Hot spring Hotels in Catalonia, Spain

Sauna never in use. Was dirty eith hair (wet one). Dry one all cool... But costs 5e. Hotel was clean and really nice... Close to the sea and really nice area... But one elevator died while we were there and we needed to wait for up to 10 min to leave hotel each time. 2nd elevator was also close to dying... So noicy and broken. Brakfast - ok... But many people go there and u need to wait in queue for getting into dining area??? You pay for it and then u stay in queue fpr 10 min just so you get inside. The rest all awesome.

Firstly, it's too pricey and doesn't really offer good value. It feels very hot even after adjusting the temperature to the lowest setting (19 degrees Celsius being the lowest possible). The room is a bit old, and water flows out from the shower room while showering. The bathroom area is extremely dark. This package cost me around $6K HKD, and I can confidently say it doesn't compare well to other new 5-star hotels in Barcelona. The best thing about W is the bar/restaurant on the 26th floor. The staff is generally rude and impolite, possibly including some of the security staff. The reception staff assisting with check-in are also unfriendly, possibly due to a large number of guests waiting.

Avoid this hotel, This hotel has lot of problems specially for geust that are planning to stay longer than 3 dyas. Please read it till the end!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! First of all the problems started before whe arrived with this hotel. Whe booked suite with an early checkin and sended an email with the question from wich time whe can checkin while whe booked an early checkin. Whe got an email back from manuela wich she didnt chekced my booking at all even i sended their my booking nr. She reply’s that early checkin is upon availability. After sending a mail back she says sorry about the misunderstanding because i have already booked the early checking, she just didnt checked my personal details before sending a email back. The next few days i sended a email again about taxi’s etc….and mosts email wont get answered. The days whe arrived in our suite. Huge leaking in the shower. Molt is growing on the wet carpet. Whe have reported this at least 4/5 times and only 2 times they taken action, ask this to the housekeepers and even they told me that they reported it many times. Whe are just suprised that they told us that the hotel staff isnt listen to them!. They just ingnore it in most cases. Guesst are not always able to use the swimming pool while you payed for the hotel as a guest becasue companies have to constantly rent the pool so that guests can't use it, especially in the evenings. We also noticed that noise from the roof daily. almost every day there is a party going on on the roof with music which is no problem at all, only the music is on so loud that you can hear it in the rooms. almost every day there is a party going on on the roof. very bad for the people who want to get up early the next morning or have to go to work so that their sleep is disturbed by this. Keycards in the lift/elevator are not workin gprperly. When you insert the card to go up it wont work. It turns out lot of guests having this issue. I contact the front office in regards to the lunch for 21 september because whe needed to check out at 07:00 and wont make it with the breakfast so asked them what their options are. as if it couldn’t be whorse. 1 male young employee who says on the front office at 19 september at 06:30- in the morning ”oooh no problem” i need to check with reservation departement you are a premium member , booked via our website, I can arrange for you to give you a refund for that day and having a take away breakfast isnt worth the money (in a verry rude and innoproriate way), seriously ? this is the way how you talk to your hotel guest ? the take away isnt worht it ??, asked for a confirmation email , he promised me to contact the reservation department and promise contact me to contact me at the end of the day but as expected nothing heard. End of the day i contacted the front office again and ofcourse i spoken to manueala, manuela told me its not possible to get a rufund wich is totally fine but how she know that ? without contacting reservation depa

The hotel is clean throughout, the reception team was very helpful with additional requirements, the restaurant had plenty of seating , the food was varied and plentiful , the bar staff around the pool where very friendly and the pools had plenty of tables and chairs and was kept clean and tidy at all times. The hotel is within walking distance of central LLoret, the bus station and local bars, shops and restaurants are straight across the road from the hotel, the beach is a little further. There was an international water polo event going on and the hotel was hosting a lot of teenagers at the time but on the whole they where well behaved if a little annoying. I was using the hotel as a base as we had quite a busy schedule for our five days, i was more than happy and the hotel served my purpose

Habitaciones muy antiguas, falta de renovación en general....solo escuchar los comentarios del chico de mantenimiento alegando que esta todo muy amtiguo y que hace falta una buena inversión para mejorarlo todo, te das cuenta que no soy el único que tiene y a tendra problemas de confort y seguridad....... aire acondicionado, puertas del balcon, moqueta sucia, camas, etc... creo que 4 estrellas no lo vale por el estado de las Habitaciones. En 4 días he estado en 2 por tener que cambiarme debido a problemas de seguridad y confort. Esta segunda habitación sigue faltando confort para lo que se paga y la categoria asignada de 4 estrellas qué creo que ya ha perdido. Me quedan 2 dias y espero no tener mas contratiempos, ya que las soluciones por parte del hotel son excusas, ni tan sólo un detalle por parte del hotel de haber pagado algo que no se ha cumplido, como el confort de un 4 estrellas.

