I would like to congratulate the management and staff of the hotel, as the rooms and most of the common areas were exceptionally clean. I have no complaints regarding the cleanliness of the property. Overall, I had a pleasant stay.
However, it is important to note that the hotel shares its swimming pool and gym facilities with a residential complex. As a result, the pool is often crowded with children and condominium residents, which can make it less comfortable for hotel guests.
The café on the 5th floor, where breakfast is served, operates only in the mornings. It would be a great improvement if it remained open throughout the day. I noticed that many guests were looking for coffee or a light snack, but there is nowhere convenient to go within the hotel. Since the property is somewhat isolated, guests need to take a taxi to the nearest shopping mall, which is approximately a 15-minute ride away.
The hot spring facilities could also be improved. The sauna does not function properly, and the area could be maintained more carefully in terms of cleanliness. In general, the hot spring facilities appear somewhat worn and would benefit from refurbishment.

Very spacious rooms and two functional toilets, but recommend to bring your own soap and shampoo. The bed and pillow has abit of musty smell so its not the best. They offer luggage storage service but do note it’s not an office where you can collect anytime you want, you need to message the staff and depending on your luck, their response time may vary. Location is good just opposite R&f mall.

Great location as it is near to places we frequent. Apartment was ok. Security is tight which is good. Downside is only one car allowed to park at designated lot despite it being a family friendly apartment. We had 6 adults and a toddler.
The apartment we got is not kids friendly. Remotes for TV and aircon were missing batteries and not working well. The balcony was missing a wooden panel. Luckily I noticed so I had to keep the sliding doors locked at all times as I have a toddler. Toilet floors were super slippery when wet and we fell as a result. Furnitures and appliances were dated, beds/mattresses had squeaking sounds.
Overall ok lah for short stay. Not the most comfy but bearable. Might come back again as the location is convenient for us.

for the location and food options, is really not a bad choice.
but the whole stay experience felt quite stressful, with many ”rules” implemented, checked and seen throughout the house. (sorry...but is meant for family holiday...prefer agent and owner to relax a bit :p)
