It is located in a hot spring resort, although the scenery is good, but it is an old building. The elevator also needs to be pushed open by hand, and there is a bed next to the room. Breakfast is a continental breakfast with lots of bread, vegetables and cheese.

Hotel ubicato vicinissimo al centro della città. Camera e bagno spaziosi, puliti e in ottime condizioni. Ho dormito benissimo il materasso ha assicurato un ottimo riposo. Colazione dolce e salata ben assortita a buffet. Ristorante con scelta di primo e secondo con carne pesce e vegana. La zona termale è ben tenuta, per i trattamenti consiglio la Signora Tiziana che è molto professionale e attenta al cliente. Se venite in auto c’è il parcheggio.il profumo al caramello troppo dolce del sapone liquido è l’unica nota negativa che mi sento di fare ( questo comunque è soggettivo ).Ci tornerò di sicuro anche perché ho potuto usufruire del late check out. Grazie per la bella vacanza!

Abbiamo cenato una sola sera ma quello che abbiamo mangiato era semplice e buono. La colazione aveva le solite cose, spero sempre di trovare qualche dolce tipico del posto ma alla fine c'è il tradizionale cornetto, ciambella della nonna etc. Non amo il cappuccino alla macchinetta, ne prendo già troppi in ufficio, quindi speravo di trovare un cappuccino fatto a mano invece due macchinette. Forse bisognerebbe modificare la locazione del self service perché c'è poco spazio per muoversi e si rischia di versare il prodotto a terra.
Le cameriere gentilissime. Mio figlio ha apprezzato la stanza quindi torneremo.

As soon as we arrived, we had to change the room twice because different things did not go, then to not change continuously as we were tired, we accepted the third room and stayed there despite all things that did not go like: the pad was not going down, the water was not flowing well in the washing room and they had to stir it to flow well, the top of the water circle moved everything, the hair dryer did not work, They had to remove one lamp over the mirror because the electric wire was out, so also dangerous because the nearby shower was there, then they were waving works and close parkings. The Spa is not special. The staff was not as kind and comfortable as it should be. The breakfast is very low. The structure is all to be renovated and the price does not match what you should receive. Sorry I did not take pictures to show you the vision of things, I learned for the next time.
All of us were very disappointed and we will no longer return to give all that money to a 4-star hotel that doesn't shine.
If you don't believe it, check yourself for your supporters or customers and check if things are really like that, but in this period.

We have stopped here several times on the way home. A few days on Lake Garda in beautiful surroundings. The hotel is in a quiet location, but you can still be in Bardolino on the lake in just a few minutes on foot. The people are very nice. Paula in particular, who made us coffee in the morning, is a ray of sunshine and makes us start the day with a smile. You can also relax in the hotel itself in the spacious indoor area with pools and wellness area. The rooms are large and modern. We even had a view of the lake from our room on the second floor. The breakfast buffet is plentiful, varied and very good.
