Perfect hotel for a few nights with a quick walk to the center of town. There is a small bar with outdoor seating that's perfect for a quick drink at the end of the night. The owners and staff are extremely friendly and accommodating. We will definitely be back when we return to Corfu

Two star hotel. It has a very poor breakfast and a small elevator (where only two people can fit at a time). The staff is disappointing, not very friendly. We ordered a pizza delivery and, instead of the receptionist calling the room to inform, he allowed the motoboy to go up to our room to make the delivery (I've never seen that in my life). Also, there’s no parking. The bathroom in the room is extremely small, with brackish water. Amenities were never replenished. The air conditioning didn't have enough power to cool the room, and the safe didn't work either. We were relieved to leave.

Είναι ιδανικό για παρέες/ οικογένειες ως τρία άτομα σε ένα δωμάτιο. Τα δωματια είναι σχετικά ευρύχωρα, κατακάθαρα, χωρίς όμως αναγκαία ηχομόνωση. Ο εξοπλισμός σε τηλεόραση, πρίζες είναι ξεπερασμένος. Το μπάνιο είναι καλό με ακαλαίσθητης πόρτες (χωρίς ηχομόνωση επίσης). Λείπει μαλακτικό μαλλιών αν και το νερό της Κέρκυρας θεωρείται σκληρό. Το πρωινό είναι καλό και ο υπεύθυνος στην είσοδο τυπικός Έλληνας του τουρισμού, φιλόξενος και φιλότιμος (παλαιός κοπής).Ωραίος εξωτερικός χώρος και κήπος σε συνέχεια με τον χώρο πρωινού. Ο κήπος γενικότερα θα μπορούσε να είναι και πιο φροντισμένος και η παιδική χαρά πιο γενναιόδωρη για παιδιά (αλλά είναι αμφίβολο αν αυτή είναι η σκοπιμότητα του ξενοδοχείου). Η πισίνα, καθαρή με όμορφο αν και στενάχωρο περιβάλλοντα χώρο.Διαθέτει ναυαγοσώστη! Το μπαρ θυμίζει λίγο πλοίο στη γραμμή Ελλάδα-Ιταλία και θα μπορούσε να είναι πιο ευχάριστο και πολυτελές. Κρύος καφές αδιάφορος. Δεν δοκιμάσαμε το εστιατόριο, αλλά πλησίον του ξενοδοχείου δεν υπάρχει εστιατόριο ούτε για δείγμα. Η εσωτερική σάλα είναι λιτή και καθαρή. Ο χωρίς στάθμευσης επίσης οριακά επαρκής για το μέγεθος επισκεψιμότητας του ξενοδοχείου. Η ρεσεψιόν μάλλον χλιαρή και απρόσωπη. Η σχέση τιμής/ποιότητας είναι υποφερτή. Αλλά σίγουρα το ξενοδοχείο θέλει σύντομα αναβάθμιση για να ανταποκρίνεται στην τιμή του.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff was extremely courteous and friendly, which made our visit particularly pleasant. All our wishes were fulfilled quickly and without any hassle. The rooms are very modern and equipped with everything you need. We were impressed by the high quality of the furnishings and the cleanliness. The dining options are top-notch. The food was always of the highest standard, both in taste and presentation. The hotel facilities are also excellently maintained. The gardens, loungers, and pools are in pristine condition and invite you to relax. While there is no direct access to the sea, the hotel offers plenty of free parking, allowing you to reach the island’s most beautiful beaches in just a few minutes. We can highly recommend this hotel and are already looking forward to our next stay.

Don't take part in a day trip to the hotel. It's a very boring sixty euros for a person, a child for 40, a strong hotel for 65 euros a day, a car rental is only forty or fifty euros driving, is the most correct choice, I do Airport bus to the bus station, walk to the hotel 1.8 Euro. Blue hole plus Shipwreck Bay 20 Euro per person, children free. It is worth going to go to Greece, Zhaji is a must, it is beautiful. Ctrip is a very responsible booking network, the price is the cheapest, no matter what other international reservations are booked.

