We enjoyed our stay here. The facilities were clean and the staff were friendly and wore traditional Tang Dynasty clothing inside the hotel. They also offered buggy services to the restaurant that served breakfast and gave us an emperor’s pass for free admission into Huaqing Palace. The hot bath in the room was very nice. They also offered free desserts at night and stocked our rooms with drinks and fruits every morning. They also offered a freeTang Dynasty photoshoot in the style of the famous Yang Guifei.
The only complaint I have is that I didn’t know how to use the AC. When the AC was set to auto with the snowflake icon, the room temperature went down below the set temperature, and with the sun icon and auto it went above the set temperature. With just the fan set to auto the room could not cool down.
My stay this time was excellent. The hotel butler was incredibly warm, professional, and attentive, treating guests with exceptional politeness, and answering questions promptly and efficiently. The hotel grounds and courtyard boast beautiful scenery, nestled by the mountains with a comfortable environment and fresh air – truly an ideal choice for a short getaway. The amenities are solid, with a shuttle bus service and direct subway access. All the staff members were enthusiastic and friendly. The hotel also features hot springs, a swimming pool, and various parent-child facilities, catering to different travel needs. My only minor suggestion would be for the Chinese restaurant's dishes to be improved. I recommend optimizing the specialty dishes and Cantonese flavors to further enhance the food quality. Showcasing the highlights of Cantonese cuisine would make it even more perfect. Overall, the comprehensive experience was great, and I will definitely choose this hotel again for future trips. I genuinely think it's fantastic and will bring my children next time! 🥰
Given Xi'an's already reasonable prices, this B&B right across from Huaqing Pool offers incredible value for money!
The location is absolutely amazing. It's a 5-minute walk to the Huaqing Palace scenic area, and you're right there as soon as you exit A at Huaqingchi Metro Station. In the evenings, it's just an 8-minute walk to Xidajie (West Street) to explore the night market, which is packed with super lively food stalls. The room's mattress is a King Koil, and the pillows are the same memory foam ones used at Atour Hotels – once you lie down, you won't want to get up. The rooftop skylight design adds a fantastic ambiance.
The biggest surprise was the terrace. It faces directly onto the 'Song of Everlasting Sorrow' performance venue, so you don't need to buy tickets or brave the crowds; you can enjoy the entire show right from the terrace. The view is superb, though the sound is a little distant. The stay also includes afternoon tea and a ceremonial breakfast. The breakfast features local specialties, with a wide variety, and is served until 12 PM – perfect for late risers! Enjoying tea by the fire pit on the terrace is incredibly relaxing, and the snacks are delicious too.
The owner has three cats, making it pet-friendly. The location, service, and attention to detail are all impeccable. If you want to explore Huaqing Palace and see the show without dealing with crowds, this is the perfect choice!
Choosing this hotel for our trip to Huashan was an excellent decision! The service was incredibly attentive. The lady at the front desk was super quick with our check-in and proactively recommended hiking routes and hot spring opening times, all with a gentle and patient demeanor. The room was exceptionally spacious and clean, the bedding was soft and comfortable, and the soundproofing was excellent—we couldn't hear any outside noise. The garden view from the floor-to-ceiling window was incredibly soothing, and the toiletries were comprehensive. The hot spring water was wonderfully warm, and after a hike, a soak there completely relaxed my entire body. Overall, the experience was absolutely fantastic!

I wrote this review on May 13, 2026, at 5:53 PM. As someone who frequently travels for business and stays in hotels, this business hotel truly stands out among those in its price range. Check-in took less than two minutes; my room card was already prepared. The desk in the room is wide enough, and the power outlets are thoughtfully placed, allowing me to charge my laptop, phone, and power bank simultaneously without needing an extension cord. The 24-hour self-service laundry room even has dryers, so I could wash my suit at night and wear it the next morning. The business center on the first floor prints documents quickly and offers free binding services. The only thing that could be improved is the soundproofing in the hallway; the sound of the next-door room closing its door in the morning was a bit too clear. Overall, it's highly suitable for business travelers and offers great value for money.

