The hotel is clean and tidy, and the bathroom has a separate wet and dry area. The cleaning staff are very proactive; they clean every two days or so, or they'll come by around 8-9 AM the morning after your first night to ask if you want a cleanup. Since I was alone, I felt that cleaning every two days was fine, but for a couple, they'd probably clean daily because each room comes with two sets of toiletries, and for one person, the toiletries usually last about two days. I stayed for four days and didn't see any slippers in the room. I didn't ask if the hotel doesn't provide them or if they were just missing, so I just bought a pair from a roadside shop. These are just my personal observations; if you have similar issues or other questions, you should ask the front desk—they'll know more than I do.

I really loved this guesthouse! The rooms were clean, and the service was excellent; everyone was so kind. The cats, Jinli and Caicai, were incredibly well-behaved. The location is super convenient – the subway exit is right there, and Huaqing Palace is across the street. After watching 'The Song of Everlasting Sorrow' at night, it's just a quick walk across the road! The breakfast was delicious, and the lady who made it was so sweet. If I ever get the chance to come back, I'll definitely choose this place again.

This stay was almost perfect! We checked into the hotel on New Year's Eve afternoon. All we had to do was tell any staff member, who were dressed in traditional Tang or Han Dynasty attire, and a hotel buggy would be there in no time. Upon check-in, we received a small hand tag which granted us free access in and out of Huaqing Palace, both up and down the mountain (though taking the cable car up still cost money). First off, the hotel facilities were relatively new, featuring Dyson hairdryers, smart toilets, and electric curtains. The TV was a smart TV, so we couldn't watch regular broadcast channels, but screen mirroring was available. The private hot spring was very warm, perhaps even a bit too hot, making me feel slightly dizzy after a soak. In contrast, the public hot spring in the courtyard was spacious and, due to its larger size, less likely to make you feel lightheaded. Sometimes, we'd take advantage of an empty moment to relax in the big pool. The hotel helped us purchase tickets for the 'Song of Everlasting Sorrow' show, with seats in the middle of the central section, offering an excellent view. When we returned, the hot spring water was already drawn, and a fresh assortment of fruits (different every day, including dragon fruit, oranges, or cucumbers and cherry tomatoes) awaited us. The mini-fridge was regularly restocked with 'Bingfeng' soda, Perrier, Nongfu Spring NFC juice, and sour plum soup. It was wonderful to soak in the hot spring right after coming back, gazing at the fireworks from the show and the stars. Secondly, the hotel breakfast was a perfect 10. There was a wide variety of options, including hot dishes and cold appetizers. Health-conscious guests could enjoy a self-service salad bar, coffee, skim milk, and vegetable juices. For those craving carbs, there were 'saozi' noodles, the local specialty 'rouwan hulatang' (meatball spicy soup), various other hot dishes, and a full selection of fruits – I was extremely satisfied. However, the food at the hotel's 御膳苑 (Imperial Cuisine Restaurant) was rather bland, which might be a letdown for those accustomed to stronger flavors. Finally, the complimentary travel photoshoot was an unexpected delight. A dedicated hotel room was set up for styling, offering a wide array of Tang and Han Dynasty costumes. The makeup artist was incredibly skilled; the makeup stayed perfectly even after soaking in the hot spring and sweating – truly impressive! The photographer guided us to picturesque spots both within the hotel and the scenic area, offering careful instructions on poses. The photos turned out amazing, a definite thumbs-up!

This is my third visit to Mount Hua, and I once again decisively chose the Shaanxi Geo-building Nanshan Huashan Hot Spring Hotel. The experience was even better than before! It's a direct 1.5-hour drive from Xi'an, and the hotel is surrounded by lush greenery, with air so fresh it's incredibly relaxing. The hot spring room I booked was a wonderful surprise – the private hot spring courtyard was secluded and quiet. Soaking in the hot spring while gazing at the distant mountains made my fatigue vanish instantly. The room facilities were complete, the bedding was soft and comfortable, and the toiletries had a subtle, pleasant fragrance, showing quality in every detail. The staff were particularly enthusiastic; they actively helped us with our luggage and even recommended a less-traveled hiking route for Mount Hua, helping us avoid the crowds. For dinner, we ate Shaanxi cuisine at the hotel restaurant. The Gourd Chicken was crispy on the outside and tender on the inside, and the Mount Hua wild vegetables were refreshing and delicious. The value for money was excellent. The hotel's location is convenient, and there are also local orchards nearby where you can pick fruit, making it perfect for a leisurely vacation. I've already recommended it to my friends, and it will definitely be my go-to place whenever I visit Mount Hua in the future!

A great hotel! The lobby was very clean and tidy upon arrival. The smart robot delivery service was very convenient, and the intelligent 'Xiaodu' room features were a nice touch. All the facilities and equipment were clean and well-maintained. They even offered a shadow play performance and coffee cards, along with complimentary fruit. The front desk staff were warm and attentive, and the hotel offers excellent value for money. I highly recommend staying here and will definitely be back!

I went to Yuanjia Village with my friends and kids for a two-day trip on the weekend and stayed at Swisstouches Yuanjia Village. I checked the guide before coming and found that the hotel has hot springs, swimming, and steaming facilities. The kids had a lot of fun just in the hotel. I have to praise the noodle area for breakfast. The clear soup noodles, wontons, and spicy rice noodles are all very special! Special! Good! Delicious!

