A Chinese stye buffet breakfast is available which is very adequate to start your day. Staff was somewhat reserved but helpful. Some had English as well which was appreciated. Definitely would stay in this hotel again.

I heard that I booked this hotel from the No. 1 hotel in Yanji. The location of the hotel is very convenient, very close to the floating market, Internet celebrity wall, and folk garden. Calling a taxi is also very fast, and there are sometimes taxis parked in front of the hotel. The guy at the front desk who helped us with our luggage and the ladies at the front desk, Sun Ying and Lu Yanchun, were very enthusiastic. Except for the average room facilities, everything else is pretty good.

The location is great. The hotel is close to the station, one subway stop from Changchun Station. Please note that the last subway train leaves early (I was planning to take the subway from Changchun Station, but it ended before 10pm), but you can take a taxi from Changchun Station in just one meter, so there is no problem. The room was well cleaned. The water pressure in the shower is also perfect. However, there was no conditioner, just a rinse-in shampoo, so if you're concerned about that, I think it's a good idea to prepare your own. The air volume of the dryer was perfect. Breakfast had a lot of variety and was delicious. It's also nice to be able to eat freshly made ramen. There aren't many restaurants in the area that open from 7am, so it was a good idea to include breakfast.

If your aim is to see the lake at the top of Changbai Mountain, definitely book this hotel for at least two days. The hotel package includes 3hr ski experience per pax per day, unlimited access to the hot spring, and easy access to the Changbai North Scenic Area. The service was super prompt, warm and attentive, but you will need to be Chinese speaking, or get a companion who can communicate with the staff. The staff will add you to their WeChat upon check in, and will not only give you tips on how to visit the scenic area, but will also answer to your (reasonable) requests and questions within an hour. They will update you every morning whether the peak open for viewing, and will guide you in purchasing tickets for the scenic area. We managed to see the peak on our second morning after taking the earliest transfer from the hotel. We have to thank the staff who are so professional and constantly act in our best interests. Best service we had in our trip to China so far. The rooms are good, and the hotel cluster is well taken care of. There are transfers between the hotel and the ski resort, the hot spring centre, the scenic area as well as the train station. For free pickups from the train station, you will need to call the hotel beforehand. I didn’t get a local phone number and had to borrow my previous hotel’s phone to book a pickup. They will also arrange for a free drop-off at the train station. The hotel compound looks beautiful in winter. The staff even built snowmen around the compound and we saw rabbits on our first night here. There are a few things which fell short of expectations, but we understand are beyond the control of the hotel. The outdoor hot spring water is super murky, and the toilets in the hot spring centre smells quite bad one day during our stay. And while the hotel does provide priority access to the peak of Changbai Mountain, the company running the scenic area may not open the access queue during peak periods, and will request that you queue with the tour groups. However, the warm service by the hotel staff trumps these shortcomings and we have immensely enjoyed our stay at the hotel overall.

Convenient, fuss free and comfortable hotel near the left side of the South Exit opposite the Changchun Railway Station. Breakfast is available in the hotel and there are plenty of food choices around the hotel. There is a gym and laundry room which makes it a great base to access the Northeast part of China such as Changbaishan UNESCO site, Harbin, Dandong, Shenyang, Jilinand Yanji. Despite being in a busy location, the hotel tries to create a relaxing environment. Room even has background/ambient music and Bluetooth for you to hook up your favourite music. The beds come with memory pillow and a soft pillow option and the bed is not to the extent of a rock hard Asian type bed.

We are on business trip to Changchun. Hotel located very close to the airport within the working distance. Also it is just 500 meter far from high speed train station. Then it is super convenient.

Extremely neat and clean! Beds, windows, bathroom, and even amenities. I was quite surprised to see that level of rooms in those town. And the food was fabulous as well! They serve morning buffet, and the foods were just like their rooms, fresh and tasty. Of course the staffs were very helpful and supportive. If you’re foreign travelers like me and care about clean rooms, this hotel must be your choice to see around Changbaishan.

This is my 1 st time in China and Changbaishan. I make correct decision to choose this hotel not just global brand facilities of hotel are all goods but all stuff have good service mind for foreigner not just only chinese's client. thank You Clever Chen and GSM staff to handle me with the good moment in Changbaishan not even service in their hotel ( hot spring, very nice, cute pet for kids) but to help booking ticket/ find lost mobile phone. i would like to suggest if you do not sure international hotel choice for foreigner....Crowne Plaza Changbaishan is good choice.

