Visiting Kunming in January to see the seagulls was such a great experience, I'm super satisfied with this stay! Jiangye Resort has a serene environment, and the room was spotlessly clean with comfortable bedding that wasn't heavy. The breakfast was plentiful and filling, and the staff proactively offered travel tips. Right outside the hotel is Daguan Park, where the seagulls are lively and adorable – perfect for photos, making for a truly happy trip~

Our stay in this luxury bedroom suite was a memorable experience, largely due to the exceptional accommodations. The suite itself was nothing short of spectacular—incredibly spacious and warmly appointed. The layout was impeccably designed, featuring a foyer, a living area, a comfortable bedroom, and a walk-in wardrobe. The bathroom was a highlight, with a separate water closet, a vanity area with a deep-soaking bathtub, and a separate, spacious double shower room. The private outdoor sitting area that led to a huge, rejuvenating hot spring was the crown jewel of the suite. It's important to note the location within the Dong Feng Yun Scenic Area. A significant benefit is that the hotel provides the scenic area entrance ticket and transport to and from the gate, which is excellent. However, its setting means it is quite far from Jianshui's Old Town and other key locations. This can be inconvenient when you wish to visit other spots or find dining options outside the hotel. A major logistical issue we encountered was with return trips. When trying to get back to the hotel, most taxi drivers requested a top-up payment, as they would have to return to the city center without a passenger. Service at the hotel was generally good; the staff were prompt and attentive upon our arrival and throughout our stay. However, we noted a noticeable drop in attentiveness during the checkout process. A minor point to note is the centralized A/C system, which meant we couldn't control the room temperature individually. That said, the provision of a standing fan was a thoughtful and effective solution. The food at the hotel's restaurant was acceptable, though it didn't quite match the exceptional standard of the suite itself. Overall, this is a truly magnificent property for the space and privacy it offers, but its remote location requires careful planning and extra budget for transportation.

Starting from good things. Room with private hot spring was nice and clean and bed and bed linen was great. Despite hot spring pool was leaking and needed to refill constantly. But no problem with that if water supply is turned on and you can operate yourself with valves. Hotel staff recommended many places for eating outside. Thanks for that! We arrived before check in time and asked to spend our time near the pool area which was not problem. When I was looking for toilet then lady from shop told to me that I should go outside the territory and use toilet which is for camper van people. And it was not toilet but old school ditch. Fortunately it was cleaned. Lot of things are in real life different than in pictures what you can find in web pages. Many hot springs was closed, on site was not operating restaurants and bars. Only you can order food from app or go outside. Area is under the airplanes take off route that means in daytime lot of noise. About 6pm domestic water supply was turned off and situation lasted until our leaving next day about 11am. Hotel staff wrote that if you want to use toilet I should let them know and they will find a solution. No shower or washing. Breakfast was simple. In the breakfast area is operational coffee machine but for some reason lady behind the table told that not possible and drink cold pre brewed ice coffee? I hope that it’s not connected with lack of water supply. Machine may be filled with purified bottle water not local tap water.

