Hot Springs Hotels in Aichi Prefecture, Japan

It was nice stay. The hotel has their free Onsen (public bath) and it was not bad. I gelt their breakfast was local (nagoya?) taste. I saw variety jp meals there.

This hotel is absolutely gorgeous! From the lobby and guest rooms to the views and facilities, the value for money is simply impeccable! Since I was traveling solo and had no language barriers, I used a combination of public transportation and hiking through farmland and up mountains. It was quite a journey, but the scenery along the way, especially the sudden appearance of the sea at the end, was incredibly refreshing! The hotel actually provides a free shuttle bus to and from the hotel. For pick-up, you need to contact them in advance (I didn't have experience with this). For drop-off/drop-off, you just need to book the night before. Why bother with public transportation?

Good value with exceptional service We were extremely satisfied with the services and had a delightful experience in that hotel. Our package included room, breakfast and dinner. Due to a minor traffic incident, we were unable to meet our dinner time of 6:00 pm. We contacted the hotel and they kindly accommodated us and provided attentive service. We were deeply touched by their care and consideration. The assistance to report of the traffic incident to the local insurance company was unexpectedly smooth with the help of the staff. The language proficiency of the staff was impressive, as they efficiently resolved language-related issues we faced. Furthermore, the traditional charm of the hotel exceeded our expectations and added to our enjoyment - good value. We will recommend the hotel to others and look forward to visiting again in the future. Special thanks to Ms. Oromo Rie, Mr. Toyama, and the staff responsible for our meals.

One of my best capsule hotel that I have ever stayed. The whole building is catered to Male occupants, 2 sauna levels, free rice, free alcohol and locker is big enough to fit large items. Location is great, opposite ichiran. 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

Good points ♦︎The large communal bath is good. The bath is open until 10am the next day. The sauna is open until 1am. ♦︎Coffee, night ramen, etc. are free. ♦︎The rooms are clean. ♦︎The supermarket Yonesuke, which is a 5-minute walk away, has great products. I was able to buy live kuruma shrimp and live filefish sashimi. They prepared the live ones for me. The selection of products is similar to Seijo Ishii. ♦︎The tram from Toyohashi is 200 yen and arrives at Futagi Station, right in front of the hotel. It's convenient because there is one every 10 minutes. Negative points ♦︎It's not within walking distance from Toyohashi Station. It takes 15 to 20 minutes. ♦︎The facilities are great, but the staff refuses to make any requests beyond the paper manual. Example 1: I ran out of sashimi soy sauce, so I brought a paper plate and asked them to give me a little, but they refused. They only gave me a little from the restaurant right next door. I don't understand why they can't do this. It would be enough to just smile and say ”this is the only time” and let the customer in quietly. They lack the willingness to accommodate customers if possible, and they lack the personal ability to adapt to situations.

I feel like this is an underrated hotel. (But it may only be more convenient for those traveling by car. There seems to be no public transportation around.) This beach is amazing. You can walk 200 meters away and the water is only up to your knees. The water is clear and the waves are flat, which is very suitable for water wrestling [laughing] ] The hotel also thoughtfully prepares parasols and beach shoes for guests. It is only 50 meters away from the hotel to the beach [smile] The hot spring is a unique carbonate spring with salty water.

Located right next to the Ure River, with a nice view from the room. As it has only 5-6 rooms, it is pretty exclusive. You can use their 2 hotspring baths privately for 45mins each time, or you can take a short walk over to their 2 sister hotels for bigger hotspring baths. This is the only hotel in the Hazu Group that serves Medicinal Cuisine. As the hotel seems to be converted from a traditional old house, the stairways can be cramped and not suitable for bringing large suitcases, so just pack a small bag and leave the suitcase downstairs or in the car. Had a relaxing time there.

Hiranoya in Gamagori was really great! They upgraded our room because we had children! Breakfast and dinner were buffet-style! We added dinner the day before, so I assumed it wouldn't be a buffet, lol. I should have asked what the menu was, lol. The bath was also very comfortable, and we were able to relax even with our children. I highly recommend the cave bath (^^) ”Time Letter,” still at Atelier of Words, is an experience where you send a letter to your future self! It's a rare experience, and I'm looking forward to it reaching my future self just when I've forgotten about it!! The staff were also very kind, and it was an inn I'd love to return to. My stay at the Ryugu Hotel was truly wonderful! First, the hotel's location is exceptional. The open-air hot spring offers breathtaking views of the ocean, from the morning glow to the evening sunset. Soaking in the hot spring while gazing at the ocean is truly an extraordinary experience. The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable, with a modern Japanese décor that evoked a sense of tranquility and relaxation. With the ocean view just outside the window, staying in the room felt like being in paradise, leaving you wanting to leave. Dinner was a traditional kaiseki ryori, each dish meticulously crafted with abundant local ingredients. It was both delicious and visually pleasing. The sashimi and grilled items were particularly impressive and satisfying. The staff were also incredibly friendly and welcoming, and from check-in to check-out, their attentive service was truly heartwarming. Their attentive hospitality was truly touching. This is a hot spring hotel I'll definitely return to, and I highly recommend it to friends and family!

5年以上前に何度か利用させて頂いてましたがコインランドリーの乾燥機を使用した時にガスの元栓が閉まっていた為、終了後服が乾いてない事に気付いた事が2回ありました。 お陰で飲み会開始の時間に遅れて参加した事がありました。 有料テレビのカードを購入し、本体にセットしても視聴出来なかった事が2回、1回目は返金されていません。 チェックアウトは10時なのに9時前後に清掃員に鍵を開けられた事が1回あり、ロックを掛けていたのでドアは開けられなかったが、その時に清掃員は室内にお客さんが居るのは分かってたはずなのにフロントに報告をせず、ロックで引っ掛かり少しドアが開いた状態で放置されました。 それ以来2度と利用しないつもりでしたが今回どこも予約が取れなかったので久し振りに利用しましたが、朝食が無くなった事を知らなかったしフロントからの説明もありませんでした。 ネットに朝食無しと記入していたかは良く観て無かったので、朝食が無いのは酷すぎます。
