Hot Springs Hotels in Jilin, China

We had a pleasant stay, and the service from the team really stood out. The front desk staff gave us a complimentary room upgrade at check-in. Later, when the room felt a bit warm, they brought a standing fan to our room since the central cooling system couldn't be adjusted. It was a thoughtful gesture which we really appreciated. The breakfast offered a decent selection to start the day, and the hot spring (opens after 2pm) had enough pools to keep our kid entertained. Location wise, Changbaishan station is a mere 5mins ride away.

The reception staff was incredibly welcoming and patient, thorough, and welcoming. Throughout my stay, the room service and other staff were incredibly helpful and responsive, with a thoughtful attention to detail. The room was clean and comfortable, with comprehensive amenities, making for a truly comfortable stay. Overall, the attentive service is highly recommended and I'd definitely stay here again!

The hotel's location is a bit remote, but that's typical for hot spring hotels. I communicated with the front desk a few days before arrival. I sent them my high-speed rail information and scheduled a pickup at Changbaishan Station. So, despite the somewhat remote location, the hotel's shuttle service was excellent. The front desk staff were also very good. When I arrived, I had intended for the front desk to book a rafting trip for me, but it turned out the hotel's contract with the rafting company had expired, so we had to sort it out ourselves. (I had inquired with the front desk a week prior, and they said it could be arranged there. I was surprised to find upon arrival that the hotel had just canceled its contract with the rafting company.) I want to be clear, I'm not blaming the hotel; it was just bad luck. I do hope the hotel can continue to assist out-of-towners in the future, as foreigners often face difficulties booking things in China without local phone numbers. I wanted to see Tianchi Lake, but it was closed all three days I was there. Rafting was also out. So, I ended up staying at the hotel. However, I enjoyed several hot spring baths, visited the gym, and the hotel can also arrange skiing for you. We didn't go skiing because we had elderly people with us. So, staying at the hotel wasn't bad at all. There are only two restaurants: a Korean restaurant and the hotel's buffet. The food was good, but the dinner shrimp seemed to be limited. I arrived at 7:30 PM and only got two shrimp, while my dad got five. Then there were none left, and the restaurant staff didn't replenish them. The room was very large and clean. I particularly liked the rooms at this hotel. The hot spring has both indoor and outdoor sections. I might return in the future.

The hotel's location is excellent, right in the center of the resort. The back door leads directly to the cable car, and it's just a few minutes' walk to the commercial street. The hotel environment is good, and the service is great; anything you need is quickly delivered to your room. The only downside is the lack of entertainment facilities for kids, apart from a small soft play area. Overall, if you visit during a holiday when it's very crowded, be prepared for long queues for the resort's attractions. If you want to play, make sure to arrive early to line up. The scenery of Changbai Mountain is stunning. As someone from Jilin province, seeing the main peak of Changbai Mountain was quite breathtaking. I recommend driving along the G331 Changbai Mountain scenic road towards Erdaobaihe; there's a viewpoint that offers an even more spectacular view of the main peak.

I was very pleased with the hotel's location, particularly its proximity to the Yanji Wanghong wall. The accommodations were excellent; the room and bed were spacious, providing a comfortable environment. Furthermore, I would like to commend the reception staff for their exceptional service. This hotel is absolutely perfect for families with kids! The location is unbeatable, right across from Dinosaur Kingdom and close to the Folk Village. The rooms are clean and modern, and the kids absolutely loved the family climbing room. The hot spring area is huge, with lots of pools and clean water, plus an infinity pool. The service is warm and friendly, and the breakfast is plentiful. Staying here makes playing and soaking in the hot springs a one-stop-shop, making travel with kids super easy and worry-free. Our driver even said it's the best service in all of Yanji! ✌

Spontaneously decided to visit Erdao and booked this highly-rated hotel on Ctrip. The experience was absolutely fantastic, exceeding all my expectations – I'm incredibly satisfied! What truly impressed me was the exceptionally thoughtful service. All the staff were gentle, friendly, proactive in asking questions, and attentive to every detail. From check-in and shuttle services for sightseeing to breakfast arrangements, everything was meticulously organized. Many small details we hadn't even considered were expertly handled in advance, making for a truly excellent experience. I was lucky enough to receive a free room upgrade, which included a private hot spring bath – so relaxing and comfortable. Every corner of the hotel was exquisitely maintained and tastefully decorated, creating a wonderful atmosphere. You could feel the meticulous care and sincerity everywhere. Breakfast offered an incredibly rich variety of dishes; everything was delicious and satisfying. You could really sense the staff's dedication in preparing it! Although it was only a brief, one-day stay, I left feeling completely comfortable and delighted. The next time I visit Erdao, I'll definitely choose this place again. I'd also love to bring my parents here for a leisurely stay to truly enjoy some slow-paced time. I genuinely recommend it!

The hotel offers a free shuttle service from the station, and the front desk staff were incredibly welcoming. They even upgraded our room for free. On our last night, they thoughtfully considered our elderly family members and let us stay in the same room, saving us the hassle of moving – a huge thank you for that! The room was spacious and very clean, and there's an open-air hot spring on the top floor. The hotel's location is excellent; it's convenient for visiting any attraction. Cloud Top Market and Endori are within walking distance. There are plenty of restaurants, a supermarket, fruit stalls, a pharmacy, and bubble tea shops nearby – it's a bustling and very convenient area. Highly recommended!

Here’This resort hotel was the most satisfying stay of our entire 8-day China trip across Harbin, Changbaishan, Xuexiang, and Yabuli. We stayed in a family residence unit, which allowed all of us to live together comfortably under one household. The resort is extremely clean and well-maintained. Our unit even included a mahjong table and a private hot spring, which made the stay very enjoyable. Although the price is not cheap, it is definitely worth the money. The butler service was excellent — the staff were attentive and always did their best to accommodate our requests. Highly recommended. I’m confident you will have a pleasant and memorable stay here.

Facilities: Very complete, has everything you need. The decor is also very artistic, fitting well with the Changbai Mountain scenic area. Hygiene: Found a strand of hair in the fried rice at breakfast. For a four-star hotel, that's really unacceptable 😂, just like a fly-ridden diner. Environment: Quite good and beautiful. Service: The staff at the lobby and bathhouse are all very enthusiastic, answering all questions and always happy to help. A short-haired staff member even enthusiastically told us how to best explore the area, as we hadn't planned anything, and was very patient. However, there's a manager or someone at the front desk who always seems very impatient when answering questions – I've truly never seen such an attitude 😂, and it wasn't even a difficult question. Also, the driver: if shuttle service is provided, why can't it be perfect? He also seemed impatient and didn't help with luggage when we got out. He even honked furiously just because we didn't know how to close the trunk 😂. This hotel should be one of the better ones in the area, so it would be a shame to lose out because of these small issues. Overall, the service from the other hotel staff was quite good.