This short three-night trip in Kefu Island was found to be a five-star hotel near the airport because it was inconvenient to bring a baby. It was said that five stars were actually four stars at most. I should start by saying that I loved my time at Olea, the hotel has a great feel, it looks good, the staff are excellent, the food and drink is good. I'll go into a little detail here: Food & Drink The evening restaurants (Pacifico & Flow are the a la carte, Omicron is the buffet) are great. Pacifico & Flow especially, really good quality cooking, the tasting menu at Flow was a really good experience. The buffet is a fairly typical buffet to be honest, so don't expect wonders there, although it was nice that they have a selection of nightly changing a la carte main courses you can order also. Drinks were great in all the bars, the cocktail making was good, strong wine list dominated by Greek wines but some from around the world too. With all of these, service was great, just be patient - you're in Greece! Only minor gripe is that there is only one restaurant available for lunch which feels like a missed opportunity to offer some variety. The hotel does the same as many and ”repurposes” it's restaurants / bars during the day, so the reality is that there is three settings, each with a bar/restaurant area despite what names they give everything. We did find a slightly weird nuance at lunchtime, when we ordered wine by the glass it was free-poured and quite generous, to the point that it was far more economical to buy by-the-glass than by-the-bottle, maybe that was just us but I certainly didn't complain! Rooms Some people have moaned about the room size, and I think if you're comparing to a suite in Vegas then yes, these are small. However, if you consider these not a true ”suite” (i.e. with separate rooms for lounge / dining), but instead just consider them hotel rooms, then they are ample and generous for Europe. We had a Pool suite (”executive private pool suite, sea view”) which was nice. The first room we had was in block 3, and at this time of year (late September) the terrace didn't get any sun, so we requested a move and they more than graciously obliged. So we moved to block 6 which personally I think was slightly nicer anyway, and had the sun from 9.30am - 3.30pm. According to other guests we met, the sunset view had the sun all day (again likely time of year dependant). The private pool, again maybe down to time of year, was pretty chilly, not as bad as a place we stayed in Kefalonia last year, but fairly bracing. The pool restaurant, which is the only open for lunch, and then turns into Pacifico in the evening overlooks most of the swim up suites, which I didn't like (i.e. sitting at the restaurant in the evening being able to look into peoples rooms if they had the blinds open!). Not sure I'd book one of those unless it was at the higher level, not near that restaurant. We had a couple of maintenance issues in the room, but again they were very quick in coming to fix / assist. A minor gripe is the automatic curtains - the motors weren't up to the job so they kept stopping half way and needed some gentle assistance, personally I co

The hotel is not central to Corfu Town but you can get there in 20 minutes on foot. the hotel does not have its own beach but right in front of the hotel there is a descent to the sea where you can swim but it is not a real beach. A 3-minute walk away is the mon repose beach (2 sunbeds and 1 umbrella 28 euros) it is a quiet beach equipped with bathroom, showers and bar. The hotel has very nice common areas but the rooms are tiny and badly maintained, we booked for 10 days and the room was so small that we didn't have room for our suitcases, I asked for a bigger room but they replied that they were all the same, I pointed out that they were completely different from the rooms advertised on the site and they replied that those were old photos. The non-existent cleaning, in 10 days they never swept or mopped the floor in the room, often even the bathroom was dirty after the daily cleaning. They often forgot to leave us shampoo and shower gel and towels on the last day so I had to call and ask to bring what was missing. In short, a constant stress. The curtains and bedspread were dirty and stained. Hygiene was also very poor, in the breakfast room pigeons were flying over the buffet and when I pointed out that it was a hygiene problem I was told that it was a problem they were trying to solve but hadn't managed to solve yet, to apologize that day they gave us free cappuccinos that we had ordered for breakfast and a bottle of wine in the room (cappuccinos and espresso coffee are considered extras and cost 3.80 euros ... per day ...) Given my complaints about poor services, non-existent cleaning and non-existent hygiene, they offered us a 15-minute foot massage at the hotel spa, a pity that they offered us this salty gift in the evening and on Monday we had to leave and for Sunday there were no seats… in short, a fool's errand! Upon arrival they did not offer us welcome champagne as they did with other guests. Luckily I speak English because no one speaks Italian (only one guy speaks Italian and he usually works the night shift and is very kind and helpful). The hotel does not have private parking but it is quite easy to park in the immediate vicinity. Overall the hotel is beautiful and in an excellent position and has all the credentials to be a truly 4-star hotel but they should be more respectful and attentive to the customer and improve hygiene and cleanliness

Excellent hotel at an inexpensive price - quality of services and rooms. There are breakfasts. The sea is 19 minutes from the hotel, where there is a beach with pebbles and 30 minutes a beach with sand (sunbed 5 euros), if you walk. Bus 7 runs to the city for about 15 minutes to the center of Kerkyra every 20-30 minutes. From the stop to the hotel it is about 8 minutes on foot. The staff was polite, the room was cleaned and clean. The hotel has a swimming pool where you can lie down or swim.