Rita's service seamlessly blended standardized professionalism with personalized warmth. She was patient, thorough, and incredibly responsive. Thanks to her recommendations, we even captured stunning photos of the 'Golden Mountain at Sunrise,' making our time at Pullman Lijiang exceptionally comfortable and pleasant. The Banna Riverside Hotel is absolutely divine! So cozy and clean, I didn't want to check out! ✨ Seriously, who knew?! This riverside hotel I discovered in Xishuangbanna totally elevated my vacation happiness. Once I checked in, I didn't want to leave – this is truly the best way to experience Banna! The room felt incredibly warm and inviting! Soft, warm lighting combined with traditional Dai-style wooden furnishings and tropical plants in every corner created an instant Southeast Asian vacation vibe. Opening the door instantly soothed me; it felt like a cozy little nest, completely devoid of that 'unfamiliar' feeling. The best part? It was unbelievably clean! My inner neat freak was ecstatic. The bedding was fluffy and soft, I just sank right in. The bathroom had a dry/wet separation, and even the grout lines were spotless. Toiletries were neatly arranged – every detail showed care, making my stay super comfortable. The river view was simply stunning! The huge floor-to-ceiling windows offered a direct view of the Lancang River. I woke up to the river breeze in the morning, opening my eyes to the sparkling water. In the evening, sitting on the balcony, I watched the sunset glow spread across the river, painting half the sky with vibrant colors – the ambiance was off the charts! At night, the river breeze caressed my face as I watched the distant lights across the river and listened to its gentle flow. All my fatigue melted away; even just daydreaming felt blissful. No filters needed for photos here; every shot was an atmospheric masterpiece! The biggest surprise was the hotel's food! Every meal was different and so delicious I licked the plates clean. No need to bother looking for restaurants at all. Breakfast included authentic Dai-style rice noodles, freshly baked pastries, and fresh tropical fruits like mango and jackfruit, paired with freshly brewed coffee. Enjoying this in the riverside restaurant while admiring the view started my day off perfectly. Lunch and dinner were even more impressive – authentic Dai lemon chicken, lemongrass grilled fish, and pineapple rice, all made with fresh, generous portions. Every bite tasted like Banna! Even my friends who don't like spicy food raved about it. Definitely a godsend for lazy travelers! The location was also super convenient, not far from the Starlight Night Market and the Grand Pagoda, making sightseeing, eating, and playing incredibly easy. It's perfect for couples, girlfriends' getaways, or family trips, offering unbeatable value for money. It's already on my must-stay list for my next visit to Banna. The service is good. There is a guy at the door who takes the luggage and greets you with a smile. The breakfast is also very rich. I especially like the taste of pig intestine noodles. It feels very close to nature to have breakfast outdoors outside the restaurant. I will come again if I have the chance.

Berue Xiang is truly my dream hotel! I booked my room in advance, and the housekeeper contacted me beforehand, then came out to warmly greet me and help with my luggage. Walking through the alley filled with greenery, it suddenly opened up to a picturesque scene – sunlight spilling into the tranquil courtyard, like a hidden paradise. At night, the lighting made the courtyard incredibly atmospheric! Every photo I took turned out beautifully! There's also a very cute and intelligent cat in the courtyard that eagerly invites you to play. The hotel is incredibly thoughtful, covering breakfast, afternoon tea, and even an evening sweet soup – and breakfast was especially rich and plentiful! The room itself was super spacious, and the fully smart appliances made for maximum comfort. What surprised me most were the private hot spring and the hammock. After a day of activities, soaking in the private hot spring really melted away all the day's fatigue. You can capture beautiful photos right at the hotel while enjoying your vacation!

The rooms are clean and tidy, the service is warm and attentive, and the facilities are complete. The lobby has a strong artistic design. The hotel also features a hot spring, swimming pool, and gym. The environment is beautiful, a garden-style hotel with lush greenery, quiet, and within walking distance to Haigeng Dam, Yunnan Nationalities Village, and Haigeng Park. The hotel's breakfast offers a wide variety, and the Chinese restaurant serves delicious food, especially the clay pot rice. We initially planned to stay for two days but extended our stay for a few more.

Among the five hotels we experienced during our Yunnan trip, we all agreed this was the standout! 1. Having stayed at numerous branded hotels, this was the first time we were met by a concierge right as we pulled into the parking lot. A fantastic touch! 2. There was a great selection of dining options; we opted for the restaurant/bar. Even at 9 PM, the food was absolutely delicious and fresh, with no compromise on quality. 3. It was a family member's birthday during our visit, and the hotel thoughtfully sent up a complimentary birthday cake! The only point for improvement concerns the swimming pool. It was simultaneously open to external training classes, which meant it got quite crowded. As a result, the water quality was noticeably poor, appearing yellowish and cloudy.

The highlight of this hotel is the breathtaking view from the room. The hotel ambience feels homey and comfortable. I rarely write reviews for my trips, but this hotel truly won my heart with its welcoming service and friendly receptionists. What surprised me the most was the hotel driver, Mr. Mars, who offered to take us to Dali Railway Station free of charge. As we needed to catch our train, he did his very best to get us there as quickly as possible. What an amazing and unforgettable service!
