The hotel is very new and modernly equipped. It even has voice activated AC, music, alarm clock, etc. But you have to speak Chinese to Xiao Ai Tongxue (the voice activated device's name, like Siri in iPhone). I would say Yushe Yunshan is a 4* or 4,5* hotel at most. However, the hotel does offer pick up/delivery from/to the bus station and from/to Jiuzhai scenic areas. The front desk staffs and drivers were all very friendly and helpful, although they don't speak English. But of course we can use Google translate to communicate with them.

Nice and newly renovated hotel. Friendly and helpful staff, clean environment. Lobby at 6/F and very close to MTR station. Spacious common area with decent interior. Have laundry room that provide washing machine, drying machine and washing powder. A very nice experience and I hope the room rate won’t be higher that much for my next stay. Lol

Five minutes walk to Jiuzhaigou gate. Good breakfast. Staffs cannot speak English but they used translator equipment which I have never seen at any hotel before, that’s quite brilliant! It showed their adaptation in communication with foreigners.

They gave my daughter a bubble toy so it startedbour vacation right. Their hot tubs are great and their tatami rooms are cozy. The location is perfect if you need groceries or you need to shop for new clothes and shoes. There is a Starbucks and McDonald's in the corner. So many great food shop. Cons: Please update your Trip.com info because when we got there, the pool is closed but the hot tub was open.

We got what we wanted, a peaceful, comfortable room for three of us, a swimming pool, hot springs were extra bonus, plus western breakfast... big shops outside...not far from Emeishan mountain, Leshan...we enjoyed.

We had a lovely stay at this hotel for 2 nights, it is located around the lively neighborhood area and 15 to 20 mins walking distance to Chunxi Road and Taikooli. The entire hotel highlights the heritage and environment preservation as you can see from room amenities and interior design. The hotel staffs showed their hospitality with heart and care, especially Mr. Cui who initiated small talk with us whenever he saw us. Hotel breakfast was decent with adequate selection of local cuisine. We also booked the photography session with professional photographer, highly recommend to book in advance. We would definitely visit again whenever we come to Chengdu!

The service we had from the front desk staff was fabulous. Even though we only spoke English they were so great. They were very welcoming, friendly, and tended to all our questions with enthusiasm. They also helped us book transport back to the railway station. The room was very clean and comfortable and we really enjoyed our stay. The only thing lacking for us was air conditioning. The location of the hotel is great, close to all of the restaurants and things needed. The park is a short ride down the road. I would definitely stay again. Thank you Kuobo!

Stayed here during the Mid-Autumn Festival, just in time to see the moon from the balcony. The view room is on the third floor, not easy to find, but everything else is ok. The stones on the balcony are a bit hard to stand on, and the hotel's front desk is also quite warm and gentle.