No hace falta ser un experto para darse cuenta que este balneario debió conocer mejores tiempos que los actuales. La foto que estoy viendo publicada como publicidad a la izquierda de este escrito solamente debe existir en la mente del propietario. La calificación de este hotel balneario es únicamente de tres estrellas. Nosotros estábamos en habitación Premium y no quiero pensar como serán las habitaciones normales. Aún así, lo peor ha sido el buffet del desayuno, el almuerzo y la cena, de verdad que no hay por donde cogerlos y mucho menos comerlos, bandejas escasas y con platos no bien confeccionadas precisamente. Imposible comparar este buffet con otros de distintos hoteles. Camareros acelerados, parecieran llevar todos prisa en desaparecer cuanto antes, les cuesta rellenar el termo de la leche, tienes que insistir en que no hay leche. Había bandejas sobre todo las de pescado que tal como venían se iban completamente llenas, sin embargo, si en alguna ocasión acertaban en cualquier bandeja con otra comida les costaba volver a traer otra de repuesto. En la cena a veces las bandejas que no se habían consumido en el almuerzo se podían ver puestas de nuevo. Lo mejor el agua, te la dan con gas, sin gas, sin ganas. Si pides una cerveza te la cobran aparte. Habíamos estado hace cuatro años y las comidas eran cocina de restaurante. El chef creo que es el mismo, un tal David que está claro que el cambio al buffet no le va a beneficiar nada en su carrera. Se comenta que posiblemente la Dirección vuelva cambiar al sistema anterior de comidas en restaurante. Tal vez, el comedor principal esté en obras y el sistema de buffet haya sido instalado por esta causa, pero curiosamente en la publicidad este detalle se les olvidó comentarlo.

I have just returned from a week away and wanted rest and relaxation and I got just that. I was in an apartment room really a family room with a balcony. My balcony offered me sea glimpses and I didn't care because just a few steps and you stand at the edge of the Mediterranean . Sun rise one morning was an almost spiritual moment. The storm one night was amazing and the sun shone every day. The staff go to great lengths to oblige, inform and assist any outing any guest has in mind and I have had lifts into the village on two occasions. Amazing. The food was so varied for both breakfast and dinner that I challenge anyone to say they didn't like it. I have so may moments to mention but my favourite was a lunch on the cafeteria terrace. Tuna salad. In the sun. In the open air. In October. I loved it. I cannot comment on the daily and nightly entertainment for adults and for children as that isn't what I went for but the Bingo in three languages and with intermezzo dance must have been fun for young and old. The laughter was infectious. I saw an adder on a walk basking in the sun and flamingos on my trip to the mussel farm. I honestly didn't want to come home. The hotel itself was beautiful and charming, with a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The staff were attentive and friendly, making sure that everything was just right during my stay. The breakfast is also great with plenty of choices, which was a nice bonus. The town where the hotel is located is quite and peaceful, with picturesque natural landscapes that provide a perfect setting for a relaxing getaway. Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel and hot spring to anyone looking for a peaceful and rejuvenating escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life.

The hotel facilities are good, and you need to go downstairs to have an kettle. I booked a sea view room, but there is a distance from the beach. Watching from the room, the sea is far away and it actually takes about 20 minutes to the sea on foot.

We are happy with everything: The hotel itself is in the old wooden style Spacious room The highest level of service During an isolation period, we stayed in the entire hotel alone The spa with mineral water is great, especially the outdoor swimming pool Everything is neat and thoughtful The food is great, everything is fresh and crazy Many details (bathrobes, hygiene products, changing towels, cleaning, etc.) We will definitely come again!

Standard business trip in La Garriga with preferable hotel in this location. Room was not quite new , but it it s acceptable for business trip. If somebody would like to stay here for holiday, is better to choose probably more comfortable room. I got room for one person, for 2 nights. Wifi without issue in main build. Breakfast is very comfortable and you can take what you want - they have very good option. Next time, I will take this hotel in this location. I dont know exactly,how much cost swimming pool and spa, so I can not comment their offer.

Meticulously maintained and also offering the most gorgeous wellness center with incredible, extensive services, all set in an exquisite, tranquil setting! Divine! We thoroughly enjoyed the array of onsite restaurants offering many delicious dining options. The resorts accommodation is the epitome of luxury and comfort with stunning architecture, decor and views! The attention to detail is evident in every aspect of this beautiful resort! Personalized service throughout our stay made us feel so truly welcome and we had such a restful and rejuvenating time there. Simply a magical place.Thank you to everyone who made our stay there so special, we will always treasure the memories we made at Camiral! ❤️

Overall it was a good stay. Good location of the hotel, the beach and the city center are not far away, you can do almost everything on foot for the more sporty like me. Food not bad but not much choice. The services offered such as the spa and swimming pool are great for taking a break from a day full of sightseeing. Room very good except small downside the very dusty floor I could not be comfortable and barefoot in my room. Otherwise thank you for the welcome of the hostesses, very kind cleaning lady!