I have to give a huge shout-out to the service at this hotel! From the moment I stepped in, the staff's gentle smiles and warm enthusiasm made me feel incredibly welcome. They were super responsive to guests' needs, patiently and meticulously helping with everything from luggage storage and arranging taxis to answering all sorts of questions. The room facilities were comprehensive and brand new, and the smart devices were surprisingly easy to use. The hotel also provided many thoughtful small touches, like complimentary drinks and comfortable slippers. Thanks to their attentiveness, my trip became exceptionally relaxing and enjoyable. This was a perfect stay, and I'll definitely be recommending it highly to my friends!

The layout is well-designed and the stay is very comfortable. The bedding is of excellent quality, very soft and comfortable to sleep on. The hotel breakfast has a wide variety of options and tastes quite good. I booked the private hot spring bath, which was reassuring and relaxing. Overall, I'm satisfied 👍. The only downside is that the weekend price is a bit high; I recommend coming during the week for better value.

I booked an all-inclusive room for one night at 1399 yuan. The good thing is that I booked early, so there was no price increase for New Year's Day. The downside is that it was incredibly crowded during the holiday. Check-in took about an hour, and then we waited another hour for the room. Plus, it was cold, so we didn't even make it to the hot springs once. First off, some of the services included in the all-inclusive package, like car washing and manicures, are actually standard hotel offerings. The all-inclusive deal just means the butler can help book them in advance, which is nice when it's busy and you don't want to queue on the spot. The most worthwhile part was the dining: it included a double buffet hot pot dinner, a double Chinese meal, a double afternoon tea, and a one-time snack selection. The food and coffee were quite good. Among the children's activities, the pet park was clean and odorless, with kittens, bunnies, guinea pigs, and piglets. However, adults accompanying children need to buy a ticket, and feeding requires purchasing additional food, which added up to almost 100 yuan per person. My less positive experiences were that takeaway coffee at breakfast cost 45 yuan. In my experience, hotels usually offer complimentary takeaway services, or at least provide disposable cups for guests to take drinks with them. Also, the public areas of the hotel, like the swimming pool and corridors, were generally quite cold. Overall, the service was good; the staff were very good at greeting guests. Our butler, Wen Nuan, was very thoughtful and helpful. While we were queuing for check-in, she helped us redeem a voucher so the kids could go play first, which saved a lot of time, and she also gave them a small gift.

GGanenhuanThis was a spontaneous, short trip, a perfect reminder that plans often yield to the unexpected. Here I am in Xi'an, at the foot of the Qinling Mountains, longing to open my arms and embrace nature. I soaked in the cool breeze, the fragrant blossoms, and the gentle chirping of birds that seemed to whisper secrets. Every tiny flower here possesses a unique beauty; they don't need to be dazzling, yet their charm is utterly irresistible. It served as a beautiful reminder: you don't need to please anyone, and true happiness isn't given but earned through your own smile. I cherished the tranquility, the white swing nestled among flowers, and the vibrant green pomegranate trees adorned with their distinctive red blossoms. The shaded courtyard was a delight, featuring brightly colored rocking chairs, sun umbrellas, and a small pebble-built stream with stone and wooden bridges. In the stream, around twenty fluffy, super cute ducklings swam playfully, even hiding under lily pads when the sun grew strong. Two brown goats contentedly grazed on the lush green grass. I even playfully called out, 'Hello there, goat, can we be friends?' Haha, a unique soul indeed! The 'Eight-Point Black' rabbits were a constant favorite with the kids, and a proud white fox enjoyed its spacious cage – perhaps not its ideal home, but certainly one where its neighbors posed no challenge! Then there were the flocks of big white geese, honking away with gusto. There's also a vegetable garden, still growing. I hope to taste its fresh produce when I return – what a lovely thought! The evening scenery was enchanting, with countless small lights twinkling like stars in the sky. If you're feeling musical, you can even grab a microphone and sing a few songs. The rooms themselves were very comfortable, clean, and hygienic. For those with energy, brewing a pot of tea and chatting about life is a wonderful option. I love this place so much that I'll definitely be back. It's a perfect spot to record life's beautiful moments and ponder its many inspiring mottos. **Facilities:** Excellent, adorning the rooms like works of art. **Cleanliness:** Impeccable, with great attention to detail. **Ambiance:** Beautiful and spacious. I particularly enjoyed brewing tea by the floor-to-ceiling window while admiring the natural scenery outside. **Service:** The staff, especially one kind lady, was incredibly thoughtful and attentive. **Parting Gift:** Upon check-out, they even prepared a lovely gift for us, including a variety of snacks that children absolutely adored.

MM641655****An excellent private hot spring experience! It's very convenient to get here from Xi'an, whether you drive or not. It's just a few hundred meters walk from the subway exit. The courtyard is decorated with great taste, and the whole environment is very quiet. Before they filled the hot spring, two staff members came to disinfect and clean it. I was initially worried the pool wouldn't be big enough, but it was perfectly spacious for two people. They filled it around 5 PM, and we could soak until bedtime. You can heat it yourself or ask a staff member to do it; the water felt incredibly comfortable. The room was spacious, and the heating was excellent. Plus, it's a dream for those who don't like to eat out! I feel like I had three meals in one day. There was afternoon tea upon check-in, and dinner, late-night snacks, and lunch could all be delivered to the room. Both the taste and portion sizes were excellent. Finally, the staff truly deserve praise; everyone was very professional and had a wonderful attitude. I plan to bring my family here again next time I'm on vacation.
