The Grand Sunrise Palace (Hoi An) is a wonderful hotel that provides outstanding service. Lily was one of the first people to greet us when we arrived and provided information regarding attractions, restaurants, and taxi bookings. Lily consistently checked in with us to make sure our experience at the Grand Sunrise Palace was going well (it was splendid). Days later into our journey, the staff at Grand Sunrise Palace alerted my partner and I that we had left valuables behind in our room. At the time we were boarding a plane to another destination with no plausible way of returning to the Grand Sunrise Palace. We were immediately notified by staff and Lily contacted us to provide solutions. Lily proceeded to go above and beyond to make sure that our valuables would be returned. Lily went out of her way to commute to other locations (with valuables in hand), contacted our next hotel and proceeded to plan the logistics of returning our valuables. This is outstanding customer service that is unfathomable. Lily and her colleagues truly look out for their guests and provide exceptional customer service that goes beyond any expectations. Both of us thank Lily and her team at Grand Sunrise Palace!

We came to Hanoi to celebrate my boyfriend’s birthday, there were friendly gentlemen at the entrance, beautiful bikes and parking, I didn’t remember the names at all, but the girl at the reception was amazingly sweet, told us about all the sights, how to get there, where you can have a delicious meal, I note that far from every hotel people try so hard for their customers, I wrote in advance when booking that we would have a birthday and asked to decorate the room, unfortunately when we checked in the room was not decorated, but when we went for a walk and returned our room was decorated, a stunning clean pool, well-groomed territory, access to a small water channel. We got the room itself on the 6th floor, I paid extra for a river view, but the view of the Bassin was also beautiful, the room is excellent, it can be seen that the hotel is brand new, eco-style furniture, all hygiene items are present. A bed with delicate soft linens, we arrived late at night in the room and at the reception the guy handed us a cake, said that he was waiting for us, you can see how all the employees of this hotel treat each guest with trepidation and tenderness, it was very pleasant to visit them , even if only for one day. The breakfasts were also good, can't compare to the Philippines. Many thanks to all the staff of this hotel for a great holiday❤️

I can’t describe the kindness and care the host (and her whole family) showed me during my stay. I was very sick and she and her sister got me medicine - came to my room and showed me how to use it without me even asking. I also got into confusion regarding my visa and she went out of her way to help me…. soooo much care and kindness. The family also cooked me a traditional Vietnamese meal as I had stayed for several days - which was delicious - we had a lovely meal together where they showed me how to assemble all the food and we had a good chat about life in Vietnam compared to the UK. I also got some tailoring done with the host’s other sister and it great and given at a good deal! The other sister runs an amazing spa next door where I had the best massage I’ve ever had in my life… the masseuse was extremely talented. Aside from all this (completely above and beyond) service, the rooms are sooo cosy, cute and clean and the breakfast delicious. The location is also great. Thank you sooooo much for all your kindness and hospitality - a home away from home.

The hotel room is clean and spacious, and hotel located at just a 5 mins walk to the night market. Upgraded our room to have balcony and river facing without much hassle. The staff are helpful and accommodating. However, we felt the indoor pool is small and the pool water is stagnant, hence not comfortable to dip into it although the weather is very hot during our visit.

There are not many people in this newly opened hotel, and some places are not yet perfect. The free breakfast is not a buffet, but a la carte. The dishes are exquisite and delicious. The coffee is particularly fragrant. It is much better than outside restaurants. The service is very good. Good, the laundry is calculated by kilogram, the speed is fast, the swimming pool is also of good quality, it is heated, the weather is hot, it lacks a cool feeling, the hotel's SPA environment is very good, the technicians are good, there are discounts, but it is not far from Hoi An Ancient Town It's a bit far away, 1.8 kilometers. It's hard to walk in hot weather. Overall, it's a great hotel. I'll choose this hotel next time I go to Hoi An.

The Golden River Has a good Location near to the riverfront with many bars and restaurants. I had a front balcony room that was simple but adequate. Breakfast was included. The reason for this review is all the front staff girls were exceptionally attentive and informative. They were all great and when Vi checked us in she took time to give us a map and explain different parts of HoiAn on the map. Like where to find more original Vietnamese food just a few blocks from all the tourist in small restaurants. They also have a indoor swimming pool.
