Estive no hotel para um congresso, estava lotado de participantes de todas as idades, acho q por isso o muito barulho. Quarto com frigobar, armário (q poderia ser melhor aproveitado), tv, ar condicionado… tudo naquele controle central q fica na cabeceira. Alguns móveis velhos mas isso é o de menos, o problema maior é a cama! Cheguei a travar. Cama velha de mola, toda ja com buracos e ondulações, muito desconfortável. Também a falta de uma cortina blackout nas janelas de vidro. Banheiro é pequeno mas não vejo como problema, chuveiro elétrico daquele mais simples mas tem uma vazão de água até q boa… Café da manhã “básico” (pensando em hotel!), não iriei opinar porque não posso comer glúten então fiquei restrita. Internet grátis ruim, principalmente se vc for precisar pra trabalhar. Funcionários simpáticos, cheguei antes do horário de checkin e pude deixar minhas malas já no hotel…

The hotel ”have” parking, but is a partner and the value is not included in the hosting simulation, with an extra daily value to be paid to store the car at the time of check-in; The room was only 2 single beds because there was a mistake in the system when booking. They changed our room and the cleaning of the new room was not very satisfactory; we were calling the air conditioning and was not working, when we interphoned to the reception to notify the air, the phone was not working too. We had a whole day on the road, it was over 10 a.m. and we had a little child, we just took bath and went to bed, the next morning we notified the air and the reception staff sent the technician. We returned from the tour afternoon, and we were informed that the technician was preparing the air, but it was not working yet. We opened the air and saw a dirt crust, we returned to the reception to tell that, besides not working, it was completely dirty. There was room available to exchange and we spent the second night in heat. In short: we spent 4 nights in heat because the technician who said to clean the air, at least did not spent a pan in the air conditioned. In our 5ª night they managed to exchange us to a room that The new room was running with the air, the air was swallowing water into the room, and the room was flooded, the amazing floor was already all-smooth and broken, indicating that it was an old problem. We were tired of complaining, we were still, in the next 2 nights we had there We didn't leave before the hotel because the full value of the reservation had already been discounted on our card at the time of the reservation; and also because the staff were very well on our attention and did what they could to help us.

Excellent hotel, great structure, great service from the staff. Food at the pool was very good, portion sizes were good, I think there could be more snack options. Very good breakfast!! Excellent dinner!!!!

The breakfast was excellent, and the breakfast was very good, in the right measure, without exaggeration but without missing anything, and the rest was happening quickly. The location is perfect, well in the city centre, close to everything, on a street with movement but no noise that catches the sleep.

Excelente acomodação e educação dos atendentes. Ambientes limpos e organizados e a opção do jantar muito saborosa e completa. No café da manhã apenas uma observação: um laranja passada no suco de laranja. Os demais itens bem frescos e saborosos. Sou fã da rede!

It was my second trip to Foz do Iguaçu and we chose the Manacá Hotel for the second time, however we chose to pay for a slightly more expensive room and to our disappointment the bathroom had a very strong smell of sewage.

Really enjoyed our stay. Perfect location with access to the city and having the mall in front of the hotel also super useful. The pool is a good size and decor tasteful. The fitness room could be better equipped, but still workable. Staff attentive and breakfast ample and varied. I recommend it.

They don't serve breakfast, but the site has a collective kitchen with microwaves, panels, cups and cutlery where people can make their lunches. The showers worked very well and the air conditioning also, however, the establishment needs urgently to solve a question: ”french” cheap. And in the second room they also appeared. In the evening they always appeared and this is a factor to be taken into account by the administration. Good cost-benefit, but with important reservations.

The hotel is very well located!Big room for the standard, with dryer, place to support the bag, satisfactory cleaning, (with room to improve), Wi-Fi OK, academy, medium breakfast. The hotel has been very friendly and very friendly staff (except a boy who was at the reception day 28/5 at night ) I would certainly host again since it maintains the cost-benefit ratio. I was very surprised with the hotel :)

My wife and I ran into some issues at the border when we tried to cross. Somehow the Argentine visa is much harder to get than we initially thought. So we were stuck on the Brazil side - after seeing the awesome Iguazu falls. We looked up some quick hotels in the area so we can camp out until the visa came through (which never did btw) and found this gem of a place. Literally a 10 minute walk from a pretty sizable indoor mall. Front desk staff were very accommodating- and helped us navigate our stressful scenario fantastically. Claudia and Jacir went well above the normal expectations And in our view are the gold standard of hotel staff. The whole place was elegant. The food delicious. The wait staff very attentive to our needs. I would recommend this place to anyone in the Iguazu area. They really made our last few days in Brazil enjoyable -even though it was an unexpected stop - we don’t regret a minute of it.