The hotel is near the train station, so there are a lot of people and cars, and it is very lively. There are four parking spaces in front of the hotel, which seems a bit too few. But the land near the train station is very expensive, and it is not easy to get it. Everything in the hotel is small, the front desk is small, the lobby is small, and the room is even smaller. But the bedding is very good, and the linens are also very nice. The service is very enthusiastic, and the problem is solved quickly and thoroughly, which is worthy of praise! The hotel is in a prime location, next to the Burhatong River. The night view is beautiful and you can see the beautiful scenery from the bedroom. It is very close to Yanbian University, the Internet celebrity wall, and the People's Park, which can be reached on foot. The lady at the front desk was very enthusiastic. When she saw that we were with our children, she gave us breakfast coupons. It was a very pleasant trip.

The room is very good. We came to Yanji from Dalian. Our family has elderly and children. The hotel takes good care of us. The hotel is very new and has complete facilities, such as laundry, robot food delivery, and warm and enthusiastic staff, especially Xiao Hu and Xiao Xu. Due to travel time issues, they also delayed check-out for us. There are not many hotels that can do this during the lively National Day. Feeling at home probably means this. ps The hotel breakfast is very good and has local characteristics. You don’t have to rush to the morning market. The hotel allows people to experience the delicious food of Yanji in advance. The overall feeling is very good. I personally think it is the best hotel in Yanji (I wanted to book a stay at a warm homestay before, but I didn’t book it). But isn’t a real good hotel supposed to let you keep the warmth? Yanji Huanpeng does a good job. It is the best Huanpeng I have stayed in in China. Different mountains and rivers, the same wind and moon. The Korean ethnic group left a good impression because of this hotel

There are couple of things that I love about this hotel and some things that they can be improve. 1. Hotel is nice, bed is comfy as expected 2 . Very near to the mall, where there are tons of delicious food/ restaurants there 3. There is subway just beside the hotel which is very convenient if you choose to take subway 4. Breakfast is varies from Chinese to western which is great. I usually have omelette, toasted bread, coffee and juices. We had issue with the air purifier, and asked for someone to fix it then seems it couldn’t be fixed, then they keep coming back coz after 5 mins of use it’s broken again. We asked to change to another one, at first they keep saying that no way that it’s broken, but it is broken. Finally they changed, but they wasted our time, we wanted to sleep early instead having them in the room with us. This kind service should be improved. They should just take it away and fixed it somewhere else and not to disturb guests.

the location of the hotel is very good. the front desk staff , Pang Ying was very friendly, kind and helpful. she helped us many times during our stay. there is a nearby food street, shopping malls and lots of convenient stores.

The hotel is right next to Jangchun Station, so it is easily accessible and the facilities are very good. I arrived late, but the staff responded actively, so I was able to stay comfortably. I highly recommend it.

We were pleasantly surprised by our stay at this hotel! Since we visit Changchun annually to see relatives, we usually stay at a nearby hotel. However, this time, due to renovations at our usual hotel, we decided to try the Friendship Hotel. Upon checking in and arriving at our room, we were greeted with a platter of fruit, water, and drinks—a thoughtful touch! The room was very comfortable, clean, and spacious. Bathrobes and slippers were provided at the entrance, and the attention to detail and genuine care from the hotel staff were evident everywhere. The hotel's design was innovative, stylish, and elegant, making our stay very comfortable. The breakfast was also particularly rich and of high quality. We noticed that many of the guests were international professors and students from Northeast Normal University nearby. During check-out, the hotel staff even prepared some snacks for us, showcasing their attentive and meticulous service, which left a deep impression on us. This hotel offers excellent value for money and rivals some international five-star hotels. We highly recommend it and it will definitely be our top choice for future visits to Changchun! It is very convenient to travel. Changchun Station and the subway station are just outside. The hotel is very clean and well-equipped. When you come back from a walk in the evening, there is hot porridge and pudding that the children love the most.

I decided to extend my stay in Changchun and booked another room, non-smoking and with windows :) the staff was very nice and friendly and the buffet during breakfast was very good! :)

The hotel also has afternoon tea, but I didn't enjoy it for personal reasons. If I come to Yanji again, I will definitely stay again

《Fall in love with Yanji, fall in love with Atour》 This trip to Changbai Mountain and Yanji was the first time I took my family to stay at Atour Hotel. After entering the hotel, I was attracted by its unique aromatherapy (it seems to be called Sahe). This kind of aromatherapy is everywhere in the hotel. The shampoo and shower gel in the shower room also have the same style of fragrance. The names of some functional areas are very unique. The room also provides tea sets. The bed is comfortable and gentle, making people simply don't want to get up. I never thought that I could live in a hotel. It's so wonderful and enjoyable. It's like a comfortable and comfortable atmosphere like a homestay. Atour did it.  Taozhi at the front desk upgraded us for free. Living in the room on the top floor, you can also see the sunset in Yanji City. Taozhi and her colleaguesare familiar with the surroundings. (Don't just look at it and don't believe in Dianping.com). The taxi driver (not a diversion) said that it was far from the review score of some people.
