I could check in even at 11 in the morning, instead at 2 pm.
The room was small, but perfect for solo traveller.
Plenty of the SPA facilities, friendly staff, speak multiple languages.
Nice breakfast ( except water melon, at some point, in the beginning it was empty, but not refilled during the service)
I really loved the tea room with the amazing choice of different teas.
I would definitely stay there again during my next visit to Karlovy Vary.

They provide dinner as well, strongly recommended! Daily different dinner offered such like grilled chicken, vegetables, salad, salmon, lamb, beef, sweets and fruits in the inviting harmonious atmosphere restaurant.

The free 3-hour access to Saunia is a big plus + the added convenience of an in-house clinic that offers several therapies as well as spa services. The breakfast buffet is very filling and varied. All in all, a very convenient location and hotel stay!

AAnonymous UserThe hotel is in a prime location, and it is very convenient to go to the scenic spots on foot. The hotel's decoration style is elegant and stylish. The hotel's room facilities are complete and very suitable for vacation. The hotel provides free refreshments when checking in, which is very considerate. The hotel's buffet breakfast is superb, with a lot of quality, and it will be adjusted every day to give guests who stay consecutively a sense of freshness. In general, it is a great resort hotel and is worth recommending!

BBillonesI booked a 3-person room. After checking in, I found that the room was too small (38 square meters), so I asked for an upgrade. The front desk was very patient to help me check several rooms. I finally chose a square room of about 60 square meters. It was very comfortable. The restaurant is also very classic, the food changes slightly every morning, so staying for four nights still doesn't feel stuffy!

GGuest UserThe hotel is very well located, and the staff are extremely polite and accommodating! The spa is also excellent. It features two saunas, a steam bath, a large pool, and plenty of relaxation loungers. It's wonderfully quiet in the spa, allowing for true relaxation. Do note that the spa costs an additional €12 per day for afternoon/evening use, and about €9 per day for 7 AM - 12 PM. The breakfast is also very good, and they have everything you could want.

JJIM ZHENHUAThe location of the hotel I visited in Marianske Lazne two years ago is average. This time I chose it again. The location is very good. From the station to the door you can take bus number 5. You can tell the driver the name of the hotel. About 6 or 7 stops. There are some good restaurants near the hotel, compared to two years ago, some hotels have started killing customers. There are not many fried fish at a hotel called Cesky Divor, there are not many excursions to the mainland, and it is not indicated in the main tour route map, so I recommend it to everyone.
