The weather is not good, it is to go to the real hot spring, the hotel is a bit old, but still relatively clean. The bed is American-style soft, and the sofa can be turned into a bed for the child to sleep. The balcony of the room on the first floor can go directly to the hot spring.
The hotel is clean and quiet, ideal for relaxation. Overall, everything was excellent, though the front desk staff could benefit from being more professional.
A very nice hotel, the room has a balcony, and outside is the desert scenery. There is a swimming pool and hot spring bath in the center of the hotel. Unfortunately, we came from Los Angeles and were stuck in traffic all the way. We arrived too late and didn't go to bathe.
Love the vibe and the overall property would definitely come back during summer! The hot springs are perfect for this weather as well 10/10 definitely recommend!
Palm Desert Suites more than exceeded my expectations! No contact check-in was very easy. The staff replied quickly to any of my texts. The room was spacious, newly remodeled with a full kitchen! There was a full sized refrigerator and stove, microwave, dishwasher, toaster oven and coffee maker. The bed was very comfortable and everything was very clean. The bathroom was large with double sinks and sparkling clean. The location was quiet with a pool close by. Really lovely place! Highly recommended! Palm Desert Suites will absolutely be on the top of my list the next time I stay in Palm Desert! The big bonus, the price was excellent! Thanks!!

Our first time staying downtown Palm Springs and we loved it! The hotel was gorgeous (just like the photos!) Walking distance to the main ***** with lots of restaurant & shopping options, a weekly Thursday night street festival/market and even a Grocery outlet across the street where we were able to stock up on some low cost snacks/drinks. When checking in the staff saw we were staying for 6 nights so ensured we had a quiet room, away from the street - which was thoughtful and appreciated. The breakfast buffet was AMAZING. The pool and pool bar with Happy Hour has us feeling like we were in Mexico. As you can probably tell, my fiancé and I loved our stay and will most definitely be back again!
Compared with the Fairmont brand, this hotel is a little weaker. The refrigerator has no electricity and the socket fell to the ground and was not found. The front desk asked me to pay an extra 100 euros to change the double bed and said that the room was very beautiful. After entering, it was old and gloomy. It was average.
The facilities are so good, it's a shame that I wasn't able to enjoy the various activities. Next time, I want to stay for a long time and fully enjoy it.

AAnonymous UserThe place has a very nice vibe and offers spa services, good food and lovely malin & goets cosmetics plus a refillable water bottle. Three pools with different temperatures are options for relaxation along with a swing, oversize lawn games on the artificial turf and fireplaces by the bar.
Rooms also have sizeable fridges and boiling water jugs, but I wouldn't say it feels like a four star hotel. The massage wasn't amazing either, the masseuse didn't wash her hands before starting or after working your dusty feet and before massaging your neck and scalp, aromatherapy is one scent, so definitely not a genuine, luxurious spa experience with a dedicated space but more makeshift and definitely not worth the $200 plus the obligatory 23% gratuity.
Overall feels over-hyped and overpriced so if I have other options, I'd rather not come back.

GGrmoFor a resort that starts at ~$2,000/night this place falls very short in various areas. For an all inclusive resort there were very few dining options (it was either the sur house or the pool side bar). Most of the staff were really friendly but we did feel like the housekeeping staff weren’t too professional at times (once they opened the door to our room even when we told them to give us a few seconds to get to the door). Although the resort is in a beautiful location, I don’t know if I would consider this place luxurious.
GGuest UserThis is a better hotel than more expensive hotels. I suggest to book a deluxe room which has kitchen because the hotel doesn't have restaurants, so self-cooking might be a good idea rather than finding restaurants outside. The town has only several restaurants.
I note that the hotel doesn't have sauna, just a FYI.
VVirut Sae GawA very exclusive and luxury resort Luke no other. We love the trail hiking along the estate that stretches over 2 miles with breathtaking view. The staffs are nice n warm. The only problem is that the Michelin star restaurant was burned down in 2022 so there is no fine dining at the resort.
KKmmymccFine, but should have been cheaper for the quality. Definitely an older hotel. Had the look and smell of its hundred years of service. Breakfast was coffee, a couple pieces of loaf cake, and tiny fruits. No hotel parking. The pools were tired and dirty.