This was our third stay at the Elke Hotel and I don't usually write reviews as I stay at many hotels but this hotel is a jewel. A very good example of a four star hotel that deserves five stars. It has the right balance between privacy and amicable and honest service. Eugenia in particular has been wonderful every time we come. She is pleasant, helpful and good at her job. Also a big shout out for the rest of the reception team and the breakfast manageress - who remembered what we liked and made sure we had perfectly cooked fresh fried eggs every morning. The place and room are spotless and clean, welcoming and nice and new yet warm. the rooms are spacious and comfortable. Even though we had to change hotels for the last night of our stay in San Feliu as the were closing down for a few days after Christmas so the staff could spend time with their families for the holidays, we respect that as it shows management appreciates its staff . Thank you again for a wonderful stay. Oh and the Spa is fantastic - new and very clean and welcoming.

I’d like to start with the positives, although there aren’t many, and each comes with a caveat. The lady at the front desk is great. Her manner is impeccable, and she always speaks with courtesy and professionalism. She handles everything with ease and a positive attitude. It’s clear she takes great pride in her work, but she can only work with what is given to her. The hotel features a spa with a steam room, sauna, cold plunge, and jacuzzi. However, when we visited, the sauna was not working, so we were left with only three functional amenities. On the upside, the spa was quiet during our visit, which allowed us to enjoy some peaceful moments. The location of the hotel is another highlight. It’s set in a tranquil, picturesque mountain area, providing a beautiful and serene environment, perfect for those looking to escape the hustle and bustle of daily life. However, there were several disappointments during our stay. The hotel is advertised as an adult-only establishment, but this was far from reality. Over our three-day stay, we frequently saw children running around, using scooters, and dining at the restaurant. When we raised this issue with the staff, they informed us that children were only permitted in the restaurant. Despite this, we noticed a family staying in one of the rooms (between rooms 11 to 15, though we aren’t sure which exact room). From the pool area, we could clearly hear a little girl screaming, which directly contradicted the hotel’s adult-only policy as advertised on their website in CAPITAL LETTERS. Our experience was further soured by a shockingly unpleasant check-in. We arrived at 9 PM to find no lights guiding us to the reception and no staff to assist us. There was a man behind the desk at a computer, who took his time getting up and did not greet us or say good evening. Although he found our booking, he struggled to assign us a room, leaving us standing at reception for at least 20 minutes while he sorted it out. Parking was another issue. The hotel is supposed to reserve parking spots separately for hotel guests and restaurant customers, but this policy was neither respected nor enforced. This lack of organisation added to our frustration. It seems the hotel is desperate for money and willing to compromise every principle it was supposedly founded on. The room itself was very basic, offering only towels and shampoo. There wasn’t even a box of tissues provided. The room had a strange smell and felt extremely plain and unwelcoming. The daily room cleaning service consisted of new towels, and that's about where it ended. Finally, we had lunch in the hotel restaurant. Options for vegetarians were limited; however, the food was very good. Compliments to the chef, who is let down massively by appalling service. We could hear the waitstaff swearing and complaining to each other, as well as having conversations about former employees—completely unprofessional. I had an exceptional stay at Petit Palau during five days recently. The whole staff was friendly, sincere and always welcoming, including the breakfast and cleaning personnel. There are many things to praise, but a few things deserve to be highlighted. First of all the bed, it was fantastic, super comfortable! The shower was modern and had a luxurious touch to it. The overall cleanliness of the hotel should be mentioned, it was absolutely spotless. The breakfast was varied, delicious and healthy with an assortment of fresh fruits and local produce in addition to all else that was included. Lastly, since Blanes was blessed with warm, sunny spring weather during my stay, I had the pleasure of enjoying it from my private 6th floor balcony with rooftop views! Hotel located near the Lloret football stadium, a little away from the agitation and near the streets offering shopping. Around 500m from the large beach. This hotel is very clean. The staff were very friendly and also speaking French. The room was beautiful with its swimming pool that lights the night. The buffet was right. It was a little bad to note that drinks are paying and not included. The breakfast is continental type with coffee, confectionery, eggs, bacon, cheese, cereals, ect... It is all you want. Access to the indoor pool, Spa and sports facilities is paying. That is also bad. The final price is better to be determined with the options included than to have to walk with his bank card for drinks and facilities. I recommend this hotel for seniors but not for young people, for 30 years, for quarantine or for 50 years. To relax, be calm, this hotel will be ideal for you and especially there are no children and that, when you want to rest, it's great!