The room was very comfortable, and it was super convenient for visiting nearby attractions. It's a short 7-8 minute walk from the subway station and also very close to the Shaanxi History Museum, just two bus stops away. The bathroom had a great wet/dry separation. The entire room was smart, with everything controlled by Xiaodu, which I loved – it was so convenient! Having a robot deliver items was incredibly handy. The front desk service was excellent, always accommodating. I enjoyed my stay and will definitely be back!
I used to visit frequently last year, but I noticed the prices went up this winter (・᷄ὢ・᷅ ). However, the room service and dining are still as excellent as ever. The breakfast, especially the freshly ground coffee and ice bucket, is a huge plus. It's about an hour's drive from Xi'an, all on the highway. The parking lot is huge and free. We arrived after work on Friday evening, and the hot spring on B1 wasn't too crowded. After booking, the front desk called specifically to ask about our estimated arrival time and if we had children. They thoughtfully provided children's pajamas and toiletries in advance and even turned on the AC, so the room was wonderfully warm when we entered. The only regret is that many facilities on B1 are currently undergoing renovation and upgrades, so I'm looking forward to visiting again.
I came to Xi'an Huaqing Pool and chose this newly opened hotel. When I entered the lobby, I felt bright. The overall shape design was very stylish, the front desk service was very good, the room facilities were very advanced, the bedding environment was very clean, and I also dispelled my concerns about the smell of the newly renovated hotel. There is no taste at all, which is too friendly for me, a person who is more sensitive to smell! The breakfast is also very rich, the variety is many, the taste is suitable, it is delicious! There are also some specialties in Xi'an! It's great! The choice of this hotel completely exceeded my expectations! Bring your family back to this hotel next time!

CCameo19An amazing hotel with wonderful staff. The bellhop was great, they came to meet me from my taxi and carried my luggage in. After checking, I was shown to my room and then given a tour of the facilities. A big shout out to the restaurant managers Ricky and Martin who were very personable and assisted me as I don’t speak Chinese. Everything was superb, the room was lovely with a huge tub, and the hot spring pools were excellent and not crowded which enhanced my mood and helped me to relax. The hotel really knows how to look after their guests, they have happy hour, daily fruit, a free mini bar and welcome snacks in the room including desserts and candy, plus they give a checkout gift of permission fruit in a lovely gift bag. Additionally, I had a wonderful (and free) meditation session, the instructor explained in Chinese, and a staff member translated, highly appreciate this level of customer service. They also have buggy to take guests to the car park, and waited with me until my taxi arrived. The hotel staff also manage their pets well, often taking the dogs for a walk. Breakfast and buffet were extensive and enjoyable, and the a la carte restaurant serve lovely food. This is a very special place, will come back for sure.

MM641655****An excellent private hot spring experience! It's very convenient to get here from Xi'an, whether you drive or not. It's just a few hundred meters walk from the subway exit. The courtyard is decorated with great taste, and the whole environment is very quiet.
Before they filled the hot spring, two staff members came to disinfect and clean it. I was initially worried the pool wouldn't be big enough, but it was perfectly spacious for two people. They filled it around 5 PM, and we could soak until bedtime. You can heat it yourself or ask a staff member to do it; the water felt incredibly comfortable.
The room was spacious, and the heating was excellent. Plus, it's a dream for those who don't like to eat out! I feel like I had three meals in one day. There was afternoon tea upon check-in, and dinner, late-night snacks, and lunch could all be delivered to the room. Both the taste and portion sizes were excellent. Finally, the staff truly deserve praise; everyone was very professional and had a wonderful attitude. I plan to bring my family here again next time I'm on vacation.
FFengkuangdezuanjiThe hotel location is convenient, right in the center of the county. The lobby is grand. The room was clean, and the bedding was comfortable, though a little firm. The bathroom had a wet/dry separation, and the amenities were good. The night view was beautiful. The breakfast offered a rich selection of both Western and Chinese options. We received a small gift upon checkout, which was a thoughtful touch. Great value for money, I'll definitely come again next time, highly recommended!
