The hotel's location is a bit off the beaten path, and transportation isn't very convenient. However, the surrounding environment is absolutely beautiful. The indoor hot spring has a strong water flow, and the water heats up quickly. Soaking in the outdoor hot spring under a sky full of stars is incredibly relaxing. Initially, we planned this trip during the off-peak season to see the maple leaves. Unfortunately, it was still a bit early, and the maple leaves at Guanmenshan and the surrounding areas were just starting to turn slightly red. But the hotel's own maple trees were surprisingly vibrant and breathtakingly beautiful. Honestly, there's no need to go anywhere else; staying at the hotel is the best choice. We traveled as a family of three, and they provided a complimentary breakfast, saving us the hassle of finding food. My only minor complaints are that the mattress was too soft, sinking significantly when sat on, and the breakfast selection wasn't extensive and was overpriced. Overall, I'm satisfied and would recommend it to friends.

The hotel proactively upgraded our room. Although the room facilities were a bit dated, our stay was still excellent. The public areas' greenery was very well maintained, and it's close to the beach. InterContinental Hotel's service is consistently good, a true mark of quality. Our butler, Lia, was professional and attentive, and the handsome gentleman in the lobby helped with our luggage. Both managers who checked us in were incredibly enthusiastic and professional. The breakfast was also quite good.

The hotel has a laundry room, a gym, and complimentary drinks. They upgraded my room for free. The breakfast selection was plentiful. Transportation nearby is convenient. The receptionists were always smiling and greeting me warmly. It was a very pleasant stay and I would highly recommend it.

Came to Dalian with my girlfriend and chose this hot spring hotel on Ctrip. The facilities are very complete and smart. The room was spotless. The environment is top-notch, definitely meets a 4-star standard. The service was exceptional, especially Ms. Hailou at the front desk who was thoughtful, attentive, and patient during check-in. Traveling with the elderly and children, we booked a tatami four-person room. This room type is available on the fourth and fifth floors. The fourth floor can be reached directly by elevator, but the light is a little worse. The fifth floor requires one flight of stairs, which is not very convenient. At that time, there was a large window that made it brighter. Each floor has its pros and cons. We have a lot of stuff with our kids and elderly people, so we chose the fourth floor. The staff was very nice. They showed me two types of rooms and let me choose. When I checked out, my baby was still asleep from her nap, so they took the initiative to extend our check-out by one hour. The surrounding natural environment is also very good, surrounded by mountains and small streams, it is particularly beautiful. The downside is that the bathroom has a bit of an unpleasant smell and the room lights are too dim.

It is so beautiful to come back and soak in the indoor hot spring after playing enough. The whole house is centrally air-conditioned and the temperature is touching. Masks, body lotions, etc. are also prepared thoughtfully. Hygiene: The layout is very warm and disinfected. It is very safe to live with children. Environment: Lying on the bed, the large floor-to-ceiling windows, looking at the gardening in the garden, I feel free from the hustle and bustle of the city, and my body and mind are relaxed, just like giving my soul a massage. The entire park has strict security management, which is very safe and very quiet. Service: The service is too good to say.