The word to sum up this lovely hotel with it's wonderful staff is.. Fantastic!! The hotel itself is dated, yes, however it has a kind of old world charm about it. Our impression from arriving to leaving was that we were stepping back in time to the 40s and 50s. Physically the building has echoes of a charming cruise liner, it is also perfectly positioned for everything the town and island has to offer. The staff were all extremely helpful, friendly and super attentive. The food was totally delicious and its presentation of a ”Masterchef” standard. Thankyou again to everyone at Corfu Palace for making our holiday so enjoyable. We will definitely be returning at some point in the future!

We stayed here for a long weekend in June 2023. We had a beachfront room, very spacious with a sliding door separating the main living area from a twin bedded area, ideal for a family. The room was very well appointed and spacious and clean. The restaurants were all very good, quality of food and choice of wine impressive. The breakfast in particular was very good, it was fairly busy when we went but we never had to wait for a table and the breakfast team were super helpful , friendly and efficient in finding us a table. The breakfast was one of the best that we’ve had, a huge array of hot and cold food, I couldn’t think of anything that wasn’t available. The staff throughout the resort were courteous, friendly and helpful. There are sun beds and parasols on the sandy beach which was clean and tidy. The bar area was also welcoming and well appointed. The hotel is a 10-15 walk from a marina that had a few bars and restaurants and about 10-15 in a taxi into Corfu town which has huge array of eateries, shops, bars etc. There is a water taxi at the jetty on the beach that can take you to a number of restaurants, all of which were wonderful. The only minor criticism I would have is that the concierge team seemed a little clueless, not having any restaurant recommendations or even knowledge of the water taxi service which we found a little odd. George on the front desk came to the rescue with information and help. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this hotel for couples, friends or family and will definitely return.

This is the favorite hotel in the Greek itinerary. The hotel has an infinity pool and a private beach. It is super comfortable to sit on the chair by the swimming pool every day. The hotel room is very large, the balcony is particularly private, although the hotel is a little away from the downtown area, but there is no need to leave the hotel to meet all needs, in Ctrip to book this hotel is cheaper than Booking, push.

This is a wonderful hotel. It has the best location in zakynthos town. I received a room with a balcony overlooking the port, and it was amazing! The staff is also incredible—thank you Natasha for your wonderful concierge service! The breakfast is beyond delicious, and the rooftop bar has unforgettable views of the town. I have seen some reviews mentioning the rooms needing renovation; I felt very comfortable and please keep in mind this is an island in greece, not Manhattan. It’s a top pick for Zante town.

The appearance of the hotel is good, the service attitude is poor, give me a room that is too small for my suitcase to be flat. I went to the front desk and asked for a room change. I also gave me a room with eight air-conditioning hosts outside the balcony. The noise is very big, I gave it to Ctrip, indicating that I will change the room for me. I went to the front desk to borrow needles, or the woman said no, and another woman gave me a box of needles. The old woman at the front desk had a bad attitude. It is recommended to prepare a careful consideration for this hotel. The bed in the room is placed against the wall, which is inconvenient. This hotel is very good, including dinner, until 10 o'clock in the evening, a lot of trouble. On the way to pick up the car from the car rental agency, the uncle of the car rental agency asked us where we live. After we talked about it, he said ”very good choice”. The hotel is very clean, and across the restaurant is the beach, where the kids are very happy. Recommend friends who bring children to Zha Island to stay. Just listen to the side of the road at the door. The whole Zakynthos feels clean and tidy. This impression starts from the arrival of the airport. The airport is spotless, very new and very clean. This hotel is very cost-effective, and the waiters are also very good. One thing to remind, this hotel’s breakfast, fried eggs and sausages are per capita, and the waiter will come up and ask you what you want to eat after you are seated. The property itself is so beautiful, the location is stunning, it has a very welcoming feeling due to it not beinh a big hotel. Breakfast is yummy, and the hospitality is just wonderful. The staff feels like a family and the vibe allover is just incredible. The owner even arranged a car hire for us, the agency brought the car to the property, we didn't need to do much ourselves, it was a perfect vacation and i would highly recommend staying here. What i also liked very much was the fact that at the time of our stay there were no families with small children (it felt super relaxing) so the pool was always available, also enough sunbeds for everyone and there were floaties and balls in the pool so we could also play and chill if we wanted to. But otherwise the place seems also great for families. The staff made sure we had a great time :)

