fee is cheap and includes a portion of food to feed the elk and sika deer. There's a snowman at the hotel entrance, and I don't know who built it, but it's wearing a scarf and a hat โ€“ very pretty! Overall, it offers good value for money.

MM830348****The overall room size is quite suitable, at least for families with children, allowing ample space for luggage. I'd suggest placing a freestanding coat rack in the living room of the suites, especially during winter. Many guests are returning from skiing or playing in the snow, often wearing thick, long down jackets. If these jackets, which might have a bit of snow on them, are hung inside the bedroom closet, they won't air out properly and will stay damp. The living room offers plenty of space for a coat rack, which would be much more convenient. **Cleanliness:** To be honest, the cleanliness was just average. Upon entering, I noticed hair on the light-colored sofa in the living room, which was quite visible. Since we were traveling as a family, the small bathroom to the left of the entrance was barely used. It wasn't until the second evening that I discovered a used, half-worn false eyelash from the previous guest still stuck to the sink. As this bathroom was rarely used, I didn't bother calling housekeeping; I simply disposed of it myself. **Service:** When we needed anything replenished in the room, housekeeping was quite prompt, and their service attitude was excellent. On the day we checked out, it had snowed the night before, making the roads slippery. For safety reasons, the hotel shuttle couldn't pull up directly to the lobby entrance. A staff member from the lobby, dressed in rather thin clothing, still led everyone out towards the shuttle bus. I was moving slowly with my child and luggage, and this male staff member noticed, quickly came over to help us with our suitcases, and told me to take my child onto the bus first while he loaded the luggage. I'm very grateful for his help. There's a shuttle bus service between all the hotels in the resort and the ski slopes, running every ten minutes or so. A staff member comes into the lobby to announce each shuttle, which is very convenient. We stayed in Block B, and while it wasn't a long walk, given the low temperatures, taking the shuttle was definitely more comfortable.

GGuest UserThis hotel is truly special. Tucked away in the middle of a forest, it has an incredible atmosphere โ€” peaceful, quiet, and perfect if you want to disconnect and relax in nature. What really sets this place apart is the staff. They are exceptionally kind and helpful. Because the location is quite remote and difficult to navigate on your own, they went out of their way to help us arrange travel plans and explore the surrounding area smoothly. I was especially touched by how they helped me organize a birthday surprise. They even went to town to buy a cake and brought it back to the hotel โ€” something thatโ€™s not easy here, especially since delivery services like ******* donโ€™t operate in this area. That level of care and thoughtfulness made our stay unforgettable. Highly recommended if youโ€™re looking for a unique, serene stay with truly outstanding service

The shuttle service to and from the station is very convenient, and the driver was punctual. The front desk staff were warm and attentive in their service. It's also close to Enduli and various activities. The Guardian Hot Spring is very unique. The security guard and a lovely lady from Shandong working at the bathhouse were both very enthusiastic. The breakfast selection is abundant, and the late-night noodles were delicious. They even have robots deliver takeout, which was a pleasant surprise. Overall, a very satisfying stay.