My stay at Mirante Hotel was nothing short of amazing, and I must express my deepest gratitude to the remarkable staff – Taty, Gabriel, and Carol. On this rather gloomy, rainy, stormy day, my friend and I were desperate for McDonald's. Our food delivery apps were failing us in Brazil but these three angels emerged. Their kindness and thoughtfulness in helping us order McDonald's really impressed me. Their customer care and service was 10/10. Honestly, while this sounds dramatic, their kindness was a shining beacon of hope on that stormy day. Taty, Gabriel, and Carol, you deserve a stunning 5-star review. Thank you so much!

The hotel has a comfortable room, a wonderful shower. All facilities work perfectly, including a hairdryer. Hotel with a family environment, quiet mainly at night. Free parking. Congratulations in particular to the cleaning staff, they do a great work every day. Morning coffee and reasonable dinner. In the festival of risoes and cakes, risoes were with excess salt. Although high, dinner prices were not too expensive. The unsatisfactory receptionists. Negative points: Wi-Fi open, without password, which gives us unsafety and the location of the hotel is a little away from the center and tourist points. The hotel is located in the center of the city, next to a ”shopping center Curitiba”, there is a restaurant and snack street. The hotel has some history, facilities are good, very clean. The front desk English is very good

The staff were careful and the hotel was well located, but the desk was not completely clean. I thought the folders leave the room with a half-randish smell of mopho. That was not very pleasant experience. Finally, breakfast is a medium.

The hotel is very clean, the surrounding environment is good, very quiet. The restaurant coffee machine provides hot water 24 hours a day. This is very good. I borrowed the tableware to soak instant noodles at noon on the day I left. It was very cool.

I stayed at Radisson for one night from Thursday to Friday April/2021. My bedroom was luxury double room, and the reservation was made 2 weeks in advance through booking.com app, i got a fair price that included breakfast. I really enjoyed the bedroom size, with a pretty spacious bathroom, working desk with comfortable chair. Big TV and gigantic confy bed. The reception clerk was really polite, I had done the Pre booking on line, it took 5 minutes to finalize the check in and get the room card. I drove to Curitiba, and the hotel counts with valet service at extra cost. I like the ironing board in the hotel bedroom. Nice touch the washing cloths, lots of hotels in Brazil don’t have those. Extra points for the good hair dryer. Good toiletries- body moisturizer, shampoo and hair conditioner, 2 soap bars, tissues and shower caps. Fluffy and big towels, plenty of clothes hanger I Stayed on the 3rd floor, next time i’ll ask for a higher room, so i can have a better view of the Japanese Square Park. The hotel location is pretty good, in a high end neighborhood and close to downtown. I had dinner at the hotel restaurant, the menu didn’t have a lot of variety- I ended up having filet and past and the flavor was good, but if i stay at the hotel again i will have dinner outside the hotel. The bedroom offered tea, coffee and water bottles and a courtesy. The breakfast buffet had a pretty good variety of fruits, yogurts, juices and nice and fresh breads. It did have a espresso machine and some sweets and cheeses. Considering pandemic measures i thought the hotel is being really careful living windows and doors open, and at the hotel restaurant the tables have enough room between them. I would say it’s a 9 out of 10.

The hotel is super organized and clean. The room is wonderful, super cool, clean bed linen, air-conditioned and bathrooms with dryer. Breakfast is excellent, with a variety of things, and I will stay in this hotel again.

I liked the service, breakfast, cleaning, bed and bathroom clothes. The only complaint is the mophoon smell after the bath when connecting the exhaustor. I believe the ceiling above the PVC shell is fully moped. This must be solved, the shell is worse because it has no way to clean it up and it is not banned.

Wonderful food, friendly service, great price, and quiet even though close to the airport! The hotel appears to have been recently updated. The room was comfortable and great shower water pressure! The room was clean and the staff went to great lengths to ensure we knew the room was sanitized.

Os funcionários da recepção e do restaurante são muito simpáticos, o quarto é aconchegante, eu adorei a decoração e a comida do buffet de jantar estava ótima, tinha te variedade de sobremesas. A cia área teve que me hospedar aqui porque meu voo foi cancelado e acabei tendo uma ótima experiência.

Absolutely wonderful hotel. If only hotels in the United Kingdom took a leaf out of this hotels book and have the quality at the low price. Staff waiting at the entrance for customers, staff are helpful and pleasant. Hotel is immaculate and beautiful. Breakfast is good with plenty of choice. Only lost a point as the waitress at breakfast ignored me and left dirty plates at table despite clearly other tables used crockery immediately. Felt undervalued and not welcome by her. Airport shuttle service is a taxi. It takes about 10-15 minutes to get loading and to the airport. Highly recommend, you'll not be disappointed.
