Hot Springs Hotels in Gangwon State, South Korea

It’s a great hotel that provides a lot of services. You don’t need to go outside but there are no toothbrushes in the room which I thought was going to be part of the package

1. Poor Room Layout and Lack of Consideration for Female Guests There is no dressing table/vanity. Without one, there should at least be a mirror positioned where I can sit down to apply makeup, but the only mirror is located by the entrance (where you put on shoes). I tried using the bathroom instead, but the lighting is so poorly placed that it reflects off the mirror, making it impossible to see my face clearly. Furthermore, the hairdryer cord is so short that I can’t even look in the mirror while drying my hair. The lack of consideration for female guests is appalling. 2. Unreasonable Trash Disposal Policy Guests are required to sort and dispose of their own recycling. I don’t understand why a guest staying at a hotel is expected to do the housekeeping. To make matters worse, the trash disposal area has no roof, so if it’s raining, you have to either hold an umbrella or just get soaked while throwing away the trash. 3. Unmanaged AV Room There is an AV/Game room, but no staff members are stationed there to manage it. This means if one team decides to monopolize the equipment and play for hours, there is no way to intervene. There is clearly no oversight or system in place to ensure all guests get a fair turn.

We had a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The hotel is a great option for a family of four, especially if you're comfortable sleeping on traditional floor futons. The beach right next to the hotel is peaceful and relaxing, making it a wonderful place to spend time with family. The only drawback was that most of the hotel amenities close around 9:00 PM. Extending the spa hours until at least 11:00 PM would greatly enhance the guest experience, especially for those returning from sightseeing later in the evening.

Since it was peak season, the parking lot was completely jammed, and due to the nature of Delpino, there was no signage indicating which of the four buildings to visit, so I got lost. The elevators were also crowded together, making it a bit difficult in the hot weather. There was no air conditioning installed in the room, so I had no choice but to turn the living room air conditioner up to maximum. It was also a bit funny that the kkakdugi (radish kimchi) was not served at the Songwon restaurant in the basement, as the side dishes changed between breakfast and lunch times.

Second time staying here and always the best 👍  Really enjoyed every corner of the hotel and the warm hospitality! Only problem is it gets super expensive or unable to get a room during the festive season or the weekend! I was very lucky to get a room on a Valentine’s Day at a reasonable rate.

I was looking for a relaxing resort trip with my mom when an acquaintance recommended this place, so I made a reservation. From yoga to swimming and sauna... it was a perfect healing experience. At first, I wondered if it was too expensive, but it was perfect—feeling like I was on a trip away from Seoul, combined with the satisfaction of getting a good rest for the first time in a while. It was also great that breakfast and dinner were available at the resort. There weren't many children around, so we stayed for one night without any noise. This is the first place my mom has said was worth the price, so we decided to go again.

It is convenient and well maintained in a good atmosphere. It's good to walk in the morning

I traveled comfortably, but even during the holiday season, I only use some of the sauna and sauna during the week and open normally only on Thursdays and Sundays, and I hope the restaurant's pre-food reservation system will be improved. Other matters are very good.
