Hot Springs Hotels in Sichuan, China

The room is quite spacious and has underfloor heating. The courtyard is also very pretty, it would be even more comfortable to visit in the summer. The breakfast, however, was pretty average; I'd suggest the owner improve the variety of the breakfast options, as it really wasn't good. The staff's service attitude was decent, but even though the KTV was listed as free, we didn't get to use it. I'd also recommend more thorough linen changes; there was a hair on the bed when we checked in. Despite these issues, and not wanting to be too critical, I'll still give a good review.

The environment here is pretty good. The lobby is nice, and the rooms are clean. The front desk service was really great, quite thoughtful. The location is also convenient, very close to the Coach Terminal Station, making it easy to get around. It felt quite quiet when traveling outside of peak hours. For the hot spring pool at night, you need to bring your own swimsuit, which I unfortunately didn't have, so I couldn't go in. Next time!

Apologies, I promised the owner I'd leave a review sooner, but I completely forgot once I returned to Chengdu. The hotel is nestled deep within the Bifengxia scenic area, a high-end guesthouse that beautifully blends old structures with newly built sections. We stayed in the 'Fuyao Zhi' room (pictured in the second image), which I believe is part of the newer section and incredibly stylish. The large windows offer stunning views of distant mountains and another traditional residence. The hotel boasts excellent facilities, including various indoor activities (like calligraphy copying and tea ceremonies) and an outdoor forest activity space surrounded by tea gardens (featuring treehouses, trampolines, etc.). The front area also offers outdoor activities such as bonfires, barbecues, and karaoke. All the staff, especially the guy at the front desk in the burgundy sweater, were incredibly enthusiastic. The housekeeping was also meticulously done. The young man with glasses who handled our transfers to and from the Bifengxia scenic area was incredibly punctual. It's clear that both the staff and the owner put a tremendous amount of effort and passion into their guests and the guesthouse, which was the most impressive aspect for me. While the overall price point is on the higher side for Bifengxia, the experience was absolutely outstanding. I can honestly say that this stay elevated the joy and comfort of our entire Bifengxia trip.

This hotel EXCEEDED my expectations! I mean- from the front desk to the cleaning staff- absolutely unmatched service! Professional and seamless!. Talk about the AMENITIES- I’ve travelled in China- and I must say this is definitely one of the best hotels I’ve been in- the attention to detail is incredible- the room equipment and SMART functions- are what I need in 2026. The water system 💯- I could choose the temperature I want from simple room temperature to warm to hot- I mean wow 🤩! The bathroom- shower- the best! Water pressure and temperature- awesome! The toilet- a bidet- comfort on another level! The free VC juice at the reception/ dining area- so refreshing (I didn’t buy any juice during my stay 😀). The location is very convenient- near the malls- restaurants and tourist attraction areas. There is also a rooftop for some fresh air and chilled vibes (solo or with friends)!Bottom line is - I really enjoyed my stay and most importantly- it’s a very budget friendly hotel. EXTRA value for your money. I’d definitely stay here again when I come to Chengdu❤️.

Facilities: This is a new hotel with brand-new facilities. The decor is a lovely blend of Wabi-sabi and New Chinese style. The lighting is warm and inviting, and the blackout curtains are fantastic – I slept soundly. Hygiene: Very clean, I felt comfortable and at ease during my stay. Environment: This deserves a special mention! It's an oasis of calm amidst the bustling area. From the window, I could hear the gentle sound of running water and see lush greenery. I was surprised that even though it's only a 10-minute drive from the scenic area, it felt so far removed from the hustle and bustle. Service: The staff at the front desk, both the young ladies and gentlemen, were incredibly warm and lovely. They helped us arrange a car to the scenic area and even prepared fruit and yak yogurt for us in the evening. When we checked out, they gave us souvenirs and some snacks and drinks for our journey. Thank you for your wonderful hospitality! I wish you all a lifetime of peace, happiness, and joy~

The hotel is not far from Jiuzhaigou Scenic Area, and there's a bus stop nearby, which is very convenient. The hotel environment is elegant, and there are many dining options nearby. The front desk staff was very nice; on the day we arrived, we were experiencing some altitude sickness after coming down from Huanglong, and she explained many precautions to us. The hot spring is on the fourth floor, and the hotel will notify you via WeChat when it's ready.

Overall, I'm very satisfied! The hotel is located right in the Shangzhongshun food street, making it super convenient for getting around and finding great places to eat. The front desk and staff were all incredibly kind, polite, attentive, and thoughtful. The room was comfortable, quiet, and spotless, even featuring a small bathtub – perfect for unwinding after a long day of travel. It offers excellent value for money. Highly recommend!

I rarely comment on the platform, but this homestay really gave me a lot of surprises. The decoration materials are very good, the toiletries are also L'Occitane, the smart toilet, and the pet-friendly. The most recommended thing is to open the window and have a beautiful view. It really makes me feel relaxed and happy without leaving the room. The decoration of the yard of the building is also very petty. It is also very pleasant to stay in the homestay for two days without going out to visit the attractions. Worth praise, not much to say, the picture above

This was my first road trip to Western Sichuan, and I chose this hotel because I was worried about altitude sickness. Its location is excellent, right near the entrance to Bi Peng Gou Scenic Area, and the hotel offers a shuttle service for the 600-meter distance. The room was spacious and well-equipped. The hotel staff were incredibly attentive and their service was top-notch. The breakfast was plentiful, and the laundry and drying facilities were very convenient. The roadside barbecue was fantastic. It's definitely worth coming back for another two-night stay in the autumn.

Beautiful hotel. Rooms are clean and odor free. Staff was nice, one speaks fluent English which was useful. Chinese breakfast with noodles, egg, chia something and rice and dumpling (just let her know if you want it spicy or not, or without meat). K1 bus is 10 minutes walk to the junction, it takes you to the Buddha area. 601 bus should be across the street to Emeishan (but probably moved due to construction, just take the 9 3-4 stops down) payable in cash.
