We organized a 2-day-conference in the hotel between 27th and 29th of September. You cannot fault it! TOP location. GREAT renovated rooms. BEAUTIFULL SPA and swimming pool. A GYM. The food was fantastic! A brilliant hotel manager - DIANA. The staff was fantastic - from the men working at the parking, to the receptionists, waiters very helpful (particularly Victoria), the cleaning staff. There is a bar/coffee shop in the hotel as well. Plenty of business halls... There was not even 1 bad think about our stay. Maybe the parking was a bit too expensive. Better park at the blue zone and send messages all day and it will be cheaper for you :D Overall experience - Fantastic!

We have recently came back from a holiday of 5 people. I would rate the hotel a higher rating if I could, because our holiday was perfect. It was my first time staying at this hotel, but the other 4 people have stayed last year as well, and since they have enjoyed it so much they have decided to come back this year too. To start off with the staff, they were amazing, someone 24/7 around to help you regardless of where you were, either bar, restaurant, reception or housekeeping. Staff were friendly and approachable. Kitchen chefs coming outside and taking care of the food to look good and taste good, would talk with people to see how they are enjoying the food and would give a friendly and enjoyable time while having a meal. I was looking forward to our holiday long before coming to the holiday, as a montb prior I went on a cut knowing that I would eat a lot, and I did. Each meal, (lunch and dinner) I would have 2 plates of food and added dessert, because the food was amazing. Cooked fresh and nothing pre-heated from prior meals or prior days, as mentioned in some reviews. Multiple types of rice, chicken cooked in different spices, different types of fish and cooked in different ways, pork as well and many types of salads too. (Tend to mention that we had all-inclusive package, so we took advantage of that!). Bar staff always smiling and happy and attentative, and at some point they started remembering our drinks as well from coming that many times at the bar. While we was on the beach, housekeeping team would change our essentials in the room, fresh towels, bin bags, fresh linen on the beds, would air out the rooms for us to be fresh once we would be back. Reception team gave us a proper start to our holiday which led us to enjoy our stay from minute one. Even thought we haven’t requested our rooms to be together or on the same floor, the team tried to make our stay better by providing us with these options, however, 1 of the rooms wasn’t quite next to the others so 1 room got upgraded to a higher standard room, which was great (Rooms 402, 413, 418). Pool staff always happy and smiling and always helped us when we needed their help. Staff is the asset at this hotel, and they have made our holiday better, all praises to them and we are looking forward to coming next year as well!

Did read a few negative reviews before we visited but they do not reflect our visit. Overall, nice enough hotel and we found most of the staff friendly and accommodating. Food was good and i cant believe people have left negative reviews about it. Even the pickiest of eaters could find something in the dining room, plus fast food lovers had pizza/burgers, etc available outside. Only gripes were the plastic cups for everything- including coffee- but even that could be overcome if you had your own non glass receptacle and the evening entertainment was very brief. Overall great bargain holiday and a hotel i would recommend.

Las habitaciones están bien pero en dos días solo nos hicieron la cama uno,no pusieron toallas limpias ni limpiaron el aseo. Uno de los ascensores lleva una semana sin luz por lo que por la noche hay que coger el otro. Mejor no hablar del buffet , la calidad muy mejorable,muy sencillo, hoy se ha acabado a las 8 de la mañana!!un determinado tipo de pan de barra y nos dicen que ya no hay más…las cenas cuando vas en grupo de turista malísimo Este hotel está alejado del centro hay que coger Bus o Taxi, no volvería a contratarlo

This is one of the best hotels I have ever stayed! It was exactly in the centre of the old town Nesebar. The room was very clean, the bed was super comfortable and the interior of the room was amazing. You can tell that everything inside is made with high quality materials. The staff was very nice as well very helpful and friendly! I totally recommend this place!

First time in Bulgaria and booked a surprise holiday for my sisters 60th birthday at Festa Pomorie Resort. Hotel located on seafront just step out of your apartment directly onto sandy beach and swim in Black Sea. Apartment suite spacious and spotlessly clean everything you needed in rooms. Kate at reception so helpful. Maria in restaurant looked after us so well always welcoming and attentive. Highly recommend and will be back again Oona Ireland

This family hotel is very kind, clean and confortable. Very nice forniture,right price and good position. To enjoy Bar and Reastaurant was a truly good idea. Free parking. This is one of the best hotels I have ever stayed! It was exactly in the centre of the old town Nesebar. We stayed in this hotel with our daughter and grandson, the room was spacious and had everything we needed.! There was already a cot made up with a small gift for baby which was a lovely surprise.! Also complimentary drinks which were appreciated. We had a great size balcony which looked over the sea. The pool says it is heated but if it is it’s on very low, this wasn’t an issue for us but do double check if that’s something of importance to you.! The staff were helpful although it does say in a booklet in the room that if you need extra pillows etc they will supply them but when asked the night receptionist told me no, then sent up 1 pillow, unfortunately both my daughter and I suffer with neck and back issues so this wasn’t enough but she wasn’t to know this so I guess that’s my fault for not explaining to her.! The hotel is right on the beach with easy access which was a real bonus for the baby (and us) we paid for breakfast which was pleasant enough, a good choice for all, fruit, cakes, egg n bacon, cheeses, cereals and much more so definitely worth the price.! The old town is a 5min drive / 20min walk so it’s situated perfectly for all you need.! Overall this is a hotel we look forward to visiting again and would recommend.!

5 points only for location. And service on the resepshen even zero is a pity to put . Language of communication only Bulgarian and English (with a terrible accent) . I would like to note that the key to pick up at a very different place 3 km from the apartments themselves. The girl on the respiratory was not even able to explain how to get to the apartments and how to get inside. Cleaning at 3 points. Elementally there is no microwave . The water pressure is minimal due to the boiler's operation. By the way, prepare to deposit 100 lions for keys (((((. With dishes one jar and one pan . But the plate and spoons are enough The cutting board was near the garbage( (( we cut , you can find on the first line the apartments are much better with a small supplement .
