CNY staycation at Erya by Suria Hotspring Bentong. This was my second stay. Hotel was full house and quite crowded.
Breakfast was basic with 5 main options plus toast and cornflakes. Coffee, tea, milk and juice provided. Food just average.
Room was clean but on the second day there was no hot water at all.
Hot spring has two pools with different temperatures, both hot and comfortable.
Overall, okay for a short stay.

Our 3-day stay at Pals Empire was amazing! Everything was well taken care of, and the front desk staff were very helpful in making our stay comfortable.
The hotel is perfectly located in the city center, which made everything very convenient. They also have their own restaurant and a rooftop Sky Café Lounge, which was a great experience. We even ordered Western cuisine for lunch from the rooftop, served at our room doorstep, and the prices were very reasonable.
Another plus point is the mini market located right beside the hotel, which made it easy to get anything we needed.
Thank you for the wonderful hospitality—we will definitely come back again for another short trip!

Loved it! Everyone, from the front desk staff to the hot spring attendants and even the security guards, was incredibly polite and friendly. The room was super clean and comfortable, which was a huge plus. They even sent reminders for hot spring reservations, which was so thoughtful.

This apartment fits 8 guests (we will do a headcount) and guests will be provided with 2 car access cards to enter the apartment compound. Please respect our Muslim-friendly (Not allow for non-halal meats), no noise & no parties policy. Many of my immediate neighbors are Muslims and all are seekers of peace & tranquility.
