Princess Wencheng Live Theater
After I first arrived in Lhasa, I searched the homestay on the Internet. I stayed in a villa complex where Princess Wencheng lived for one night. It was very quiet. The place to drink tea and chat was very comfortable, and the owner was very enthusiastic. There is a fat little starling, very enthusiastic, and sanitary.. 🍃Environment: Good 🔔Service: Very good 🧹Hygiene: good 🚗 Transportation: convenient

Very nice hotel, good location, very close to Zha Monastery, beautiful and warm, complete facilities and equipment, soft beds, diffused oxygen in the room, and humidifier, to ensure the rest of long-distance travelers; the hotel also arranged free afternoon tea and free shuttle to visit Tashilhunpo Monastery; the service was also very good, especially worth mentioning is the receptionist Zong Zong at the front desk, who always had a smile on his face, and the service was very thoughtful, careful and considerate. What impressed me most was that in the afternoon, we were arranged to go to Zha Monastery. Before getting on the bus, Zong Zong enthusiastically handed over two cups of iced latte. The coffee was iced, but my heart was warmed. When we left the hotel, Zong Zong heard that we had altitude sickness, and immediately sent two bottles of portable oxygen cylinders. The other waiters were also very good, and they all felt that they had received good training and were of high quality. Because our car was parked far away, one of the lobby waiters took the initiative to help us move the luggage to the parking lot, and another waiter took the initiative to take the car keys and drove the car directly to the hotel entrance. This is the first time I have received such treatment in a hotel I have stayed in.

Barkhor Street/Jokhang Temple
I chose this hotel when I went to Tibet for the first time. The hotel is located at the entrance of Jokhang Temple, 10 minutes walk from Potala Palace, and in the Bakor Pedestrian Street. The location is very good, full of specialty shops, and it is very convenient to eat and play. When I first entered the hotel and saw the lobby, I felt that this hotel is very good, with a good environment and characteristics. The greeting of the lady in the lobby was very polite and careful. I asked if it was my first time in Tibet, and reminded me of the precautions for my new arrival, which was very heartwarming. After checking in, I entered the room. The room was very bright, hygienic and clean, and the facilities were complete. Everything was equipped. The aerobic room was very comfortable, especially the manager Xiao Yuan. After knowing that my son had altitude sickness, he ran around to get us oxygen, find a way for us, and even sent us to the hospital. I was very touched. Next time I go to Tibet, it will definitely be my first choice.

Stayed in Tibet for two nights, and felt that the high reaction was not too serious during the day. After closing the door at night, oxygen was scarcer, resulting in sleeplessness. Personal experience is for reference only: I think the best way to alleviate high anti-reverse is to inhale oxygen, oxygen will not produce dependence, after inhaling the body function to recover, in order to better adapt to high anti-reverse. I have been insomnia, and I have been insomnia. I booked an oxygen bottle from ** at the hotel at 3 o'clock the next night. I sent it in half an hour. I quickly fell asleep after sucking a bottle. Tibet Hotel can think of the scale as the name is very grand, the old hotel, the VIP building is more expensive, clean and friendly. The hotel also has a bathtub, but it is estimated that few people can use it. If there is an oxygen-inhaling oxygen equipment, it will be perfect.
Shangri-La Hotel, Lhasa

We stayed at the Shangri-la after a week of being in Tibet. It was a nice change from the more Chinese style hotels we had stayed in and was ideal for the night before our flight out. The rooms are great and we booked one with a bath. The shower was very powerful and hot. The breakfast buffet was, by Chinese standards, decent for western options and the evening buffer was good for approx 200rmb/person if you're in need of more western options. The big plus for me was the gym. Decent by most hotel standards and had a good mix of resistance machines, cardio and free weights (mainly dumbbells of up to 20kg plus a pair of 27.5kg). The only thing missing from the gym really is a squat rack but otherwise very good. Would stay again.

Potala Palace/Sun Island
After returning from the Everest trip, we continued to stay at the Spring and Autumn Oxygen Hotel. It was still an extremely warm welcome ceremony. This time I changed to a double bed room opposite~ The housekeeper Xiaopu ”checked in” on WeChat, which was very considerate~ The hotel is on Yutuo Road, very close to Jokhang Temple and Barkhor Street. Today, I still had 2 hours of free time before checking out, so I went around the Jokhang Temple three times early in the morning~ I didn’t expect that there would be even better souvenirs given to me when I checked out. It was really amazing! If any friends come to Tibet, I will definitely recommend them to stay here. Handmade·Tibetan charm souvenirs: Tibetan incense, handmade soap, etc.

Forgot to take pictures of the facilities in the room, the tent environment is beyond expectations. There are electricity and sockets, oxygen machines and electric blankets and electric heaters. My friend was seriously high, and the tent owner enthusiastically provided oxygen machines and hot water, and it was very comfortable to sleep for one night. As for health, it must not be compared with the county and the mountain. Don't have a very high expectations for this, you will be disappointed. Living at 5,000 meters above sea level, providing hot water, oxygen is already very good! There is no running water on Everest, but the toilet is much better than the previous dry pit. Everest is there, I will never regret it when I go, it is a lifetime memory!
Lhasa Chijiang Larang Historic Hotel (Bakuo Street Jokhang Temple Branch)

Barkhor Street/Jokhang Temple
Experience after entering Tibet for the Nth time: There are three necessary conditions for entering a Tibetan hotel: oxygen supply, floor heating, and humidifier. Friendly, Please believe me that Tibet is not only dry, The humidifier was a surprise during this stay, and Xiaomi’s high-powered steam output is sufficient. I like to live in characteristic B&Bs. The reason for choosing a historic site is that a century-old house was built in 1900. It is very well restored and maintains the old appearance. At the same time, there are 16 comfortable guest rooms. The location is absolutely perfect, just 3⃣️ minutes from Barkhor Street to Jokhang Temple. Convenient, suitable for me to travel alone. The small details of the hotel service are handled very well. The auntie will fold the clothes neatly when cleaning the room. The guy at the front desk is friendly and caring. The suitcase is not easy to carry, and he was waiting for me to help me with my luggage when I got off the car. After staying in Hada, the floor heating was turned on and the humidifier was turned on when I got to the room. Downstairs is a very famous Internet celebrity Indian restaurant. My favorite is getting up at 11:00, seeing the lively guests below, basking in the sun on the corridor to start the day beautifully, and cats accompany me...
