It was higher quality than the price! Coziness, comfort, shower pressure, bathtub, well-appointed bathroom, lounge bar, reception staff, elevator staff, everything was perfect. I highly recommend it!

Located in the industrial area of Gurgaon, the hotel environment and service are very good. The surrounding environment shows the Indian characteristics. Very messy. Try not to go out at night.

This property is very beautiful. We had a lovely stay. Rooms are spacious, swimming pool has a beautiful view but it’s extremely crowded when we were there on Sunday. Hotel rooms were totally packed. Breakfast and Dinner was good too. Very nice hospitality. I’ll surely recommend you to stay here. I’ve been to all Taj,Vivanta,ambassador and gateway resort properties properties and had good time. Very fast service. Hospitality is good whether it’s housekeeping,bellboy,swimming pool life guard,chef.

I think the food (breakfast) was decent and the service was good. The location is a little strange, as there aren't ***y restaurants around where you can eat, and there are unpaved roads and low-income housing nearby. However, I don't think there will be any problems if you use a taxi.

Traveling in Xinyili, because the rental house I found was different from the photo, so I stayed at Westin Gurgaon for ten days. In general, the hotel is not bad. It is medium level in China but it is very good in India. The room is very clean. The sound of closing the door is huge (the door is not lightly closed hinges)  In the middle of the night/morning, the guests around the room return/out loud, so that they wake up for several days. In short, although they are all five-star, they are a bit worse than the Lira Palace Hotel.

The hotel's value for money is very high. I personally feel that the breakfast is average and the room is clean. The waiter's attitude is also very good. The transportation is also very convenient. The hotel can arrange a taxi;

Delhi airport reasonably close (15-25 mins). Road right in front of hotel is crazy busy, but not different from most of Delhi. Would stay here again on a future trip!

It was an awesome stay i really liked the pool , breakfast , and mostly two people from housekeeping Mr Arun and Bheem who did my room decoration by request. It was my husband’s birthday 🎂 the entire stay went too good me and my family enjoyed it The only drawback was that the hotel electricity goes very frequently and they had connect room television automatic so in the night it was very disturbing that every time when light goes and come Tv starts automatically I couldn’t sleep properly But still I will give good ratings because of housekeeping job 👍🏻

This is the first time that i have experienced that the key to my assigned room was not given. Even the toilet door if closed from the outside cannot be opened. You need to call the reception every time you close the door from the outside. Room was spacious. No same day laundry service. I asked for a room heater that was provided. Good location. Complimentary breakfast provided with no choice. No option to make your own tea or coffee. Hot water kettle was provided. Wifi connection was available

It’s a nice hotel with clean and beautiful rooms. Cost is also at affordable level. Main important is, this hotel is at the main road and plenty of shopping can be done nearby. Thanks

Located 20 kms away from Chandigarh Airport towards Shimla, this place is ideal for a single day stay, rest and relax. Arrive in the morning or noon. They have an INOX in the same premises and they boast about their restaurant ”Aasma” at 11th floor. At a 250 meters walk, there's Chokhi Dhani - A display of Rajasthani culture. Will be writing about Chokhi Dhani separately. Pros: Good for night stay if you want to break journey while going towards Shimla, Chail, Kasauli, Solan, Kufri, Mashobra etc. Aasma is a revolving restaurant - you must visit once for both food and experience Cons: Housekeeping is absent -minded. You have to continuously follow up or send reminders Upkeep: The property is nice but upkeep is not fine. Bathroom drain was choked, wooden floor tiles were loose. Overall: Nice for the area it is situated. Wont suggest long stays. Good for breaking journey.

I stayed in this property for 3 nights while on a business tour. It is located at a convenient place with quite a few eateries around. The ambience is good, the service is fast and rooms are spacious. The food is tasty. However, following need some improvement: 1. I was staying in the room on the first floor. However, the loud music from ground floor/music was clearly heard at this floor and disturbs the sleep. A soundproof barrier might help. 2. There are only a couple of hangers in the almira. More hangers will solve the problem. 3. The room in which I was staying was having a balcony where pigeons were flying and making a noise. A pigeon net would solve the issue. 4. In the buffet breakfast, there was a choice between 1 juice and 1 shake. More options of juices and shakes will be helpful.

New property with all required facilities for a comfortable stay. It’s worth the price they are charging for! would recommend anyone who needs a stay in zirakpur. The food maybe a domain to improve but apart from that everything is great

The people in the reception were very helpful, not just on checkin and checkout, but also in giving directions to spots. The location is great- very near to chandigarh i would recommend to friends, and will definitely stay again if im back in chandigarh
