The lobby is beautiful, the facilities are new, and the service is excellent. We enjoyed the hot spring bath with a beautiful view of Inuyama Castle. The only downsides are that there aren't many restaurants or shops around the hotel, and the gym, while pretty, has limited equipment and isn't very practical.

Great amenities, nice hot spring. But very small room, my husband, our 1yr old daughter and I were staying at the room where one person can stay.
I would definitely come back if I visit Nagoya by myself.

奶龍The hotel was great, but the service was lacking. We stayed three nights and the house wasn't cleaned at all; they didn't even take out the trash. The only supplies they provided were a few towels; there were no tea bags, coffee, or toothbrushes…

The hotel's hot spring and shower facilities are excellent, and the other guests are very considerate. However, it's a bit inconvenient that you have to take off your shoes right at the entrance on the first floor, and there were some small prickles on the carpet that bothered my feet. But I respect that this might be a local custom.

Guest UserGood value with exceptional service
We were extremely satisfied with the services and had a delightful experience in that hotel.
Our package included room, breakfast and dinner. Due to a minor traffic incident, we were unable to meet our dinner time of 6:00 pm. We contacted the hotel and they kindly accommodated us and provided attentive service. We were deeply touched by their care and consideration.
The assistance to report of the traffic incident to the local insurance company was unexpectedly smooth with the help of the staff. The language proficiency of the staff was impressive, as they efficiently resolved language-related issues we faced.
Furthermore, the traditional charm of the hotel exceeded our expectations and added to our enjoyment - good value.
We will recommend the hotel to others and look forward to visiting again in the future.
Special thanks to Ms. Oromo Rie, Mr. Toyama, and the staff responsible for our meals.

The hotel is located about 1.5km from Nagoya JR Station, roughly a 15-minute walk. The standard room with a 1.3-meter double bed is quite small, especially the bathroom, which is even smaller than those at Toyoko Inn. The facilities are a bit old, but the free natural hot spring (available from 3:00 PM to 9:00 AM) is a definite highlight. I visited during the Emperor's Birthday long weekend, so prices were higher than usual and rooms were scarce. When I went for a hot spring bath around 9:00 PM, I even had to queue to shower. Many locals also choose this hotel.

KATHRYNSI just want to say. This is the best and best hotel I have ever stayed in. Service and overall. Of course, except for the unaccustomed living on tatami mats. The others are really great. First of all, you can choose your favorite kimono. It's free. They know I can't wear it. I also specially arranged a time to come to my room to wear it for me. Then enter the room. Let me give you some incense first. Choose 5 kinds by yourself. Then watch the sea from the balcony. Super invincible and beautiful. Next is dinner. Be sure to order dinner. Because it's super delicious. good to eat. And the price is right. Wait to go back to the room. The bed has been made for you. Go to the open air for an onsen and delicious sobe popsicles. Perfect. correct. They also prepare supper sushi. The box is super cute. The breakfast is rich and delicious. ocean view Invincible ocean view and invincible cuisine.

Guest UserReally love this place it’s in a really narrow street but right in the middle and next to the Westport the amenities are generous great and I’ve never been in a sauna where you can actually see the ocean. They also have a big cold bath and in addition to do Hansen another hot bath next to the sauna they also play really nice music and From analog amplified hi-fi equipment that is top-notch. It’s a real pleasure, even though I’m not geek in that area.
The whole island is of course very small does not much to do and you have to go there if you really want to relax and just enjoy some seafood. There are not many restaurants in the area and I would recommend to just reserve food at the hotel I had to breakfast, which was outstanding. It was Shabu Shabu tako squid, and lots of other Japanese sites.

If you look for a nice quiet place for a relaxing stay, this is a superb ryokan in the area that I would recommend.
The ryokan building is beautifully decorated, despite its age. I particularly appreciate the sincere service from the manager and hosts. You can rely on them to take care of your stay. They could also provide pick-up and drop-off service at Utsumi Station.
Dinner and breakfast were well-prepared with natural ingredients. Not only are they delicious but also presented nicely. The lobby also provides complimentary drinks and snacks - you can enjoy a little footbath there with a glass of whiskey and some nuts.
Of course you cannot miss the marvellous scenery of the beach.
The only downside is the public onsen bath was a little small. But in general we loved the stay.

The room is tiny, and it takes some getting used to the cramped space, but it's well-equipped with everything you need. I even managed to squeeze a large suitcase between the bed and the TV without tripping over it. Despite the windows facing the railway, you can barely hear the trains. The hotel has its own onsen, but I didn't use it. There's no room key, just a coded lock, and check-out isn't required – you just leave, which is convenient.
You need to pick up pajamas and a suitable pillow from reception. On the first day, there were no soft pillows left, and I slept poorly on a bead pillow :( The breakfast is basic and always the same. Out of 4 days, I went twice and then stopped. Curry isn't really breakfast food, and the salad, omelets, sausages, and pastries quickly get boring.
Overall, for 5-7 thousand rubles a night, the hotel is more than okay. However, during F1 days, it cost 27.6 thousand rubles per night, which is a massive rip-off, even with its ideal location for those using the express bus to Suzuka Circuit from Nagoya Station.
