I think staying in this hotel is a very good choice. It is a veritable high-end hotel with two three-hour ski tickets and a matching pick-up service. When we exceeded the time to send us back to the hotel, the driver, Mr. Cheng Mingshan, was still waiting at the ski resort to take us back to the hotel, saving us time and money. Mr. Li, the lobby manager, is very concerned. We still make an intimate reservation for us when we don't have a reservation to go to Changbai Mountain Station, and pay attention to the proper arrangement of our itinerary. If I have a chance to come to Changbai Mountain next time, I believe I will still choose Blue View Hotel.

I'm afraid my experience wasn't the best. When arrived our room, the floor (carpet) was super dirty. We complained to reception and they sent a cleaning lady. She wasn't super happy to clean the floor but we waited patently. Once she finished we open the bed and saw some hairs. We called reception again. This time one of the hotel managers came to meet us. She apologized and decided to upgrade us to a nicer and bigger room for free. They still took over one hour to clean it to make sure it was in acceptable conditions. I'm not sure we were just unlucky or that is the normal standard in that hotel. In any case, the new room was good to stay and we were happy with their efforts. Breakfast is almost inexistent for foreigners and it finishes way too early: 8:30. Arriving twice at 8am, we could barely find food. Except for this location, is good (close to train station, close to hospital where you can do virus test, close to connection point to enter Changbaishan (North), close to some big green areas (pine forests) where you can have enjoyable walks in the morning or after dinner. As a conclusion, if I may give some constructive feedback to hotel manager: - please consistently and thoroughly clean your rooms when guests leave; - extended breakfast time to at least 9:30; - include more variety in the breakfast and make sure quantities are at decent level by 8:00.

Overall GREAT value for people who want to ski with a cozy and comfortable place to rest. Includes breakfast, one ski session per day of stay, equipment (boots helmet and skis or snowboard) and one time hot spring. Easy access to the small village with shops (mostly for winter sports and a couple of convenience stores), and restaurants, and the ski center. Everything is convenient with services and staff attention of outstanding quality. Room are a little outdated, however, you soon find it to be unimportant. Great for couples, families and friends traveling together

I stayed at the Wanda Sheraton from 1/2 to 1/4. I wasn’t looking forward to it because I didn’t book a garden view room. But unexpectedly, the mountain view room was also very good. Moreover, I didn’t expect the Sheraton’s hardware facilities to be very good. I stayed there for two nights. I feel very good and will stay here next time. Although the facilities are a bit old, it is a long-established restaurant. Overall, it is still good. The breakfast is also delicious. The hotel also provides pick-up and drop-off services at the high-speed rail station. The pick-up driver is named Zhao. He is very nice. He also sent us to Changbai Mountain and picked us up back. Cheryl was the most wonderful helpful staff , she helped me when Ctrip confused my stay and made a reservation for February instead of January 2021, she gave me a room (10 am）to rest after a long journey , then when the room was ready (2 pm) she called me to change to a bigger nicer room than the one I first booked. Then she patiently helped me to organize my day and gave me ideas. I had another problem , when I went skating I did not return my helmet ( as I was him going to use it the next day and the staff at the ski center said I could keep it ) , according to the hotel regulation you must pay 2000 deposit for them to give you the skiing card . So the next day they wanted 2000 yuan more since in the system I hadn’t returned all the equipments in time , she solved it patiently talking to the person in charge of it and explained that I shouldn’t be requested to pay again if I already paid the day before and I was going skiing today as well. She made of my stay a wonderful stay, solved each and everyone of my troubles ! ! Thank you Cheryl ! Regarding the hotel , the hotel is clean and spacious , the room includes a one entrance ticket to the water park and one entrance ticket to the hot spring and one entrance ticket to the infamous Wanda ski resort! The resort is fabulous ! The breakfast was yummy, ate a lot and the staff at the restaurant is diligent , very warm , and helpful . I would definitely stay here next year!!! I’m so so so happy!
