It’s hard to explain in one word. From the beginning of the reservation~ I contacted the hotel to request the pick-up service, but the front desk did not understand English (=_=), but I asked the Ctrip customer service to like it (｡ò ∀ ó｡). Help me, the little customer service is really nice. After two shifts, the hotel finally gave a reply to solve the pick-up problem. Before departure, I felt relieved (ღ˘⌣˘ღ)~~ I finally arrived at the airport, eh... I didn’t pick up. By the way, I didn’t pick up the airport until no one came out... I had no choice but to take a taxi to the hotel for 65,000, and asked the hotel why the pick-up service was booked but not picked up... Well, the hotel found out that the wrong person was picked up. ...They just pick up someone at the airport and leave without checking if they are the one they are going to pick up... Um... It's really far away from Belau... Only a commercial car like a taxi can get there (no bus) from the Belau Airport on the left. The place to call the taxi, buy a ticket of IDR 650.000, 3 hours over the mountains and mountains to reach! (Of course if it’s very close from Bayon! The hotel is just a few minutes away by car from the airport. There are kfc and night markets nearby. The hotel looks a bit old, but the facilities are quite complete.