Just back from a week stay at this hotel. Room was ok size wise and we had a balcony. Bathroom was tiny. I just got in it. Free safe. Towels were changed daily and room kept clean. Have water in fridge which you pay for. Cheaper in shops. Rooms have air con. Breakfast was ok something to eat. Kettle in room and hairdryer. Christina a lovely receptionist who was there to greet us when we got there at 11pm at night. Lots of restaurants around and was nice food in restaurants. It was very hot and taxi took us to costa costa beach was 30 euros for 2 sunbeds and a parousel. Went in sea and the fish might nibble you. Needed a pool git a taxi to logos pool bar cost 8 euros to get there. Magnificants view with lovely staff and pool to cool down in Next time I will book a hotel with a pool. Check out us 11am and no courtesy room could only keep room on an extra hour which you want longer for a late flight They will charge you at the end if the holiday for water and hotel tax which is 1.50 euros a day so not too much Had a lovely holiday lovely place Saw the turtles on the front quite a few if them

Lovely hotel,quiet ,clean and modern and the staff are all so friendly and helpful. The Spa is a definite must do, staff lovely and prices very good. Location of hotel is perfect. Right on the marina front where you can walk along the promenade for about a mile, passing plenty of eateries and watching the turtles. Plenty of shops too. Loads to see and do. We stayed 10 nights and did not hire a car. To your left on the promenade is the port where there are half hourly ferries to lixouri or buses to nearby lassi, both of which have nice beaches. We did the semi private tour with George who was a gem and so knowledgeable of the area - that's a great day out 😁

We want to say a HUGE thank you to all the wonderful staff at the Canale Suites we had the most incredible time, from the moment we arrived we felt like we were staying with friends and family. A very special mention to Costa, Petros and Christina they were superb their dedication and attention to detail kind and friendly attitude was like nothing we have experienced before. The room was beautiful with a stunning view, with a jacuzzi on the balcony it took our breath away WOW. We want to thank Costa for his recommendations his knowledge of the Island was second to none and especially the fish restaurant Vinaries where we had the most fabulous meal in a beautiful setting. Also a big thank you to Petros for all his help and top tips of the best beaches and hidden gems on the island. He helped us with renting a car so we could fully explore, when we had a problem on one of the days we just rang him on WhatsApp and sorted it for us, nothing was to much trouble.He also booked front row sun-beds on Costa Costa beach which are complementary for guests which is stunning. Then we come to Christina the beautiful young lady who brought us breakfast every morning. She was always smiling and was genuinely interested in our what we been up to and what we had planned for the day. She tempted us with all the amazing food that had been freshly prepared everything was exceptional and never ending. We cannot recommend this hotel enough every single member of staff were incredible so thank you for an epic holiday we will never forget, it totally exceeded our expectations. We stated at Kefalonia Bay Palace for a week in a standard suite. Firstly the thing that stood out for us was the service from the staff, in particular the two ladies who waited at breakfast and then served at the pool bar. Inya and Alona (sorry for misspelling) were so attentive, always greeted us with a smile and asked how we were. They seemed to be working each day at breakfast and then opened up the pool bar where we were always greeted with a glass of fruit water followed by some water melon. It was a pleasure to see and chat to them each day. The second feature is of course the view, and what a view. All rooms have a sea view and the higher up your room the better view, but obviously you encounter more steps. The steps were fine for us as we are fairly fit and used this to get in some extra steps to work off all the lovely Greek food. The hotel was very clean and well maintained and the room was serviced everyday so we always came back to a made bed and clean room. Reception area is clean and modern in appearance and the pool whilst often quiet, so you never struggled to get a sun lounger, again had great views across the bay. We had lunch at the pool bar a couple of times which was good however, there was no consistency in terms of it being open. On one day the bar was not open at all and on another occasion it closed at around 2.30pm, then on other days it would be open until late afternoon despite the details left in the room stating it was open 11am – 7pm, which clearly was not always the case. We did not have an evening meal at the hotel or get a drink at the main bar as this did not appear to be manned or open, which was a real shame as this would be a lovely place to sit and have an evening drink taking in the great views before heading into the main town. People have commented on the breakfast, we personally found it to be average however it was not as bad as some have commented. We also decided to go into the main town for breakfast on a couple of occasions to have that variety. There may well have been a note on the bar suggesting contact reception or going downstairs to the restaurant to try and obtain a drink – but that all seemed a little irritating to be chasing a drink. We did eat out on all evenings at a different Taverna each time. There was plenty to choose from which were all good, our own particular favourite being Sea Rock, (great steak and seabass) which is a shortish walk down from the hotel. All in all we had a great holiday at this hotel and would certainly come back, however we do like to visit other areas. It's been a while since we last visited Greece so would probably be looking at other islands, however we did enjoy Agia Efimia !
